My husband and I thought we got a quote for 4 tires and a rim. He called twice to verify that we got the correct price and that the rim was include. They kept trying to add an alignment to our estimate when he told them that we didn’t need one. He also wanted to make sure that we could pay ahead for the appointment since we didn’t qualify to make monthly payments. He was told yes both times he called. I called this morning wanting to pay for the tires and the rim. Got told by the lady we were under the books for tires and an alignment but no rim. Are you kidding me??? I guess calling twice and verifying means nothing because they don’t even pay attention to what the customer wants. We are going to Costco instead.

Possibly the worst Les Schwab in history, definitely the worst one I’ve ever been to. They lie to you about your wait time, just need a tire hole fixed and have waited for 2 hrs when they said one. Definitely don’t bring your kids with you either. You’re better off driving to another Les or all round another tire company. Never again will I come here

Never had any better customer service experience with any other businesses in my 32 years of living in Oregon--Les Schwab is all over Oregon and I have lived in many parts of Oregon. If there is a 10 star rating I would have given them that.They have competitive price, quality work and service, and more importantly TRUST. Nailed on all FOUR. Have had a few issues in past years. In recent years they have backed there products. Potential problems have been addressed without pressure to purchase. I have had two tires repaired for puctures. The first one took 45 minutes. The next time it took over two hours, they pre- warned everyone about the inconvenience. Cant blame them for being busy.

Chris at Les Schwab in Woodburn Oregon is a prime example of what what customer service truly is. I was driving my daughter back to college from Seattle in Los Angeles . Some where between Seattle and Oregon the drivers side brake caliper started making a grinding noise. We just had the brakes done the day before from lan independent auto shop. Chris determined 4 bolts on the brake caliper came loose and fell off. Chris and the staff at les Schwab replaced the bolts and did a complete courtesy check on the entirev vehicle and braking system to make ensure the vehicle is safe to drive the rest of the way to Los Angeles. after all that Les Schwab did not charge us for their work or the 4 bolts. A HUGE THANK YOU TO CHRIS. We are very grateful and truly appreciate this. Came in to ask about getting my car aligned, walked in but was ignored. Not even acknowledged with a hello, well be right with you They tended to some one that literally walked in right after me. No customer service at all. So 2 stars since yall were quick to get to the person after me.

Had a screw in my tire. Said it would be about an hour, 2 1/2 hrs later they finally got to it. Not impressed!

Lady in the front desk has a bad attitude, poor customer service. Not only that but they had me wait over an hour to change 2 tires. I was suppose to also get an alignment but they completely didn’t do it.

Slowest les shwab I’ve ever been to and I used to go to the one on 122nd and division lol.Staff does not know how to judge the estimated time of the job. They took twice the amount of time they estimated me.I would go elsewhere.

I showed up on time for my appointment. I handed the guy my keys and after an hour I asked how long a front end alignment takes. They misplaced my paperwork. The guy shrugs and says the bay is has been full all day anyways..... last time I go to this location. Doing the right thing my @ss.Just had my alignment done off hwy99 ( no appointment) only about a 20 min trip. This les schwab Texted me when they began to work on my vehicle; and it was complete 15min after the text! Great service isnt that far away woodburn. Take the drive if you can is my advice.

Very long wait times

Friendly service for the most part, but incredibly slow service! Every time I’ve been here for tire rotation has been 2+ hour wait no matter how slow or busy. Terrible. Even spent thousands on tires and still the wait makes this not a good experience. When you tell a customer a wait time it should be at least close. Not hours off! Not recommended place from me.

Had a wonderful experience. Walked in to get a quote and left with 4 tires. The staff was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Very i.pressed given how busy they were. They accepted my late in the day walk in and informed me of what I was buying and other options to consider.

This place is great! We were traveling from Portland to San Francisco and experienced some car problems. We found this place on Google and just dropped in. We only had to wait a short time. Vernon repaired our truck and did an excellent job! We made it home safe with no further issues!

Love, love, love this store. Any little car problem dealing with wheels, tires, alingment, etc I scoot right down. Staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. It is my go-to place. Most car stores charge money for the road hazard insurance Charles Schwab gives you a pro-rated tire insurance for free plus they give you a free lifetime rotation and balance and if you add the cost of that up and if you were to do it at the recommended time that would cost the same as a new set of tires. Les Schwab is by far number one in the tire business, I used to use Big O Tire which in Oregon its Discount Tire and I switched much better value.

Waiting over 2 hours to have a tire checked for an air leak is a ridiculous waste of time. I spent thousands on these tires at Les Schwab no less than 6 months ago. They sure were quick to take my money when I bought the tires, but being quick is not in their vocabulary when addressing value promises. Also, yelling and screaming employees in the work area and music so loud we can hear it in the waiting room? I have never experienced such service at a Les Schwab. Show some professionalism will you?

