Quite honestly, the people at this location were wonderful. They did the free visual inspection and informed me that I needed wheel bearings and back brakes. They specified that the back brakes could be held off on for a little while, but I thought it best to get it all done at once.They were fast and when I asked them to describe how bad the brakes were they had one of the mechanic that worked on it tell me.I love Belle Tire.

I will start by saying I have never had a bad experience, specifically at this Belle Tire. However this experience from start to finish has been an absolute disaster. I dropped my wifes car off Monday 0800 as I needed a new tire. The guy that helped me said maybe same day, worst case Tuesday (no problem at all on my end). I call on Monday at 4pm and another guy answers, says my cars second in line and theres no reason it wont be done. I come in Monday at 7 pm and they say the tire isnt even there yet, to which I had a few choice words. Fast forward to today and the tire finally arrives. Upon inspection my wifes car was a hot mess, stuff everywhere and the spare tire and tire jack were just laying in the trunk (keep in mind I dropped the car off) and it was not in that condition. What in the world were you doing with my spare tire? We knew the tire needed replaced so why were you guys digging around with all that? To boot not even putting anything back at all.... All of this for a $300 dollar tire.... Truly unbelievable, I will not be returning to this location anytime soon unfortunately.

My Saturn Aura didn’t get serviced as quick and on time as when I brought my BMW in, and I don’t think they did alignment check like I asked, but either way they got the job done.Not the perfect job but there’s always room to improve. 5 stars!

Best service ever, Thanks to David M Gonzalez and Wes they were able to work with me on getting some promotions. I came into this location week of June 28th knowing what tires I wanted, although they were out of stock they made it happened to have the tires by noon and on my vehicle for me to pick it up. For every question I asked, Wes gave me a good response especially for the tire protection plan and the wheel alignment services they offer. Overall they were honest, good and courteous to every customer that walked in that door while I was there. Thank you all once again for being very helpful 🙂

The older service rep seemed miserable to be at work, instantly had an attitude all because I asked how long it would take to service two tires. Instead of providing an estimate he just said by the time we close itll be done. Decided to take my business to pomps tire service and got my service done within a hour.

Very polite and helpful to, theyre offering a front end alignment with warranty for 119.00 for a year, and I dont believe that I have seen it anywhere else. That means when I get the new parts I can go back to them and they will adjust what needs to be adjusted. Thank you so much Belle Tire! Right now your a God send.

One of my tires had a slow leak, about once a week it needed air. Brought in for repair, theysaid it had a nail. Put on car, still leaking about the same as before.Brought it back and they tried again. This time it was leaking worse than before requiring me to air is daily. Just installed tire for the THIRD TIME! They couldnt tell me what the problem was. Hopefully the third time is a charm.

A little disappointed, had to put air air in my tire two times today before stopping at Belle Tire to have them check it and was told I would have to make an appointment for another day. I am 76 years old and unable to constantly stop and pay $0.75 for air until I can get to a Belle Tire location. I stopped at Walmart to purchase a tire inflator because Im sure my tire will be flat by morning. Its nice to have the insurance for free flat repair, but unfortunately we never know in advance when were going to need it so we can make an appointment

Brought in for tpm sensor being on, they found rim was leaking and repaired it. within 2 days sensor back on and tire looking low. brought back near closing was told not enough time to do job properly since its a rework. brought back next business day and their long hours days and still no time to look at it. i have been going to bel tire for over 20 yrs, never had i have service like this. satisficed customer failure.

I love Belle tire. The only shop around, whether it be tire shop, auto shop, or gas station that still has free air. It doesn’t cost the shop anything, so I love the fact that they still do that.

Coming home from vacation we hit our wonderful Michigan roads, something hit the tire and bam, we have a flat. Managed to get the spare on. Drove 3 miles to this bell tire. They had us back up and running in 45 minutes tops. Very friendly and helpful. Wish I would have got the guys name I would give him a huge shout out! An absolutely amazing experience.

Ive only been coming here for a year now. Always gone to Discount, but this is the only place Ive found that will take a tire off the rim for $5 and put another on for another $5. Everywhere else is $10 each. Tires on my truck are nice as well. I paid a fair price and all that too, but mainly the tire and rim thing. Everyone has been real friendly and helpful. Ill be coming back.

Had a leak in one of our tires while traveling. Despite being very busy they made time for us and had it fixed in under an hour, and didn’t even charge us for it. Also observed their workers being very professional and friendly service to other customers while we were waiting. We’re not from around that area but would definitely recommend this location!

