My garage door suddenly stopped working- at 5:10 on a Friday night. After quickly searching for someone local who advertised 24/7 service, I found the excellent reviews for Bullock Garage Doors, and decided to give them a call- and I’m so glad I did!! Frank was at my house within the hour to fix my broken springs and even had a little helper (his 5 year old son) along for the ride- who, I must add, was very well behaved! Frank was quick (and generous) with my quote, quick with the service, and so friendly. I have every confidence that my garage door and springs will work for a long time coming, and also know I can count on Frank to help me out if something else breaks. Excellent service! It was a holiday weekend and my garage door bent and couldnt get it to close. I initially contacted another Woodland garage door company and had a less than great phone experience. I was on hold for 5 min and was then told they didnt service my area. I live down the street from them...so I asked to him to clarify. Put on another hold. Finally told they dont work Saturdays and wouldnt be working in Woodland until Tuesday (3 days later). I told them I couldnt get my garage door to close and had safety concerns. The guy said they could send someone out the next night, but seemed put out. I scheduled something reluctantly. I happened to look online and saw listing for Bullock. Frank answered the phone immediately and was very helpful. He said hed be out to take a look in 2 hours. He was communicative and sent me text updates about his arrival time.Frank explained the door was actually salvageable (which surprised me considering how bent it was), and explained the different options based budget and needs. How refreshing! He didnt try to sell me something I didnt need, but just presented the options. It made me feel comfortable working with him and trust his input (as a single mom).I cant say enough positive things about Frank. Personable, honest, professional and reasonably priced. I was actually looking forward to calling to cancel my appt with the other company because they didnt deserve my business.Frank will be the only garage door service I use. I highly recommend him over any other company!

Frank called me back right away, set up an appointment for two hours later, came out when he said he would be there, and did the work immediately. Fast, friendly, quality work, super fair price, and on a Sunday afternoon no less!He had worked on the door previously, for the original owners of the home, so he knew things about the installation and maintenance history. Frank is local, works in the neighborhood he lives in, and is top notch. Worth every penny and definitely our go-to for all our garage door needs.

Garage door malfunctioned late Saturday evening and could not close it since it was off of the rails and half open. I was concerned about leaving it open all night. Frank drove all the way from Woodland at 9pm and was able to fix it quickly. It runs smoothly and good as new.

I had a great experience with them. Our garage clickers froze and would not let us in on a Friday night. They were highly recommended so we gave a call. He came over on his way home. He fixed the problem in a timely manner. He also found me a New keypad for our garage door so that my kids could come and go as they needed. My garage door would not close due to an unknown issue. I called them mid-afternoon and they were there in an hour. They discovered the problem immediately and fixed it. They requested much less than I anticipated for their service so I gave them about 30% more then they asked. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

Best customer service in woodland .my garage door had some issues it didn’t go up and down I call this morning frank answer he put me up afternoon appointment very friendly.this is want happen when owners take customers calls personally.they show up on time and fix issues very quickly .they know what they are doing I m there lifetime customer now I will recommend my whole friends and family

I was so glad that we took a second thought in our first call with a diffident garage Inc. and then called this place instead. When our garage door was all broken, we were worried that it needs to be replaced and was was going be too expensive. The first place we called was going to charge us extra for replacing the door and even moving our car? After awhile, this person name Frank came, and he was so nice and professional when we met. All he needed to do was straighten up the door and fixing the lose wheels, and it wasn’t even for an hour. I would definitely recommend him and Bullock Garage Doors if anyone has broken garage door.

I just want to give a big shout out to Bullock Garage for a wonderful installation of a new garage motor. The owner Frank and his son were highly professional and top quality workmanship. Frank answered all of my silly questions and was as patient as a saint. They not only did a very clean install but was done and everything cleaned up very quickly. Frank came out promptly and explained the issue, which turned out to minor. But it was major to us because we couldn’t get the door to open. Frank fixed it quickly and professionally and now the door opens and closes again. Will definitely use Bullock’s again!

Frank came out the same day I called, did an assessment of our broken springs and saw some more items that could improve the functionality and longevity of our garage doors. He gave us a transparent estimate and started the work the same day. We initially didnt think we would need other work done, but the difference in how the doors work now is night and day. He was very polite, transparent, and hard working, the price is fair. If we have another issue with our garage doors well call Frank again and will happily recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

I have an old house with a kind of a jerry rigged garage door. It had a number of alignment problems and was hard to open and close. Frank showed up and in about a half hour he had the garage door working as smooth as ever.I was very impressed with both Frank and his work.

Last Saturday (6/10/17), after a long hard day in my 1/2 acre yard of doing some much needed maintenance, I put away the tools, I hit the garage door button, with thoughts of a much needed shower my foremost concern.
