Jake took the time to see what my grandson did wrong when adding Ram to the PC. Not sure what he did wrong but Jake diagnosed it and cleaned it up. Downriver this place should be your Go To PC repair, and trouble with any pc questions. Great people, was wonderful speaking to them. Treated my grandson wonderfully. More than rated a 5, if it was possible.

Jake from ECS built me a high end machine for gaming computer which works perfectly. I use / recommend the anti-virus from ECS as it is much higher quality than what you get at the basic consumer level. The anti-virus is bundled with end user support which is great.ECS also built and currently supports my parents computer. My parents who are not techies in any stretch of the imagination need the support from time to time. The remote support sold with their anti-virus solution is a great value.

They really know what they are doing and can simplify what is wrong and how they are fixing it so it is easy to understand. Extremely personable and provide great customer service and work quick to get your computer back to you. Highly recommend if you need any sort of help with your computer or have any questions about software or hard drives, because they have all the answers. My family and I have been a loyal customer for years and do not plan on going anywhere else for computer service. Very friendly and extremely helpful. 10/10!!!!

These guys are amazing

Had a printer installed today that was not operating properly. Thetechnician Robert found and corrected the problem and also installeda mal ware virus program that will keep my computer free from hackers.I would recommend this company to family and friends as it is difficultto find technicians that have the expertise and knowledge to bring up a computer and printer to maximum performance levels.Ron B.

Took my 8 year old Lenovo to Tim and Jake to have it checked, unfortunately it was DOA. While talking to Tim about a new one he said he could build me one that would make my Lenovo look like a turtle ... in 2 days I got a call from Jake to come get the new computer. My husband and I are not “techies” but we do rely heavily on our computers. So, when they aren’t working properly we panic. ECSI have helped us in many ways. Probably one of the most important advantages of their business is their remote access capability. We were able to allow ECSI access to our computer screen and they were then able to run diagnostic tests and find a solution to our computer problems. This is a huge benefit to us because prior to working with ECSI we would be without our computers for anywhere from 4-10 days. It was so bothersome we endured using less than optimally running computers rather than taking them in to get repaired.We also appreciated the way ECSI brought their language down to our level, explained what they needed to, and educated us on technology that would be beneficial to us, including what type of laptop to purchase at the best price. We are involved in a couple of different non-profit organizations and have to manage data in a secure manner and in the most economical way.
