He was very patient with me asking questions about payment options, and offered such excellent pricing, that I purchased a nicer mattress than an I was planning. Truly great experience.The sales person, Andy, was very informative. He let me know that he was somewhat new in his job position so if we came across any questions he didnt know answers to, it would take just a moment for him to get the answer. Honestly there was little he didnt know when asked. There were a few times he made a call to one of his managers at a different location to ask my question. He promptly returned with the answer.I bought my bed today, it will be delivered day after tomorrow.I gave my experience a 4 instead of a 5 simply because I have not received my bed yet. That service will hopefully be just as good as what I experienced in the store.I will recommend this location to friends and family letting then know that if Andy helps them they will be getting fantastic customer service. Andy was professional and has wonderful manners when speaking. Good customer service is hard to find these days. You can train a person how to do a job but then the employee takes it from there in just how good of a job they will or will not be performing. Andy shined in all areas.There was a nice selection of beds to check out while working witin parameters put in place due to Covid. I was happy to see how they, the company, were being strict about it all. I had a great experience.KA

Had a great experience here! I went to Mattress World the day before and was very disappointed in the customer service I received there. I had a very firm budget and the sales associate seemed very uninterested in helping me find something that would fit that budget. I went into the Woodburn Mattress Firm the next day and was immediately greeted by Freddy. I told him my budget and he was very eager to find me a good mattress that I could afford. He seemed very experienced and we found what I needed very quickly. Would absolutely recommend shopping here!

Product was exactly as I ordered, I went into the store and the gentleman was kind and was very quick to get everything processed and delivery crew was awesome! Would do service with them again. 👍👍

We stopped in for a split king sheet set and the sales lady had no clue what that was. Kept insisting we needed two twin XL sets. After trying to explain it for ten minutes, and her calling other stores for the twin set as we repeatedly said it comes as a set for a split king, we left. Nice girl but no clue.

Customer service was spot on. We were helped immediately with our seller who payed special attention to our needs and we purchasd a new mattresss efficiently and felt like our order was in good hands. Another associate even helped with a change in our order and got us what we needed speedy with no hassle. Ive been to a couple other mattresses firms but these guys were outstanding!!!

Great experience!! They helped us figure out what we needed without knowing anything expect a budget and we got a mattress in our budget, too! Great employee who knew what to do and seemed to love his job and love the products- even used them himself, solidifying the use of some of the products. I visited a Mattress Firm in Woodburn area in search of a new pillow. I found the one I wanted, unfortunately, they didn’t have it nor a waterproof pillow to match it. Nonetheless, I paid for the pillow and the next day I would have to pick up the pillow in another location. Next day: I waited 30min+ to pick it up. I already had the receipt and paid for it the previous day, but I had to wait 2 customers ahead of me, and still no pillow case to match it. They suggested I go to bedbath and beyond etc to find one. Why sell pillows and not have the cases for them? Annoyed.

My husband and I have been waiting to get a new mattress for way too long! We came into the Mattress Firm in Woodburn and were kindly greeted by Jason. He was very knowledgeable about the differences in the products. He was helpful in our decision. He didn’t pressure us at all. We are so excited to get our new bed!!

I purchased a $2379 bed from this store and have spoken with Cecil twice about honoring the discount when an item goes on sale within a month of purchase. I also, did not receive any free item with purchase. Well, wed have to do that with everybody, then, wouldnt we? was his answer. Cecil was rude and condescending and what a jerk, to put it mildly. Id like to talk to the corporate office but these matters are supposed to be taken up with the store of purchase. No satisfaction here and have not heard from the store owner.

What a disaster! We purchased two mattresses and after two months of struggling with delivery we learned they had been sold to someone else. No one called to tell us of this development, and had we not called to inquiry, we dont know if anyone would have reached out to refund our money or not. The lack of communication and difficulty with deliveries cant be overstated.
