I can not share the full review as it is too long. I had my daughter share it on the T-Mobile Facebook however. Here is just the start of it.On Oct 22, 2020 at ~4:30 PM, I went to the T Mobile store in Woodburn Oregon to purchase a phone and start service. The young lady was very pleasant. However, she and another associate sent me out of the store with a phone that was not operating. They Told me it sometimes takes up to 2 hours for service to start and if I did not have service within 2 hours, I was to call 611 for help. I waited and did not have service after 2 hours. I called 611 The call would not go through. I got a message telling me that all calls on this phone were blocked. I tried repeatedly throughout the evening with the same result.She also told me she could not transfer my service as they were too busy. I was the only customer in the store and there were 4 sales associates. I found out later that they are not supposed to transfer data. She should have told me this, not tell me she was too busy when I was the only customer in the store.The next morning, I looked on the T mobile website and it indicated that this store opened at 8 am. I arrived @ 8:30 am. There were two people in the store. I knocked on the glass door and they waved me off and ignored me. I knocked again and the young man came over to the door and yelled at me that they were not open yet. I told him the website said they opened at 8 and that I was desperately in need of assistance. He came back and started to yell at me again that it wasnt his fault as the outlet mall put those hours in (it was on the T-Mobile site) and would not listen to me. I said, It wouldnt kill you to talk to me. He said, did you just threaten to kill me? I said, No. I said it wouldnt kill you to talk to me.Did I bang on the door? Yes. I was frantic as I had no phone service and needed it for my job that day and he would not even talk to me. I am a visiting RN for Medicaid client. I had appts for which I needed GPS. I also need a phone so my clients and office can reach me.I drove to Salem to the T mobile store there. They found several issues:1. The girl who helped me signed me up for a hard of hearing account, so I was unable to make or receive calls.2. I had asked for a 55+ account and was told that I would have to have a minimum of 2 phones. I found out I only needed one and it was a MAXIMUM of 2 phones for this plan. 3. She had somehow locked my old phone, so I was not able to transfer my data.4. She had not set up my autopay.This entailed a 2nd trip to Salem as I did not have my old phone with me on my first trip and tried to transfer data when I got home.It took me from 8:30 am to almost 2pm to get my phone service straightened out and I had to cancel all my appointments. To do this, I had to call my office to get phone numbers as all my contacts were in my locked phone......and I had to call from my fax line.Was I upset? You bet.In between trips to Salem, I did contact the manager of the Woodburn store and to see if he could help me. I tried to explain to him what had happened. He continuously talked over me and would not let me finish. I got frustrated and raised my voice. I explained to him that I had said, it wouldnt kill you to talk to me. He then told me that I was so angry he did not want me in his store and threatening to kill someone was serious. He then informed me the associate had called the police. (I had left before they arrived.) He kept saying you used the word kill and we cant tolerate that. I got a call today from T Mobile corporate telling me since I had made a death threat, they were cancelling my account. He did not even ask me what happened. He just said he was closing my account and there would be no discussion. He finally did listen to me......

Cassandra D. is amazing she went above and beyond to make sure my familys phone plan was exactly how we wanted it. She stayed late talking to a tmobile customer service rep. to ensure our rebates were processed and for the correct amounts. This is why I have stayed with Tmobile and why I added 2 more lines. She is awesome!
This store has great customer service! I am very satisfied with my overall purchase. Employees really seemed to care about offering products matching my needs. Had the best experience of my whole life in here; Irving really made my day and made me laugh the whole time!
After 5 hours of nothing but run around and answering the same questions for 5 different people 5 different times I have yet to have my 5 personal lines converted to a business account which was sold to me as a simple and seamless transition. I have wasted my lunch break 2 days in a row and Yup, not so simple. Kind of a joke ....
After a failed attempt at the wilsonville store I decided to try here on my way home. I called ahead to make sure my purchase could be done in under an hour due to an engagement I was leaving too and Fernando did just that. Coming in, instantly greeted by him and his team.Traded in, product demoed and set up and purchased all by the time frame I designated and out the door to make my destination on time.Thank you again Fernando and team.

They have the worst customer service. The employees don’t even know what they are doing they give you wrong information. And they say it one thing and come out with a different thing. And they say Hi-speed internet and it’s Not. Its super slow WORST WORST PLACE GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE.

So went there to add my in-laws to our plan and they where very friendly they sold them a phone that was in there budget and had the features that they needed. The process was quick and painless for a smaller store they do a great job.
The people that work at this location have not a clue about what they are doing. If you can drive to Salem, Tualatin, or Portland go ahead and drive over all the way there. The people at the Woodurn outlets store wont help as much. Let me put it this way. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. I traded in a brand new phone and they lost it or stole it or something. They told me they were gonna hold it for me for a few days until a got my new phone in the mail and when i finally got my new phone and went to the store to transfer all my documents and 3000 pictures of my baby nobody knew where my trade in phone. They told me they were gonna reimburse me for switching from another carrier and after 2 months I still have not got my reimbursement from T-mobile, in the mean time AT&T is sending me to collections. Now I have decided to put them out of business. So if they end up closing the Woodburn location dont be surprise. But main thing is you want to avoid so much waste of time and head ache. I worked with Carlos and Maggi and they just screwed me over. Please dont go there.

The people at this location definitely seem very clueless all around, it makes sense most of the illegals go to cricket and metro pcs anyways so they don’t get much business I’m sure.
