Has the worst shipping, logistics and customer service. Package information and package estimates delivery times are inaccurate and one agent will give you information another agent will give you totally different information. Definitely not using this company again. Will use UPS exclusively in the future. They have better customer service and package management policies. FedEx is horrible horrible horrible.

I arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Friday night. Brandon was a huge help. He was able to print 2 copies of a 47 page document and put together a professional looking binder for the 2 copies. Great customer service!!! Will go out of my way to go to this location.

Went there to send a singel letter ONE paper to Europe they wanted $148 for one singel letter to send. Went to the local USPS facility and it was TWO DOLLARS + $16 to send it with a tracking number. When I tried to explain to the guy at the front desk that I usually ship it for way less his response was NO with out even trying to look anything up. Save $$$ dont ship with FedEx.

Convenient. The cost of sending a fax is about $2.00 per page therefore I opted to have the document scanned and e-mailed for $ 0.25 per page.

Brandon was very helpful and able to easily take care of a printing job that Office Depot said was impossible. I highly recommend going to see Brandon for whatever you need!
