I LOVE this store. Theres always so much fun stuff you can buy here. When I visited here I bought a cross stitching kit and a diamond dot kit. I loved the diamond dot kit so much, the picture turned out really nice and it was fun too. I havent finished my cross stitching yet though.

I love any type of craft and always go to Michaels for my supplies. The workers here are super friendly. The other day a young girl named Malia helped me find just the beads I was looking for. Ill definitely be coming back next time I need more!

I do love the store, but this review is specifically about the curb side pickup option. I did a curb side pickup today and I waited 30 minutes because the system didnt alert them that anyone was there. I ended up calling into the store from the car to figure out why no one had come out, and all I received was a nonchalant oops, sorry from the store associate. Not a very good experience today.

Place is pretty dead inside so its easy to go in and get what you want and be out in a few minutes

This Michaels has by far the most efficient and fast curbside pick up that I have ever tried since this quarantine has started. Usually I don’t get curbside because when the time comes to check out sometimes they tell me that it’s out of stock or something. For Michael’s I ordered some school supplies before I hopped in the shower and as soon as I got out I got the text saying that my order was ready. I was SHOCKED. Thank you guys if I ever need curbside I would be picking Michaels over WALMART and TARGET. Those companies have more of a BS curbside pickup for various reasons😂.

If youre looking for cheap canvas stay away from the big wall, behind the aisle of oil paints and watercolors should be the artists lofts bulk canvas aisle w/ packs of 10 or 5 for as little as 10$ varying sizes. Also recommend before going into an aisle the ends have the best deals! Michaels.com will have the coupon you need, retailmenot does not. Always clean and friendly staff :)

Keep going in to purchase blades for my Cricket paper cutter and never has them. The only Cricket thing they had were the machines. There paper selection was not very diverse. Seems to not keep things up to date.

Stopped in so the wife could pick up some paint by number kits but they didnt have the ones she wanted in stock. She went to their website and ordered them....she still managed to spend $150 in there anyway!! Lol

I take my daughter every weekend to the kids club, they craft. You shop or stay your choice. . The staff is very friendly and helpful on any of your shopping needs.. they are like a family there and will treat you and your family like there own.

I havent been to a Michaels store in a very long time. I have always gone to Pat Catans but since they are closed now I dont have much of a choice. Michaels was neat, clean and orderly. I would have given them five stars but I found the prices, especially on framed pictures, quite high. The check out was easy and my salesperson was extremely helpful.

Yall already know whats up. I be learning how to crochet and all that. There was some good clearance yarn and I got some hooks for a good price. Saw my friend coming in after I checked out. Nice and clean store. Cute seasonal displays

A friend and I were in MI visiting her family and went to this store (Woodhaven MI) to pick up a few things for the the kids to do while visiting.My friend Sandy went in the womens restrooms and almost got sick. she had to leave and find another to use. she said she was appalled by the human waist on the floor in the stalls. and how unsanitary it was. we spoke to a young male with his pants ridding below his butt about it and his attitude was (what do you want me to do about it?).

They definitely do their best for social distancing, great care to their customers. Bought artificial flowers all at 60% off. Great deal.

Found everything easily, very good deals and the cashier Kaylee was wonderful! She was friendly and energetic. I have a talkative daughter and Kaylee was super nice and talked to her. My daughter couldnt stop talking about her new friend Kaylee on the ride home lol

Havent been there in a long time and went thru the whole store for 3+ hrs. Surprised how many unique items they have. Had a nice evening there. Will return for some yarn & toys for the great grand children.

This place has everything and things you didnt even know you wanted or needed. The employees have been really nice especially the one that works the evenings at the register- so very kind!

I like the store in general but this is more hobby than craft oriented. Hobbyists spend more while crafters look to make stuff cheaper in their spare time. Their prices are a bit spicy for me although there are some good deals to some things now and then. 4 stars I like it. It didnt impress me so...not 5. But as a store in general it was clean and staff was being helpful. I went around Christmas time when the holiday craziness was on. But still clean and well stocked.

Tons of hobby supplies. Flowers, baking, knitting, painting, decorating, slime, frames. All kinds of things. I almost always find what I need and can always find a good alternative if the original item wasnt available.

This Michaels does not have a fabric section.The staff here is so friendly and helpful. They are like your cool aunts who know everything about crafting and they always tell you about current coupons.

The cashier was very patient and helpful, and I was able to find everything that I needed. Excellent customer service!

I’ve been going to the MichaelsWoodhaven location for over 8+ yearsI get a lot of framing done there-always GREAT-This past year is horrible- very RUDE-the matting is & has been uneven the last couple times I went & I show them & they do t care line they used to.It’s to bad because the lady who used to run the back(I won’t name names) she’s no longer at that location & ever since she left so did the GREAT service & professionalism-i now take my business elsewhere.

So much stuff in there. I needed more time. Will be going back.

I was looking for kinetic sand in my grand kiddos chosen colors. I found plenty of other great craft ideas materials and other great sales, but only natural sand colors. Walmart had the colored sands, I was looking for. I didnt have time to order on line, time gets away too quickly. So glad I was able to get the ONE thing in the color they wanted for their birthdays. Just surprised Michaels had not restocked the colored sand.

Went there to get an antique engraving framed but they wanted wayyyy too much. I even had my own antique frame . I really only needed a small mat board. When I mentioned that, she said the high price of the job was because of the skill to do it . So I took it home and did it myself (with minimal skill and zero experience) for a fraction of the price

Most of the time very expensive. Sonetimes they will have good deals on one or two items that noone else does. Very under staffed. Usually only one employee at the registers and Ive never seen an employee on the floor.Not a good place for party supplies, especially balloons. Great selection of jewelry making suppliers.

I find it too difficult to ever find what Im looking for in there, and when you need assistance to find something it seems like there is no one around. However, the staff is kind enough to guide you.
