I went to check out the fishing gear for salt water. I wasnt expecting them to have much in the way of saltwater gear but was in the area and decided to stop in anyway. Very little in the way of salt water gear(as expected), but a nice selection of fresh water gear available. One of the employees came over and we chatted for a few minutes about fishing. Very nice older gentleman. Was very friendly and humble.

I love Big 5, we needed a good sports goods store here so Im glad it came here years ago, the employees could be more knowledgeable though especially when it comes to their 1-day deals because they dont seem that organized in this sense because they dont seem to get the prices right or want to charge you the correct amount but they do have good sales, great merchandise, I buy most my shoes here because they have a solid cheap selection and I really like the store overall.

The customer service in the gun section was awful very rude employee name Andrew. Ive been there before everyone else good customer service except Andrew at the gun section is I can rate zero stars I would

We need to support businesses that sell sporting goods onsite. Where will you go next time youre in a pinch and need something for the weekend or same day, or a last-minute fishing permit? Ok... getting off the soapbox. These are the things I know about. The shop has a legit pocketknife selection with fair pricing, also flashlights, they employ young people, always a sale going on shoes. continuing to stock those random things you dont need name brand, like extra shoelaces, warm up shorts and basic tees.

Everything I saw in the sales add was not in the store and you try to get it on line and it tells you only available in store. Sale on summer stuff but nothing I bought was on sale. Ugh thats twice this happened.

They helped me choose between a bag of tennis balls and a set that had four cans of tennis balls but was priced more cheaply. Thanks !

Very helpful over the phone, took the time to locate what I was looking for and pulled it to the front of the store for me to quickly purchase when I arrived. Very friendly staff. Everyone asked how I was doing and for assistance if needed. Everything I bought was on sale, went in for 1 item for $119, came out with 3 items for $80.

Manager Brad Teuscher is awesome! Everyone is polite and go over and beyond to help me find what I need. And I have two kids doing sports now so any help I can get is very much appreciated! Thanks guys!

SPORTING GOODS DIDNT KNOW HIS SHOTGUN SHELLS... THEY DO CARRY 1.75, 2.75, AND 3 INCH SHELLS... NOT VERY GOOD SERVICE ...THEY DO CARRY ALOT ...THERE GUN PRICES ARE APPROXIMATELY TWENTY DOLLARS MORE/ THAN SPORTSMAN WAREHOUSE...LOTS OF GOOD MERCHANDISE FOR GOOD PRICES...
