Manager easily acknowledged our presence when we came and said we will be the next who will be attended, however, we kept on waiting while 1 sales lady chat with a customer that has nothing to do with sales, and 1 sales lady kept on looking on the computer while 4 group of costumers kept on waiting including 1 elderly. A customer left, moreover, we also ended up leaving. Service poor and slow! We went to the other branch and got good and efficient service.
T-Mobile in general is a joke they do not and will not communicate with the online customer support at all. I have a phone that was free that does not work but in order to get a working phone we are being told we have to pay the balance on a free phone. I also waiting for almost 20 minutes to be told this after I spent 3 hours on the phone with customer service being told it would be no problem at all.

This location switched my sim card to Tmobile from Sprint which resulted in poor performance. My texts were taking 10 minutes to go through. I went back to ask for my Sprint Sim card back the next day. They lied and said they would be fined if they gave it to me because the company was tearing down Sprint towers. Had to call customer service which mailed me a Sprint Sim card and confirmed that they were lying. DO NOT go here very dishonest workers.

Bad customer experience.. Went in trying to upgrade a phone from my family line.. Sales representative Tia came out with the iPhone I wanted and Manager Walter came out and immediately snatched the phone from her and told her that phone wasn’t available.. her manager told her she could not sell that phone to me after her telling me it was available.. I asked for an explanation and he said he could not give me one.. didn’t feel valued as a customer felt as if he had the phone reserved for someone else or maybe himself he didn’t go out his way to offer anything else.. he was mad at the representative for bringing that phone out.. Didn’t offer options I had to ask him if he could check different locations for phones.. felt discriminated and very disappointed at such poor service!!
I had really awesome experience with Nancy. I was never pressured to buy a phone I didn’t need or want and a phone plan as well. Thanks for all the help and great genuine customer experience.Makes me feel a lot better to be with T-Mobil when you have a awesome staff on board.
This T-Mobile store has the best T-Mobile reps. Ever! Went in to upgrade my phone and the girl that helped me I think her name was Nancy, she did an awesome job with helping me find the right phone for me and my needs! She took the time to help me get what I needed and was very knowledgeable! I would not go to a different T-Mobile! Highly recommended this store, the other reps were awesome as well and it was the best customer experience ever! Thank you Nancy and team Woodbury!
T-Mobile service was great! Thank you Nancy, came in with tech issues with my phone and Nancy figured out that it was a boot loop issue and she helped me get into a not so expensive phone and I switched from an LG to a Samsung, guess the boot loop on LG is common and it was something I did not want deal with in the future so Nancy helped me get into a better phone. Thank you Nancy! Highly recommend going to her for any tech issues, she did great!.
Went to this T-Mobile store and I worked with Nancy and she did an awesome job with helping me set up my phone and getting all my info from my old phone, it was a little bit of a process because I had forgotten my password but Nancy did an awesome job with helping me get a new password! I visited this location today to upgrade my phone and can I just say this was the BEST T-Mobile visit I’ve had in a long time.. if not ever! All staff had face mask on. It was clean with clearly mark 6ft signs for customers with hand sanitizer for customers to use

Bait and switch! Shady business practices by the store and T-Mobile. They change promotions regularly and then lie on your face. Dont trust anything they promise you in the store. Get it in writing before you leave the store. They tell you that in two months the billing will reflect the deal you signed up for but that is a lie. Shame on you T Mobile you have created a systemic scam to cheat people. Your online billing is designed to cheat innocent people. Please dont trust T-Mobile promotions, you end up paying more. I am so sorry I switched from AT&T.
I had issue with my data plan, not being able to do any streaming unless I had wifi. I worked with the manager Gabe on Monday and the following Tuesday for about 3 hours total to get this fixed. He was so awesome to work with! Patient, understanding and very helpful!! I cant thank him enough for helping with this and dealing with tech support on my behalf to get this resolved!
Avoid this T-Mobile location at all costs. The customer service here is non-existent, must be hiring from the other cell phone carriers. I had a warranty repair on a phone that was to be sent over night to this store. The next day I call and they just say to wait for the text message. The next day I call again and get told the same thing. I ask if I come into the store and it is still not there can I cancel the warranty replacement and use my jump upgrade instead to get a new phone and am told yes I can. After going into the store I finally was told the warranty phone is on back order - after 48 hours without a working phone! I then ask to do the Jump upgrade and the assistant manager tells me I cannot because I do not have a working phone - even though it is a warranty LG boot loop issue, not something I broke. I then tell them I want to do the warranty replacement and use Jump on it. Again I am denied as I do not physically have the phone as it is on back order. The store completely refused to do anything to get me a working phone! Fortunately I was able to visit the new location in Cottage Grove and walk out with a working new phone using my JUMP upgrade. Avoid this location at all costs, they are not representative of the usual great T-mobile customer service!

