Warehouse is huge, parking is easy. But the issue is that you have to wait minimum of 5 hours… don’t be surprised if you get stuck over night! Trucking lounge is provided which includes a Tv, Vending Machines, microwave, and pretty clean Bathroom but I rather not have to wait for 5 hours.

Checked in by 5:10 AM for 6:00 AM appointment. Got out by 7:10 AM same day. I’m not sure if I was lucky but they took only a little over an hour to unload me square away paperwork. Parking available on the street in front of Target truck entrance.

Got me unloaded and out of there. Good folks!

I’m still waiting for my trailer pull out from dockI got the paperwork from office and it says your trailer is on door 410I told the yard guy to release the trailer. he said go to the office and tell them and I did, they are still playingOffloading time is ..........😣😬

I missed my appointement because my company couldnt provide the delivery # . But got next day delivery. They were right about this place i had my next load ready it was two miles from here but had to cancelled been here eight hours since the morning my trailer was not even half ways SLOW HERE Probaly trying to put in Overtime.I stayed on the side of the street even though it say’s no parking . I wasnt told to move so i thought it was great. First time here in target security tells you to drop trailer where they tell you and after that to go to door 401 the lady in the office told me that it would take 4 hours and told me to park in 70-75 the yard driver takes trailer to dock and takes the trailer off dock were not allowed to back into dockYou leave your phone # with her and they will call you when its ready.For people doing a drop n hook youll be in and out quick .they provide restrooms vending machines and a drivers waiting area.

They fired me as soon as I walked in... I drove 1hr to get fired.. Without any warnings.. thx Target.

The place is nice and plenty of space to park with out any problems, there’s only one huge problemthey took almost 5 hours to unload my truck it was ridiculous,they give you a door quick so it makes you think thinks will run smoothly but it’s the opposite,after they tell you where to park, after that get ready to wait and wait for ever ...

Avoid at all costs. 6 hours to unload a trailer. Rude employees. Places like this DC should have to pay 500 an hour after 2 hours. They act like its no big deal. Absolutely rude. Wheres the zero star

Better pack some movies to watch and a box of pizza. Your spending the night here folks. This place is a joke of a facility. Very disgusting operation ran here. It’s obvious they get paid hourly and are pushing for some overtime. You will be stuck here for half a day on a good day.

Wouldn’t recommend, anybody to work here. A lot of favoritism, discrimination & not enough discipline. They walk over you. Make u feel like you should speak up about certain problems. But when you do speak up they start to make u feel like your a problem and then they’ll get rid of you. Only because California is at At Will state. Smh

Takes a very longtime to unload here. The good part is they pay detention at $35 an hour and no 2 hour free time.

Make sure you packed an sleeping bag and pillow as well lots food and drinks. Superior performance slowly unloading and loading production. 17 hours of unloading process. Owner Operator beware of not definitely delivering here. No overnight parking allowed except on the street. Pilot truck is a 10 miles away from here. If you parked outside the gate 50/50 you might get ticket for being illegally parked on dead end street leads to nowhere

They need to work on the time that takes to unload the trailers... They should send somebody to walmart and learn from them max I waited at any Walmart DC 3hrs. Targets always takes more than 7hrs. Do not Kwon why its being like this for years they do not care. If you are not drop and hook not a good place to come to!!

I think this place not even deserve a star, my appointment time was 4:00pm and it 1:20am and still waiting for unload. Please bring your food if you are coming for unload your trailer live because these people don’t respect your time.

Great prices, wonderful service at registers. Lines are slow, but Self-Check-Out registers flow quickly and are monitored very well (for customer service). CVS Pharmacy service is excellent for customer service-quick lines and very friendly help, but their computer system sometimes sends me an automated Instant Message (on my smart phone that a refill is ready, when it has not been refilled and is not even scheduled to be filled yet)so call ahead first and check. The store is for the most part clean (excluding the clothing and toy departments). Service on the floor has been both good and extremely horrible. Ive had people ask me in the main walkways if I need help. On other occasions, Ive had people tell me No, when asking for help, or Im Off Work, Find it Yourself. Younger management is very kind. Older mangers seem very stressed out and sometimes very rude. Parking lot is well done.

