Exceptional Service!! I was led to this store by the YETI website for a cooler I had been looking for and I was extremely impressed with my experience. Every associate of the clean and organized store asked me if I needed help, with a smile. They went to the back to look for inventory without being asked and offered to special order in something I was looking for. The entire staff was courteous and helpful. They even interacted with my small children and made them feel special too. I can not say enough good things about this store. I would 100% make the 30 minute drive from my house to give them my business again.

I went to this store because they had a grill in-stock I found online. My first time inside an Ace. Many items have similar prices as other big box stores. The staff is very friendly and more knowledgeable than the staff in the bigger competitors. This Ace is a little out of my way, but I will definitely return to an Ace nearby me.

I accidentally walked in five minutes before closing one day because what store closes at 5pm?? There was a group of people standing there and everyone turned and stared at me while the manager(?) told me I only had five minutes. Very uncomfortable. I grabbed my bag of potting soil and forgot about the other items I needed and got out. Haven’t been back because I work and can’t get there early enough apparently to shop.

Ive been in this place a thousand times. I cant think of a time where they havent had what Ive been looking for. I dont know how they do it they just do. Great place. Great people.

Last night my old sump pump died and my cellar was filling up fast. We called the store after 4 pm and confirmed they had a 1/2 power sump pump. Got there and had help to assemble the pipe parts needed to connect my hose. This all was done just before closing time. The cashier even accepted some gift cards towards the total purchase price. Got home and had my pump up and running in no time. Thanks so much for the help and patience in putting it together!

First time in this store, i thought it was just a regular hardware store but i was wrong, they have EVERYTHING! Such a fun place to shop. I bought everything from pots and potting soil to bird feeders and Christmas decor. I cant say enough about the variety of items. Great prices

Always have what I need

I have only been there once so I could only judge on that. The price for the item I bought I thought was a little high and the service gentlemen that I tried to get help with wasnt very pleasant to be around.

Worst customer service everAs soon as we walked in we were bombarded with we are closing in 5 minutes what do you want? not by one but by two employees.One of them, a woman, started telling us she had worked all day long and that she was tired (Sunday 1pm) she even told us to go to a different store.I would never buy anything there again
