My experience at Mattress Firm was wonderful! I made an emergency trip here after my temporary air bed had gotten a hole the night before. Because I’m a college student and classes were starting soon, I needed something very affordable and that I could get the same day too. I ended up leaving the store with a new mattress and bed frame within only 20 to 30 minutes. Both were easy to carry up to my apartment and set up. I slept so well that night and even ended up sleeping in. At the store, I was helped by Brandy. She was super friendly and helpful and was able to get me a great discount on everything too. I highly recommend this place especially for college students. Will definitely be coming back if I ever need something in the future!

Absolutely amazing customer service. It was exceptional and made our experience great. Great prompt delivery! The two gentlemen that delivered the bed frame were very cautious of the surrounding furniture throughout the house. They explained how to test all the electronic parts so I was comfortable with my purchase before leaving.

I shopped here a few days ago and was waited on by Don, who was very patient at answering all my questions and letting me try mattresses multiple times to compare. I felt safe with the social distancing. My delivery isnt until tomorrow, but I was given a two- hour time frame. I had questions about the electrical outlet I would need and when I called the store they answered my question promptly (Eldridge). I would shop here again.

I bought my Serta iSeries hybrid mattress here. Brandi helped us find the right mattress and was very nice, patient, and informative. She even went above and beyond! The mattress I wanted wasn’t on an adjustable base, so she switched the mattress to the adjustable base and we ended up buying the mattress! I also got the pillow/sheet/cover bundle and it was delayed in shipping. The manager, Eldridge Cisco was also great in resolving this! He offered to get me something comparable and I can’t thank him enough! Both employees went above and beyond and we had a great experience

MattressFirm completely let me down. I’m not saying you’ll have the same experience but I encourage any potential buyer to have the salesperson explain all charges in detail. I purchased from the Woodland MattressFirm and I went back like 5 times to discuss what had happened and each time there were different people. I had one guy reassure me that I would see the changes I wanted in my next bill. Never happened. When I went back it was a different person and after all my attempts no one helped me. Terrible place terrible people. Hypocrites.

Chris Vallejo was courteous and helpful. Signing a waiver to walk away with your mattress, is a joke. California state law says that every driver is responsible for their own load. This leads me to believe that Mattress Firm is collecting and selling customer information, you draw your own conclusions.

I actually went in to this store twice, once by myself and once with my wife. Both times I received great service, and the second time we ended up making a purchase. Antonio handled a couple customers while we were there, but we felt he really took the time with us and made sure we were aware of all of our options.

I called from Costco and was in a severe crunch for time as my renter had been removed from the property at 9 pm last night and new tenent moves in tonight at 9 pm. I was able to arrange a new bed at the price I wanted to pay and free delivery tomorrow. Tenent was ok roughing it one night. The price was better than any other place I checked except goodwill I guess but didn’t want that level of a mattress. M always very pleased with my dealings with them and this is the 4 th mattress I ha e gotten from them
