Bought a used 2015 Chevrolet Cruze 33000 miles close to three years ago it now has 52 thousand I have no trouble with it of course I use synthetic oil only change filters as needed you never know when youre going to have trouble with a car but Im very happy with Michael Bates Chevrolet except for the service department manager

I worked with Kara in new car sales! She was exceptional!!! She was able to get me into a brand new 2021 Blazer and at the payments we needed to be at. She was well prepared, had 100% of everything I needed when I came to pick up the vehicle, and did all of this in LESS than 24 hours. Thank you Kara for your awesome professionalism! We will be back for next time we need a new car!!!

My son bought a 2021 trailblazer in October from Michael bates Chevrolet. Loves his trailblazer but again the roads are not kind to the tires. He managed to have gotten a slow leak, so I took the vehicle in.Megan in the service dept took it back right away...the right rear had 2 screws in it. So, after 2 plugs its back on the road and my son is happy again. Quick service, no waiting.

I took my car in for an alignment, picked it up 2 days later and immediately noticed that it was pulling to the right. I called and brought it back in the very next day, they had it for 4 days and never bothered to even look at the car or call me and give me updates (even though they told me twice it would be looked at the day after I dropped it off). Picked it up after 4 days and took it somewhere else - turns out the alignment wasnt done at all or if it was done, it was done poorly and ended up having to pay another place to do it over again.

The dealership sent someone who drove from Woodhaven to Auburn Hills to pick me up. Ezra was awesome and he got me a great deal even after recently coming out of bankruptcy. I cant wait to get my next vehicle. Eventhough there are hundreds of GM dealerships near me, Id take that 40 minute ride for great customer service.

Brought my 2017 chevy Colorado in several times last year . The front suspension was making lots of noise. The truck only had 23000 miles on it and was under warranty. I told them and showed the guy writing up the truck that the noise was either from the drivers side upper control arm or the top strut mount. The first time I brought it in they said they couldnt replicate the issue. A few months later with the truck sounding terrible i brought it back in . After having the truck for 4 weeks they said they replaced the strut mount. The noises continued all winter. So i took the truck to a friend who works on cars on the side. Within 20minutes he had both wheels off and showed me two bad ball joints one on the drivers side upper control arm the other on passenger side lower. 20 minutes to findout what this dealship couldnt find in a month. When he was replacing the 460$ worth of control arms the drivers side strut fell right out. So they never ever replaced that either. I wil never have anything to do with this dealer again and i am telling everone i know to avoid it to. All this work should have been done under warranty. Now i had to pay 700$ just for the parts. Thanks for nothing.

We were looking for options for our lease that was nearing the end (time and miles). Our original dealer was kind of giving us the run around, telling us that they couldnt help us with a pull ahead at the time. We stopped into Michael Bates and talked to Nathan Ward. He was able to set up a couple test drives and gave us a couple options. We wanted to take a few days to figure out what would work the best for our budget, etc and Nate was very patient with us. He stayed in contact, but didnt push. He provided us a few options, from the lease price to down payment options, etc. Nate found a way to turn in our lease a little early at no cost to us, plus get my husband a truck with more options on it than he had. My husband has a truck that he absolutely loves at a price that I absolutely love! Nate has customers for life!!!

Came in with a check engine light and 2 recall issues. Was done by end of day. They even provided me with a loaner that was very clean.
