Brought in an inherited Stihl chainsaw that I was pretty sure had a seized engine but wasnt willing to scrap it without an experts opinion. The counterman (Sam) pulled out a boroscope, showed me the engine innards were toast, and even offered to recycle it for me -- all at no charge. Thats what I call stellar customer service.
