So happy that the Woodland store had what I needed in stock. I was able to order four gallons of paint and they were ready quickly. I was also impressed at how many other tools and accessories were available. The folks at the store answered all of my questions regarding color and paint chips and were very friendly.

Its Friday at 530 October 8th, Ive had the shellac primer tinted here in ellie gray several times. The girl working at the counter the only female that works this location also the first person to tell me you cant tint this primer. Ive hed it tired here before several times. She was rude from the second I walked in obviously counting out the tills before the store closes so putting all the pieces of the puzzle together she flat out didnt want to do her job. You just lost a 500 dollar sale to Kelly more because of her poor attitude and terrible customer service. Ill be calling to complain as well.

Staff is great. Worth the price to be able to walk in and pick up what you need as opposed to waiting for help in big box store. Paint is OK. Cleans up easier than some other brands ive tried.

Very helpful staff! I was trying to match a Behr color (our painter refuses to use that brand), and the man assisting me knew exactly which color it matched.

Customer service is above average... help with what was needed was made simple and easy. Questions were answered simply and before I knew it.. my paint was ready.. my bill was paid and the paint was carried out to my car. Easy!
