Very friendly and helpful

It is a small make-up shop inside a JC Penney store. I really appreciate the store because so many places have gone out of business, or are closed, due to the coronavirus. We need to keep this store open.

Good place for shopping

Lost of great selections something for everyone. Great service as well. I would recommend to everyone.

I came in today to make a return on an online purchase. The two girls in the store were so patient with me- it was a difficult return due to them not having that product in the store and I had to run out to get my phone for the receipt, and it was close to closing. They handled it with a smile, And they were very helpful with all of my questions. They helped me pick out a new product that I’ve already fallen in love with and I have no regrets in also giving this gift to a dear friend. They have great customer service and product knowledge, which is great for someone like myself who is new to the world of Sephora. I don’t remember their names, but they were on the closing shift 12/18/19. Thanks ladies!