Bought brand new fuel wheels and BF Goodrich tires. spent just over $3400 on everything. they mounted the wheel wrong so it was leaking air so I had to take it back up there. they had to dismount the tire and remount it at which point the rim was damaged which could easily been seen that it was from the mounting machine. but belle tire of course said that they didnt do it. the salesman literally looked at it and said Im not admitting guilt for that. of course not. but yay they said they would put some touch up paint on it. Im sure that will look really nice because they are professional car painters. I WILL NEVER USE BELLE TIRE AGAIN. ID RATHER USE AN ONLINE SERVICE

7 hours later and still waiting for them to patch a tire. I dropped my car off at 12 pm yesterday. I am here early morning still waiting. It is now 9:30 a.m. All I needed was a patch. This is very unacceptable.

I had an 11 o’clock appointment for a tire rotation and an alignment. They rotated the tires and then put my vehicle back outside. I asked if it was done as it had been an hour into the appointment and it was just sitting outside. The employee informed me that it still needed an alignment there were a few others ahead of me. Two hours in he explains to me what an alignment means and asked if I still wanted it. I was confused because the whole point of my appointment was to have an alignment done and they acted like it was something they were offering to me. The employees seem overwhelmed and don’t appear to know what their customers are in for. I set this appointment up to avoid waiting several hours for service. Three hours for a rotation and an alignment is unacceptable. Another customer spilled pop all over the lobby floor right when I arrived and informed the employees. They never came out to clean it up. Whoever is running this place seems as though they need some help. I would avoid this place if you value your time.

Just left this Belle tire because I have lifetime rotation I need to get my tires rotated which they told me takes 15 minutes but I had a three hour we end up leaving I’ll go to a local tire shop to get it done as I cant wait three hours it’s going to take

Was there on 6/29 at 7pm for a problem with my tire. Indicator had come on and then realized that there was a problem. Chris said it was going to be an hour which I was good with. About 30 minutes later my car was done and then to be told that there was no charge was even better!!! Would definitely recommend that location and Chris and Antonio at the front that helped me. Fast and courteous. waiting room has limited seating, but was not too busy.social distancing and masks worn by staff also made me feel more comfortable. took about an hour to swap snow tires out.

Brought in my truck for a tire rotation and technician never tied up nut covers.As the result, several of them were lost while driving. Makes me wonder what else they miss to do properly and how unsafe is to drive a vehicle that has been serviced in this shop.

Please, if you are thinking about using this Belle Tire location you must reconsider. I cannot speak for all Belle Tire locations when I say this, but i can share my experience with this location.Belle Tire in Woodhaven on Allen Road engages in predatory practices to try and bully people into unwarranted and unneeded repairs. They are the prime example of what an auto repair shop should NOT be.I brought my vehicle in this morning. It needed a front wheel alignment. I know this, because I had just changed out the rack & pinion and tie rod ends. I dropped my vehicle off and made clear what I needed. I received a call within a half an hour from the tech. He informed me that my lower and upper ball joints were shot and that they could not preform an alignment due to this. The repair cost out the door would be over $900. That cost is about average, so there is no problem there. The problem is that I had just been working on my vehicle. I inspected my lower and upper ball joints while working on the rack & pinon. Nothing I saw, nor any of the at home tests I did indicated to me that the ball joints were bad.I told them that I will not be going for that repair, picked my truck up and took it over to Firestone on West rd. I did not inform them that I had just been to Belle Tire. Firestone preformed the front wheel alignment with no issues or recommendations. Upon picking up my vehicle I double checked with the tech specifically on the ball joints. He indicated to me that there was nothing that they noted that would warrant any sort of repair to them.On top of the false repair claims they also smeared a brown/rust colored grease all over my driver door, both inside and out, and all over my steering wheel.Do not use this location. If something sound suspicious, ALWAYS get a second opinion, whether it be car, home or health.

I havent been to a Belle Tire in years - for no other reason than the comfort and familiarity of the competitor tire place that I have been going to for so long. But, when that other place couldnt take care of what I needed to have done, a friend recommended Belle Tire.Fast friendly service - done right. The place was packed when I dropped off my truck to have the suspension work done. I didnt think I was going to be able to get it in because of the volume of customers already there - but - they got the job done and only had my car for a few hours.They honored their initial quote from two weeks prior when I came by to see what was going on - gave me the rebate information and explained how I go about taking advantage of it (which I already did). By the way, this was the best of three quotes that I took.Because of this positive experience - I may come back when its time for a new set of tires. At least if I come back here, I dont have to take the truck somewhere else for an alignment after getting a brand new set of treads - they do it here!

