It has been years since I directed buying to something other than a specific retailer. There is a perfect balance of price to options. This is a definite place for holiday shopping.
Always a pleasant visit to this outlet mall. People are friendly and prices are usually decent.
Clean mall. Outdoor walk between shops but protected. A few good eateries and a good selection of shops. Protected enough in winter and very enjoyable to stroll around in the summer months.
Excellent stores. It just got complicated with COVID restrictions and having no benches to sit on between stores.
These shops are a joke. The prices for things are REGULAR retail prices, then a sale percentage off. 80 % of the stores were doing buy one, get second 50% off. You can fine better buys at Macys. Converse store, Fred Meyer beats their sale prices. The Cosmetic Shop had actually prices 50-75%off. NO social distancing at the cash registers at most stores. Very crowded Sunday and some folks werent wearing masks nor walking 6 feet apart. Dont go, save your money and go shopping in a mall for better sale prices!!!

Woodburn outlet is one of the best outlet strip malls you can find in the pacific northwest. Lots of name brand stores with plenty of good deals to find depending on your budget. A worthwhile stop if you are in the area.

Love the deals you can get here and all of the stores to choose from. There is good food and drinks. Along with fun little stores with unique Knick knacks.
Use to be able to get pretty darn great prices at Outlet Stores like these!... Not anymore. You are getting Tag Price and the On Sale tags and isles are pretty much NON-EXISTENT. Might as well drive out to Lincoln City Outlets on the Oregon coast. They still give you some deals in a lot of their outlets.
Nice and open... plenty of stores to choose from. Not too crowded. Will return for sure.
Loved these outlets. Much bigger than I thought. So many great stores to choose from. Definitely adding to my list for back to school shopping next year.
Good Mall to visit.I recommend visiting this mall on a week day otherwise its extremely full on weekends.Lots of good stores to choose from and its in a good spot of our travel to/from our typical vacations.
Typical outlet stores.... If Youve been to one, youve been to them all. This one is nicely laid out and has ample parking. Nothing special, but you may find yourself a deal or two. Not much else seems to be in area, so you will have to decide if the trip is worth the effort.
The mall it self is decent. Just depends on what you are looking for. It’s generally clean here. Yes they don’t enforce mask but that’s because too many Karens cause problems and we don’t need to turn our world in to a police state to cater to peoples fears.If you are terrified of crowds then stay home because this is a mall and malls get crowded.
Masks aren’t enforced b/c it’s “open air” which is a joke. People just straight up in your business without masks & nobody does anything. Go here if you want to feel overcrowded & spend too much money & wanna get COVID.
Stopped by while traveling. Wow..had no idea you could wander around for days..lol. Lots of nice shops. Not too crowded. Love that there were restaurants close by. Easy access off I5 going north or south.
Its so big and so many stores...too far to drive 4 a short trip...still like dropping in..
Not reviewing fully, but each store has there ups and downs. But in context, it’s a really good to shop around despite oddly being in the middle of I-5.
Big mall, convenient buy not always especially awesome to employees/small businesses.
Filled with tons of great stores this outdoor outlet mall has everything. My favorite stores are Under Armour and Columbia. There are dining and quick drink options here as well. All of the stores have great sales and most of the stores do an additional military discount. Parking can be a fit of an issue unless you come early. They do have parking for veterans which is nice. If you want they even have ballet parking ...I did not use it but it is an option.
One of the best places to shop for clothes in the Portland/Salem area but be warned the back part of the mall has emptied out. Most of the stores are up front. Might be smart for the mall managers to add larger format stores in the back part like Nordstrom Rack, HomeGoods, Saks Off 5th, or Macys Backstage. Also more food options would be a good idea. Perhaps a food Hall or good food carts, not fast food like Subway or Cinnebon.
I got shirts for my birthday who gives receipts with gifts???. I walked around hopefully to find something but nothing I got in the long line to get a gift card.however Policy is u have to buy something else the same day. If u dont have a receipt Looked around for a while again only to find out theres no big and tall section . the mens section is soooooo small picture ur local ross wasted my time trying to find something that obviously they didnt have Im trying to make it a habit of reviewing bad experiences plan to spend here about 30 mins inline only to be told that u cant get a return on a gift card without a receipt. And that ur basically out of luck. Floor lead please do something to actually help customers not just stand behind the counter micro managing the cashiers. Very unhappy could be better
This was a great trip the only problem I have is not enough outside seating for us that are disabled and csnt walk miles without a break.
Not enough parking places! Large variety of places to shop. A Canadian friend was able to find size 10 womens ASICS tennis shoes! She was unable to find them at home.
My husband and I wore masks in Build A Bear Work Shop and we did not have masks on our two daughters with mental disabilities. They made us leave. This is America not North Korea. Stop discriminating against the disabled who cannot wear coverings!
Has the two shops I need, Eddie Bower and Jockey better then going to Seaside!
Great variety but not many deals during our visit. Some shops were even charing more for the same items than their shopping mall cousins. While you can find a few lower prices, it is tough to find the most common sizes.
So crowded but clean outside maybe 80%in masks but we didnt care thats just an FYI. Stores had masks if you wanted to have a new one at each store. Many had great prices and sales but man too many were way out of budget but also most employees VERY friendly

