I inquired about a trailer advertised on their website and was told it was not in stock but one could be ordered with $300 deposit. Paid the deposit and was invoiced.A month before the delivery date I was contacted and told the price had increased by $1200. I was confused and tried to get a decent explanation. Johnson’s Marilyn was belligerent and hung up the phone in my face twice.I had plans for this trailer, too late to find another dealer. Bit the bullet, had the trailer picked up and the DMV paperwork mailed… Tried to register the trailer and was told I needed additional documentation from Johnson’s. I contacted Johnson’s Angela and put her on speaker with the DMV agent. Angela actually argued with the DMV claiming I had everything I needed. Angela was so rude that the DMV agent walked away from me saying she didn’t want to talk anymore…DMV advised me to make a complaint with their investigation unit. According to DMV Johnson’s unlawfully collected my taxes, should have provided temporary plates (they did not) and should have provided me a Report of Sale doc… I’ve reported the incident, now waiting for the case to be assigned.In the meantime I’ve tried to resolve the issue with Johnson’s asking them to provide me with the sale document. They claim the only way they’ll send me the document is for me to give them Power of Attorney or for me to come in person to get it. Travel 300 miles or give PoA to folks who haven’t honored signed agreements, hmmm. Just got off the phone with the owner Kirk who told me those are my options and that he doesn’t care anymore “we’re done! Call the FBI, DMV or whoever”!All I want is to use the $6200 trailer I paid for. I’ve treated everyone I’ve interacted with respectfully, I have not received respect in return.

I was shopping for a utility trailer for camping. I emailed Manuel a few times back and forth and he was very helpful. There was absolutely no high pressure sales. When I came on Saturday to pick up the trailer, I ended up seeing something that fit my needs better. Their prices are extremely good. The enclosed trailer that I bought had the highest payload rating out of all the other trailers that I looked at in the same size. Manuel was extremely professional and made the whole buying experience very easy and painless. Other trailer dealers that I emailed called me and tried to pressure me into buying one of theirs.This is where I will always go if I ever need another trailer. Trailer is high quality and fit and finish is perfect. Very happy with my enclosed trailer. In the future I will always reach to Johnson trailer for all my trailer needs.

I was looking for a shop to install a flatbed on my cab/chassis truck I had ordered. I had selected a specific CM flatbed. I sent the truck specs to 5 shops to request a quote of the purchase and install of my flatbed. Of the 3 that responded, Kirk at Johnson Manufacturing was the only one who noticed that I had selected a truck bed that was too short for the truck rails, averting a huge hassle and expense for me if I had special ordered the wrong bed. His quote was competitive too, and he added a spare tire mount at no extra charge. Kirk was great to work with as we moved through the process, patiently answering my questions and inquiries. Im thrilled with my truck bed and the install I got at Johnson Manufacturing, and I highly recommend this shop.

Great service and fair prices! I bought my last two trailers from these guys and bring them back every year or two for regular maintenance issues. Always are very good about pricing for parts and labor time. :)

I would not recommend doing business with these people. My $6k trailer did not arrived as-ordered. I took delivery, and paid full price, anyways, as I had driven over two hours, one way, to pick it up. After only a few weeks, the paint on the frame of the brand-new trailer began chipping in multiple places, and the tongue was covered in rust. I had to call and email multiple times to receive any type of half-hearted response, and was completely ignored for months. Johnson refused to accept a return on the trailer, and the only offer that was made was for me to spend my time and money to drive the trailer back to them so they could spray a coat of paint over the frame. This would result in nothing more than a temporary band-aid, as the underlying issue is an incorrectly-prepped and coated trailer frame.Im stuck with a brand-new, $6k trailer that will most certainly have an extremely-short lifespan if I dont spend another thousand-plus dollars to have the entire frame stripped and powder coated properly, and even then the upper area of the frame where the floor sits will most certainly develop rust issues.Dont expect any type of warranty coverage or support if you buy from these people. Shame on companies like this.

Was looking for a specific sized dump trailer. Johnson had the trailer I wanted in stock and Kirk made recommendations for the hitch and accessories I needed - all-around very accommodating. This place has a ton of great products and accessories and Kirk made everything very easy including the DMV registration, etc. He even assisted in helping resolve an issue I had with my trailer brake lights that I would’ve have been able to fix without his knowledge and expertise. Highly recommend!!!

Has parts for truly ancient farm equipment on the shelves and was happy to help me find exactly the one I needed. I didnt have a need for trailer parts but the place was packed full of parts Ill need for future projects.

I rented a golf cart to use in organizing and putting on the Dixon May Fair Parade and the guy that helped me knew what he was talking about and was very helpful getting me a good cart that really worked for me. It turned out to be the only reliable cart and shuttled numerous people around. I am planning to rent another one for fourth of July because of how pleased I was with the equipment and service.

Broke a leaf spring on my trailer. Johnson Manufacturing had four springs in stock. Great service and a huge inventory of trailer parts.

I am an owner of a small hauling business and was traveling through woodland when a leaf spring on my dump trailer snapped. I was unfamiliar with the area so I called a couple trailer places and Johnson MFG came highly recommended. I hobbled my broken trailer there and the customer service was awesome they took my trailer in right away had it fixed in a jiffy and also did a complete inspection then gave me a list of things to maintain regularly. Very helpful people. Everyone in the place was incredibly nice. They also carried accessories for hauling so I beefed up my trailer hitch which was under rated for what I do. They even sell dump trailers. So I will see them when I am ready for an upgrade. Had me in and out in an hr and was able to salvage the rest of my day without even being late for one appointment. I am very satisfied with their service and will travel to woodland for the maintenance and repairs I. The future! Thanks to all at Johnson MFG!

Went there on a Friday to look for a trailer. Got all the needed information like price etc. Told them that I´ll pick it up the next day - which they agreed on. The next day I went there with my check, signed the paperwork and all of the sudden there was no trailer for me, because somebody did not update their inventory list. I´m sure they are not selling hundreds of trailer a day to mess up with the inventory list. Sales guy (very long hair) very very unfriendly and unprofessional. What a waist of my time. Go somewhere else

Rude, and not professional staff!Bought brand new wells cargo Silver Sport trailer, and it had damage. The latch was installed WAY to deep into the wall, and looked like a 8 year old installed it. Ruined the whole back integrity.They said they would call the manufacture, see what can be done, and yada yada,. So i had to return everything (got my cash back) and would come back next day to see what options were.When I walked in at 12:30 the lady in the office basically told me that calling the manufacture for me was not a priority to her! Even though i spent 2 hours here buying there lemon! They did not try to make ANYTHING okay. They just basically said take it or leave it. (They wanted to repair the door... which will not be anything like a factory job! )The guy that did the repairs did not even know what held it all together. he had not idea what the repair may consist of. Yet im supposed to have him do the repair! - NO (Red flag,)This place is a waste of time, The employees dont give a rats ass about if the biz makes money! Thats apparent! I hope the owner reads this and fires the office lady for losing her (god knows how much) money for the bizThey let my 5800 walk out the door, 2 times! (Literally did all paperwork, paid, and was leaving until I noticed the damage to latch, which they didnt notice)So you would think that since the KNOW im a buyer, that they would try to accommodate, or AT LEAST follow up with me as they said they would!Ill buy my trailer from someone that I ACTUALLY TRUST, since there going to be doing the work apparently.(They told me they could get me a new trailer, but will be a 20+ week wait! LMFAO)They never even apologized for the inconvenience of the damage, and time it took.Your company wasted my time, and was rude, and not professional! Now this is happening.