Got a set of brand new tires here and found myself going back every 2-4 weeks because my tires kept going low. First two times they said just needed air from cold weather, Temperature changes should not effect One tire and none of the others. Temperature changes should not cause one tire to need air weekly or biweekly and it definitely shouldn’t cause my tire to be completely low. Then my third time there they said “Its leaking air because they forgot to change the piece for you”. A piece like what ? That didn’t even make sense to me. Anyways by my fourth and last visit there they had people in the lobby complaining about their service. I even spoke to a lady who told me she got an alignment done there and had to come back because it wasn’t done right. Only reason I’ve went back because they’re under warranty. If you need their service spend the extra miles going to a different location as I did. This location has no idea what they’re doing.

Chris was my service tech, awesome job! Called at 8:30 Saturday morning, they had no appts available, said drop it off at 9:30 & I’ll get you taken care of. 4 new tires, fixed a bent rim, replaced the 2 TPS for me & an alignment, out the door by 11am! More than a satisfied customer.

Free air, but rubber gaskets are worn out on gauge, hard to hold tight on valve stem, takes 3 trys to get air in tire, but otherwise excellent tires, personal, and service.

My car was pulling hard left and vibrating at high speed. I took it here and they said all of my tires were out of balance and that they moved the tires from the front to the back. After they checked alignment (it was good) they test drove it and called me and told me that the car was pulling hard right now. My tires are a year old and still have good tread. They said that I needed to buy a new set of tires and quoted me the prices. I questioned how it would be pulling right from just moving the tires from the front to the back and the answer was that I probably had more than one bad tire. I took the car back and paid the $40 for the alignment check. When I drove the car it felt fine this time and was not pulling hard right. If anything it was minutely pulling left. They did not think that I would drive the car to verify what they said. They wanted to sell me $500 tires that I did not need. I will not be back and I highly recommend that people stay away from this place.

The worst experience I ever had. Wanting to buy tires but no one world wait on me. Stood there for about 7 minutes. I was the only one on line at the time. Not one person at the counter said hello or just a minute. It was like I wasnt even there. If thats how they great a customer. They dont need my business. Just had to get air for my tires besides that it was okay.

I was putting my snow tires onto my car so I could go up north for the weekend. One of them had a big nail in the tire and would not hold pressure. I took the tire to my local Belle Tire in Allen Road in Woodhaven. They were packed, no parking spaces available and the waiting room had people stranding. I walked up to the counter and was greeted by the manager. He said I will get it fixed by closing time. If we get it done sooner I will call. If not just show up before we close at 8:00 pm. I drove up up at to the store at 7:30 PM and the tire was completed. All of the guys were still working on cars. I dont know how they fit me in but it was done ahead of schedule. I have been going to this store for over 25 years. There is no better tire store than Belle Tire.

Scott is always a great help, suggests the perfect tire for your needs and if there are any issues with you car he makes sure you know them so you can get them repaired! They dont take a super long time and staff is always nice. Wouldnt go anywhere else for tires!

My daughter caught a flat at walmart across the street we changed the tire finally to her donut after 2 hours of work to pull off and the donut went flat. She coasted across the street to Belle Tire as they where closing up & Sam greeted us seeing we had the look of distraught he fixed her tire (patch) & simply told us to have a better day. We need more people in this world like Sam who have compassion, care & understanding for others. Thank You Belle Tire. We Made It Home Safe.

Called earlier in the day for a quote on two 2017 Ford Fusion tires. Was quoted 300.10 out the door, which when asked included mounting and balancing. Also was told that you did not need to purchase a warranty with the tires, because if you got a nail in a tire, they would plug/fix it for free. After coming back from Belle Tire the total cost out the door was $430.00. This was due to a warranty on each tire and an alignment. If you need a warranty on each tire, DO NOT tell the customer that you fix things like nails in tires for free. Very disappointed!! Next time will go somewhere else, that quoted the same price but didn’t mislead in a warranty. Do not recommend this company.

I speak with Andrew everytime i go into this belle tire very nice gentleman. He is very knowledgeable and not just looking for the sale, always works with in my price range and finds me the best tire that can be in my budget. Recently had my mother take her vehicle there because their competitor Discount informed my mother she needed new tires, car is a 2014 with less the 40k miles. Had her stop in there and talk with Andrew and he informed her they werent needed at the time but a rotate and balance would be good to do. Awesome service and honestly goes a long way in the service industry these days. Great job

Early January 2018, I went to have a flat tire fixed at this location. The mgr was very nice and kind. I was a last customer. He did not charge me. I pleaded to pay him but he said I waited for a long time and he wasnt going to charge me. I had a great experience. I look forward to getting everything done at this place.

I drive 30min out of my way just to come to this shop! Staff is very friendly and respectful of my vehicle. Manager is very knowledgeable and meticulous with his employees work. They are a great team and they do quality work.

Price was good,. Guys were very nice but I think that 2 hrs and 45 min is excessive. Especially if u dont tell me that when I bring it. My car was on hoist w tires off almost 2 hrs?? Better pack a lunch
