My advice: Go ahead and shop for those leather products youre looking for, but be aware of limitations or drawbacks. I found a wonderful leather jacket for my husband, not at a sale price the reason I got it was because it was the jacket I wanted. Ild divide things that I want rather than things that are on sale at this store. If things are on sale then fine, if not then I dont get them. If you end up buying something on sale that he dont need its not really a deal.My biggest gripe with Wilsons is that they put some of the beautiful Coats on sale but they only have Coats for certain size of people. My husband could never fit into some of the sizes that the sale Coats are. So I can pour through all the sale racks I want to and never find his size because theyre only for the small guys.Maybe they should advertise big sale 50% off but only for small guys. Were doing that so we can get rid of excess clearance for the small sized person. So Id like to know when they ever have the sale for the large size person I guess they dont. Thats why I go ahead and buy the code I want for my husband when I see it.The sales people have been very courteous and helpful as much as they can considering they dont have what I want. The store is laid out well, some areas might tight in the aisles. Some of the sales are pretty good if you have, as I said, a desire for those things that are on sale--or are lucky enough to fit into the leftover small sizes.

This is a review on the quality as well as the customer service. I went in and, for lack of better judgement,thought myself a lesson.The jacket has a nice cut look to it, but shortly after purchase, the liner of the jacket just tore. Nothing pulling on it, no snag that I could detect. Just right up the seem. When I called the store, it took several attempts to get someone to answer the line. When they finally did, I explained what the issue was, and the guy said, sorry, no returns. I explained that I had the jacket for less than a month, and asked when a manager would be in to speak with, he hung up.I tried calling a few more times and just checking it up as a loss.In short, I will never shopping here again. Buyer be warned.

Great customer service on our visit. A display had a price that caught our eye, but apparently it was an error, when it was rang up it came up almost $60 more then the sign stated. The clerk honored the posted price without hesitation, after he verified that’s what it said. We walked away with a great deal on some designer products. The best deal we found in the whole shopping mall for what we were looking for. Will definitely return!

Company is not disability friendly. DM Carla is impersonal. Products are cheap and break easy. Waste of money.

Its hard to beat the smell of a leather goods outlet for sophistication, but I have to say, the best part of this location is their phenomenal pricing. I grabbed a $300 designer jacket for around $65 here, and the service was great too!

They had some great deals...Not much Leather any more...Got a $300 Calvin Klein coat for $49 Love it. The only reason I left off a star is that these sales people HOUND you to death. Great sales. But the lower rating is because I asked the two sales clerks if the outlet mall security could help me get a wheelchair cause the person I was with got sick. They witnessed me trying to help him.They gave me the phone number for security instead of calling for me while I assisted my sick friend.

While this was a nice store, I find the following irksome. Yes I was irked. Why you ask? I went to look at a specific Wilson Leather jacket that their website stated was in stock and they had zip zilch nada of this particular coat. Now that is irksome, but what was weirder still nearly all of their leather goods were not by Wilson. That is irksome. Why call it an outlet store if you are selling other companies products??? SMH

Inexpensive and affordable fake leather

Couldnt find a price on a jacket I liked so they made up a price and discounted it down to what would normally be regular price, so.... why shop here at all if I can get it regular price anywhere else?

Got my son jacket from the two hundred bucks. Sadly no Jackets for fat guys.

We purchased a leather belt from them at an expensive price. Within six months the buckle broke with minimal wear. Wilsons Leather does not stand by their products after the 90 day mark. Their products are made in China, so that speaks for itself. I will not be buying ANYTHING from them again.

Order online said 5 day shipping...took 7 just to ship out the door..17 days later still waiting for it too get here..