I have been to many stores, this one is the best of the best!!I drive from Portland, Oregon 80 miles round trip, thats how great their service, people are here!!Prices are competive, never have I had to return on a problematic repair or drive away with a wheel fall off.They are so quick, as your getting out of your vehicle, they are walking up to severe you.I recommend the drive as well worth it all.

Drove up from grants pass on a Friday and had my wheel bearing go bad. I knew I only had Saturday to get it in somewhere and get it done before heading home Sunday for work. They got me in early Saturday, gave me a fare price, and got me safely on my way. Thank you guys!! I cant tell you how valuable shops like yours are.

Dont go here unless you have all day to wait. They said it would take one hour to get a screw removed out of one tire. Yet two and a half hours later my car hasnt even been touched or moved. There has been no coffee available the entire time either. Not good customer service!

Call them to see if they had my tire size on my lunch time and they did but that wasn’t all they put a work order in while I was on the phone with them. I drove there and as soon as I pull in to the parking lot they had the work order in there hand. gave them the keys and went back to work. I found damage on my vehicle immediately after having a tire repaired. After two months of run-around/being ignored by their corporate claims department they refused to pay for the damage due to “lack of evidence.” They offered to provide video evidence of their claim, but the footage they provided didn’t even include my vehicle being worked on by their employees.At this point it’s not worth my time and any relationship that was salvageable is long gone. I had photographic evidence of my claims and all wanted was for Les Schwab to provide proof that my vehicle was not damaged when left in their care.A company that will treat their customers like this will never get my business again.Edit: Les Schwab responded and asked me to email them. Email sent and no reply. Just as I said before they have no interest in fixing this.

We had a flat tire and the spare was so old it wasnt good anymore either. I called les Schwab because of their ads claiming theyll bring a tire to you. What they dont tell you is its an additional $100.00, plus the tire, which youd expect to pay. So, we unhooked the boat and went into this store. They were fast, friendly and very efficient. They deserve the 5 stars...

I upgraded my review from 4 to 5 stars...because tho it was slower than expected service the day I came in for a rotation (they thot itd be under an hour...ended up an hour & 40 minutes,) the staff seemed to really try & were apologetic...& wrote me a nice reply here. I think people who are doing their best for you, generally deserve a 2nd chance in our fast paced world. It looks like an older building than other Les Schwabs Ive been to, not as updated inside, so my guess is its been part of the Woodburn area many years.

Great place to get a tire fix or replaced

I brought my vehicle with a flat tire and they ruined it and they wanted me to buy a new one. when they say they going to replace because they ruined, they decided to replace the tire for free. but it took more than two hours to change it. Its ridiculous.Not recommended at all.

Went in for 2 batteries for our truck, long wait before they even grabbed the truck. Then get home to find out they didnt even hook up one of the batteries! No attention to detail. Kind of important for the money we spend in there

Came in for a flat tire repair, as a first-time visitor to Woodburn from Vancouver, BC.First of all, I didnt expect flat tire repair would be free. Thought that would only be for their tire customers, and not to any walk-in. This is the first Ive heard of this type of service.Secondly, I misplaced my wheel lock key and I had to look for it all over my vehicle for 15-20 mins. All this time, their technician was very patient and even helped to look for it. With no luck finding the key, thought I would have to leave the shop and find a solution on my own. Instead, they found a creative way to remove wheel lock lug and then they replaced it with a new lugnut. And that new lugnut was also on the house. That is supremely awesome and classy. Most other shops would have taken advantage.

Im from Abbotsford Canada. Got a big screw in my tire and Les Schwab was sponsoring an event I was attending, so naturally I went there. I was on a time limit for getting back to the Dragstrip and they took care of me pronto. Thanks for the great service Jim and your staff. I had newly finished rims with new tires and they didnt leave a mark. Good job.

I was on my way home and my car started shaking like it had a flat tire, after pulling over on I5 and not seeing anything wrong i went to my work at Baker and baker towing (in woodburn) to get a better look at the car. while there I could not find anything that would cause this so I decided I would wash the car for my wife, and then swing by les schwabs. while washing the car I found that one of the front wheels (les schwab brand on the car when i bought it) was cracked all the way through one of the spokes. I thentook the car In stressing about the situation! I worked with Will on this transaction, He was absolutely great and got me taken care of and gave me a great deal on a new set of wheels even though i did not purchase the original wheels through them. I would highly recommend this location and i would like to say thanks to Will and the rest of the crew for making a very bad situation a lot less stressful!

I love Schwabs but they ordered my two tires or so they told me. Nothing, no communication with me. Said TV by e would be in nothing, I had to keep calling them. Went in two times, finally after 14 days that put them on my car. Very disgusted with the lack of communication. I will you stay with Schwabs but not in Woodburn. Such a disappointment and great disappointment.

I was rather disappointed this trip. Went for a slow tire leak repair, was there 3 hours, and on top of that they broke my hubcap...or they said it fell apart. Either way, the customers paying money were obviously more important than my leaky tire, which I can understand, but Id rather be told that, than sit there for 3 hours .
