I dearly love this place. I look forward to it every time I go to the mall.... and it would be nice that the break sign says when they’ll be back. I’m just dissapointed the last two times I’ve went I didn’t get any shaved ice because I wasn’t told when they would be back.

I was the only one in line and it took 10 min to make 1. I bought the medium size and after about 1/3 of the way down my shaved ice....so about level with top of cup was all ice the rest of the way down.. no flavoring at all... for 5$ really... I was so excited to have a shaved ice and only got a few bites until what!?!@ the rest was plain ice...I was already on i-5 headed home so 😒

Just the right icy drink or snack yo have on a very warm day. Good location, nice flavors

Went up to the cart thinking I wanted crappy regular shaved ice but ended up crying tears of happiness. Server was happy to explain almost every flavor to me. 5 stars.

Worst experience ever. We had to wait close to 30 minutes for shaved ice. Seriously, it’s shaved ice!

Got the order wrong, wouldn’t own up to it. Specified we wanted Li-Hing when ordered and they didnt put on. Staff very rude, shave ice chunky, no ice cream. Save your money

Always closed and the hours posted say that they are supposed to be open...

Came here when it said it would be open and waited 20+ minutes until the guy decided to show up and he didn’t even apologize, when he took my order he was rude and seemed to be in some hurry to help the zero people behind me and the shaved ice wasn’t as good as other shaved ice places.