Stopping by on the way home from Salem, spending few hours walking and getting through every shop here was really relaxing, in the middle of the week day. This outlet has grown so much bigger and more factory’s stores have moved in giving shoppers lots more good choices. Really enjoyed the greeting season decorations.
Packed during the Summertime, and not many food selections to pick from.It is right off the freeway, so that is convenient.
Got some ok deals. It was pretty crowded and hard to maneuver around with a larger stroller. Some stores we couldnt even go into or get around in because of the stroller, which was very disappointing because its the width of the standard wheel chair and should fit all places that are following ADA guild lines.
You need a lot of time to get a good deal here. It takes a lot to weed through everything. It is also a fine stop for a bathroom break and a short walk.
Great outlet mall, but very busy on weekends and holiday’s. Wish it had more stores, such as lululemon.
Always seems crowded, I try to avoid during holiday shopping because of crowds. Love the Disney store.
A large outlet that has most of the branded items youd like to purchase at decent prices. The parking lot is large so finding one would not be an issue. The nice thing about the location is the walking area are enough that its not crowding so much between the stores.
Love under armour 😆 apparently I wear too much of it, since the employees and other customers thought I worked there 😆

Really enjoyed this outlet mall (coming from somebody who typically doesn’t shop at outlets or care about brands too much). There is a nice clean area to walk around (great for roaming kids and families with strollers) good food options—-we had the Thai food at POPular Thai and it was fresh and really good! A nice way to get outside and just window shop or spend a nice afternoon people watching and getting your steps in. And if shopping is your thing there’s plenty of that too.
Nice collection in premium brands. At times offer good discounts as well.
Its all there. Parking can be a bit tricky. But top brands, great prices and worth driving to from Portland.
Love stopping here when Im in Oregon. Always able to find great deals.
Very big mall but Aerie store doesnt have good customer service at all.

Its an alright store. Its big. Plenty of stores for whatever you like. But you gotta go there early for the good stuff. Otherwise its a good place to take a walk.

Thats great variety of stores there I like many of them so its worth taking the time to browse through the many miles of stores. I was greeted at nearly all the stores that I came in and checked on while shopping. The sale prices are very good, good practice to always check the merchandise thoroughly before purchasing, unless you live nearby, returns are difficult.
Great shop selection, unbeatable deals, food is nearby. If you like shopping I think this is the best place on this side of the USA, no taxes, plenty of parking spaces, but its so popular that it will take you at least 20 min to find a parking spot
Good stores and decent sales. All specialty stores so plenty of walking between favorite shops. Recent addition of bright, lighted kids electric scooters. Grateful there are more food options now too.

Not the best deals in stores...better prices online. Half the stores had extremely long lines to enter. Some stores didnt have lines, but they were over crowded. We ended up walking right back out of most of the stores without shopping, it was too overwhelming. I was really wanting to shop at one of the kitchen stores, but an employee was coughing so bad it sounded like he had bronchitis. He shouldnt have been working. It really wasnt worth the drive to shop there.
Great outlet mall with a wide selection of stores. I like how this mall is outdoors because it gives a more relaxed vibe.

The prices are so good. I got nice adidas flip flops for $12.50 and I got basketball shorts for less than $15 as well. The place is so big I can’t even see all the stores.
Stores going out of business are having really good deals. If your looking for mens and boys dress shirts, pants and ties. Van Heusen going out of business sales are great.
Some of the stores had long lines, but I guess that means theyre taking COVID-19 seriously. Still a good time

These are not what I would call outlets. There are a large number of retailers but the prices arent any lower than at a mall. Buildings and grounds are in good shape, nicer than most malls.
Every cool thing youll ever covet at great, great prices. Clarks/Bostonian shoe outlet is worth a long detour for wide stock and superb prices! Go Now!
Awesome place with dozens of great stores. There is no dedicated food court, so youll have to walk around to have a snack or drink.
Was so excited to see this while passing through on a business trip. Found so many good buys I had to acquire another luggage for the flight home. There is a little boutique with such cute fashion pieces and accessories. This will definately be a must every Oregon trip!