I have been to this T Mobile store three times in the past month. I purchased a phone for my son and then went back to look at the new iPhones to purchase one for myself. THIS STORE HAS BROUGHT BACK CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! Went in to get new screen protectors for my iPhones and left with a google pixel for my wife, not sure how or where along the line my wife decided to go from iPhone to a google pixel but Nancy had me in and out with brand new screen protectors and a new phone for my wife! Grace was very knowledgeable regarding service plans. Im very hesitant when switching plans or upgrading phones and she did not make me feel pressured or rushed. Very easy going atmosphere and sales reps are easy to talk to, not sleazy. Much prefer this location over the others! :)

I have been a T mobile customer for several years. This store has the worst service. They did not tell me the actual price on the bill; they did not help me transfer my files from the old phone to the new phone by simply saying the machine was broken; they did not unlock my old phone for me... I had to call 611 several times to solve the problems. Go to other stores, not this one!
Recently visited this store and I had the best customer service experience from any T-Mobile store. My XR came by mail and I went in to the store due to difficulties with setting up my iCloud on my new device. I also got a screen protector put on (free of charge) and they help setup my phone for me (including iCloud, old contacts, etc). Super grateful!!! thank you guys for the wonderful service, I will not be going to any other T-Mobile location.

Not the best customer service. Was told that I could buy the Samsung Tablet for the difference of the free tablet by an employee and then the manager later told me I couldnt. He said he would take $50 off my bill for the first two payments for the mix up. He did not follow through with that as my bill was for the full amount. The also screwed up my cell number and put it on the tablet. Was told it was fixed and would take up to 24 hours to adjust. It never changed so, I had to contact customer service to get it changed. Avoid this store.
Worst set of individual at this location with absolutely no knowledge of their own products and services.You get different information based on who you speak to at this location. I cancelled my multiple line from another carrier to T-mobile strictly based on the experience at this location.
Horrible service. Very rushed. I understand it gets busy but dont rush a customer out the door because you want to get every customer coming in served/get sales. Treat all customers the same, new or current.
Store staff is do not understand customer needs. They simply tell what the rules are and do not suggest any alternative. I have gone to store on Woodbury Dr., they understand customer need and suggest a way out win-win solution that saves customer from penalty and them from breaking rules. They know all rules have a way out.

Upon arriving I was asked if everyone has to come in because we are counted on the number of people that come in. Its winter yea, we are all coming in. The 2nd time I was there they were rude, short, I was in the middle of making a purchase and left cause didnt want to be there any longer. Ill go elsewhere.
I had a wonderful experience at t mobile in woodbury. Cassie S helped me make the switch from Verizon and even allowed me to keep my old phone number! after a week of having my 16gb Iphone SE I decided I wanted something bigger and exchanging my 16 for a 64gb was also very pain free and easy! would recommend, the store manager Cassie is very easy to work with and helped alot!
Worst experience ever at store. Waited for over 40 mins to just buy a flip phone for my grandma. There were like 10 customers waiting and only 2 employees and they seemed to be having some type of computer issues. Took 25 mins to finish with 1 customer. I usually go to the tmobile store in Sunray but they didnt have any basic flip phones so had to come to Woodbury. Will never come to this store again.
I went there to see about my phone not working properly. At a hospital so no paperwork here to get her name. She and a male were working. She was the nicest and most helpful I could ever ask for. From picking out a new phone to explaining the changes in the up grade from one to the other. Just LG Optimus phones,nothing too compicated to most. The store was getting busy and she said she would transfer info from the old one to the new one,and helped me pick out extras. I knew inbetweem customers she would work on getting everything done so my phone would be completley ready when I left. The store was really busy and she was apoloigizing to me for having to wait. I could hear the other salesperson working with customers, too. He was as nice and helpful as her. On the receipt she had her name and circled it and said to call her anytime for any question and that no question was dumb. I would recommend this store over any store Ive been to. She was great. She hasnt forgotten me when Ive called her back with help. Love this stores employes!
Store staff is very rude, and really does not care about customer service etiquette. I attempted to pre order a phone and had my name put on a please call when available list, by two different employees 2 days apart, I have not heard from either in weeks. The phone was launched and still no word.
