Jose at Solo is one of the most pleasant people I have had the opportunity to work with in a long time. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to media, signs and embroidery. Really bad place, made a order for 9 shirts and went to pick them up and seen one of the logos was not correct they had no solutions for me and left me in a bad spot needing those shirts that day, they did give me refund and took shirts back but still offered no resolution, then I ordered one specialty security shirt for myself and they told me it would take a week for one shirt, then hit them up again and said Fri or sooner, then I call today to check progress on my 1 shirt and now say they might have I done this weekend needless to say Im done doing business with them, there unprofessional and offer no solutions when they mess up orders....