Terrible to deliver to this place. Appointment was 8 AM. Still waiting at 2:30. They have no estimate as to when our trailer will be empty. 2 large pallets. Another driver was told to leave bobtail yesterday and return today...over 24 hours and his is not empty. Then they have a sign up stating when done you have to leave within 30 minutes. What nerve. If you are live unload delivering here bring a book, movie, meal and partner to keep you entertained in the bunk because you are camping out.

Showed up 2 hours early. Was told to leave and come back in an hour. Sat 9 hours to be unloaded. Lost preplaned load going home for holiday in Texas after beinh out OTR for 9 weeks due to not being able to get unloaded. Get trailer back and it is damaged. Another 2 hours dealing with that. Do youraelf a favor stay away from thia facility.

Don’t book this location if you have next pickup same day, checked in 9;45 am now 14:00 and still waiting!

Was told that it would take 8 hours to unload (live load), so the driver was given the option to drop the trailer and return once it is unloaded. The driver received a call about 5 hours later saying that the trailer is ready to be picked up.

Never bring any load to this facility again take too much time to unload.

I’ve been there for 13 hours now, still not done. This is terrible place to deliver. Here is the update, it took them 18 hrs, the driver was out of that place at 11pm.

Same as all other reviews. Hurry up and wait. Live unload, 01-19-21 Appointment at 0930, checked in at 9am.... empty and out at 3pm.

I deliver loads there all the time. Clean restrooms a lounge area vending machines microwave to warm up your lunch. Employees are ok they keep to themselves and work. Target is very strict on delivery times. Do not show up more than an hour early because they will not let you in anyways and when you are in and unloading plan on always being there at least 3-5 hours or more. If you plan on booking a load after a Target deliver DONT. You will never make it. Wait until you are done unloading and then book another load. If you are tired and enjoy getting detention time Target loads are the best. I have gotten 7-9 hours of detention many times at Target.

8.5 hours getting unloaded, I was the first one out of here, so maybe I should not complain?

Quick and easy drop & hook every time. Maybe this only applies to fleets that have outstanding accounts and empty trailers from other earlier fleet drivers.Slow going for live unloads Id guess but Ive never been here longer than 20 minutes.

My appointment was at 10:00am check in 30 minutes earlier, this was live unload. They call me at 3:30 pm my trailer was empty. I miss my other pick up because of this delay, if you haven’t pick up the load coming to this location CANCEL IT ASAP, unless you get paid waiting time.

The worth place. Unloading 8 hours. Remove seal and dont put in the invoice mark Difficult to proof if quantity is different from invoice. The service is terrible

This is the worst place I have ever delivered to. The place needs to work on their management and the techniques in which they unload. Took more than 12 hours to unload. I dont know why the hell they make appointments. Horrible service

This place is slow to unload. They require appointments, can’t show up earlier than an hour, and while staff is nice, you may as well bring your tent and camping gear, you will be here long enough to need it. I hate slow places, total disrespect for my time sitting here for a day to lose money waiting for them. Why have appointments if you can’t do anything within a few hours? I would rather deliver to a competitor who isn’t as bad. Target DC’s are the model for slow and inefficient.

This place is a joke. Every driver I talk to hates coming here. They lost part of my load in the warehouse have kept me here for 7 hours so far. Yelled at me at the 6 hour mark. Because I said it had been 6 hours and ask whats going on. Lol Ill never deliver here again.

I worked this company .HR people so helpful but both GL (operation leader) so rude And do Favoritism .The main reason for my quit is their management totally 0

My husband and I were dreading delivering to this place since I check the reviews if therere any, but when we pulled up to the guard shack we were told to just drop and hook and sign/fill out a form. They have an easy layout and we were out of there in about 20 minutes!

All those good reviews must have been from hook and drop drivers. They took 6 hours to unload a live load.
