Luke and his staff were extremely professional and competent. Luke came to our home at no cost to provide an estimate. We had a severe odor problem due to multiple pets; High Rise removed our carpet, treated the floor, and laid down beautiful new vinyl plank flooring for a very reasonable cost. The pet odor was virtually eliminated. Im grateful I found High Rise; I wont do flooring with anyone else in the future.
