Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a specific book and having a hard time. Of course they knew right away where the display was for them. Answered all questions!

I love coming here, its a great place to kill some time if you have to. Here you can find newest books, great party and table games. Often I come here to buy birthday gifts, because they have a variety of small good quality things that make a great gift. They have a Starbucks store inside where you can get your coffee or tea and read your book with more joy. If you havent been here before I recommend you visit and dont forget to check out the most beautiful Eton mall that you can enter from the book store. Happy shopping!

Great variety of books but should stock more often

Though I prefer and support smaller book stores rather than chains, any book store is better than none! There are also very few Barnes and Nobles in the area, this isn’t like a fast-food chain. Lots of deals and cheap books to help compete against the online shops (which Barnes and Noble does have as well too). The workers here is great but sometimes a little too.. helicopter workers. Sometimes I’m reminded of Madam Pince in Hogwarts Library when I touch their books. Speaking of Harry Potter, there are a ton of toys and games of many of the major book and movie chains, one of the few places you can get Harry Potter Noble Collection merchandise. Also tons of technical books/study guides/textbook rentals, DVDs and music, and magazines galore. Also an indoor partial Starbucks. Eton is a great area for the book shop with tons of good restaurants (B-Spot, Paladar, much more) and shopping (Apple, Lululemon) nearby in easy walking distance. Grab a book and check it out!

I wanted a book on horses for my granddaughters birthday. The store was busy ( under staffed ) and I couldnt find the book. Finally I received assistance and purchased the exact book I wanted. MANY businesses have staff shortages, but I will continue to shop there. Bistro too.

A dangerous place for a book lover.... but I was there with a purpose (buy kids books for birthday presents) and a worker kindly informed me that if I get the featured kids book lyle lyle crocodile & another kids book, the featured book would only be $9.99. Thank you!!!

Smaller store but a good selection. Lots of local history books on Cleveland. Nice size kids area, Starbucks cafe with WiFi that actually works. The bathrooms are always clean.

I love to read and the Last Chance section always offer some good reads and easy on the wallet.

Nice store, I didn’t catch the name of the blonde middle aged woman worker that was extremely rude though. She was more focused on a phone call than me politely returning a workers electronic device left on a shelf. As I stated “excuse me” she rudely pointed her finger for me to hold and gave a nasty look as she rolled her eyes. Absolutely rude, but again a nice store.

They have a wonderful selection of books and magazines. I still enjoy reading hard covers. You can also enjoy a cup of Starbucks coffee at their cafe. 🙂

Clean and spacious. Good variety of books and journals. Wish they had a bigger selection of books about autism. I will say they are quite expensive, but it’s good that they have a membership of $25 for a whole year. Which includes 10% off of books and other goodies. This will be my go to place from now on.

It was a great feeling...the energy .but most of all what I got out of the experience was the possibility.....like East Cleveland can be just as booming ....we have the area the space and the people willing to help .I would to see them come further down past the bridge and feel safe like this is all black owned land but we allowed you to work in this city and pay taxes just like YOU allow us in your city......thats what you call in my eyes fare.......so Im with the growth process and sharing what on and in my mind.....but I need so me time....and my FIRST stop is to come up with a new personal schedule and ERIC is GOING to be MY pryorty.ok....okay.....lol this time around I Im getting my nails and toes done something I NEVER really did....I can handle my hair...... But I wanna look at my nails and toes done.....so dont EVER play with my money....... because its not much that I make......

Nice store with a lot of variety, books, games, stuff like that. I like the central info desk so you can find out where the book you want is instead of wandering. They were doing a good job of the Covid stuff if youre reading this during pandemic times.

Their sign clearly states they close at 10pm on Saturday. At the store we were told they were closed at 8pm. Will not be back. These businesses want to exist post-covid they really need to get with the program.

Since the pandemic started I have become interested in jigsaw puzzles. It appeared everyone else did as well. Not many to choose from, but found a great NewYorker puzzle. 1000 pieces and when finished (probably in 2021!) Ill be back. Everything is so well displayed and really felt secure in the cleanliness.

If you want comfortable seats there is four right by coffee shop towards the back. Very quite corner. I wish the map would be corrected, cause its hard to find when inside of the mall.

I could spend the whole day here! I have never been dissapointed spending time at any Barnes& & Noble location such a wide variety of Books, Magazines, CDs DVDs, Childrens section and a cafe. What is there not to like!

This was our first time at this Barnes & Noble. When it came to the store and the employees everything was smooth and well organized. The staff was friendly and helpful and nothing about the store appeared to be anything less than quality. The problem was with some of the other customers. Walking past one lady in the middle of an aisle I said excuse me. In reply she said Thats what I thought, peasant. .....Really? The area around this store is pretty high class. I expected we would be a bit out of place. We just wore jackets, jeans and shoes like normal people unlike some of the designer, fur and hipster attire we came across. But peasants? Its a shame their money cant buy better attitudes. It really put our first impression of the store in negative light, which is a shame considering everything the store did was just fine.

Honestly Im just glad theres still a brick and mortar book store around. Theyre a great place to spend some time. This Barnes and Noble is very well stocked, has friendly employees, and theres a coffee shop serving Starbucks inside too. Im making that distinction because since its not a true Starbucks they will not accept Starbucks gift cards.

Your average B&N! Hope this one doesnt close, many people always here however!Free cold water is refreshing on a hot day!

Barnes and Noble had everything we were looking for. The Starbucks had delicious cupcakes. The staff was nice at the register. The ambiance is just right for a book store.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with my family and I. The kids are was well organized and had so much to offer. We were given some great handouts with readying selections for both my children. Great sales.

My daughter and I went there for something new to read and we each found a selection. They moved some of the categories around but we were able to find what we were looking for. I think this newer layout makes getting around very easy. Checkout was quick and easy.

Everyone in this store is super helpful. They are visible, and attentive. From simply asking if someone needs help, to informing customers of current promotions and upcoming events. The store itself is clean and well organized. This place is a winner for great customer service, and overall experience.

Over the past 20 years I have always enjoyed going to bookstores. I could spend hours in many sections just getting lost in books and discovering new authors in a wealth of topics. It used to be that if I looked a book up online but didnt want to wait or couldnt wait I could go to Barnes and Noble and buy the book I needed. This really isnt the case anymore. Even more common books that I think Barnes and Noble should have they dont. The landscape has changed to keep pace with the pressure from Amazon. The landscape of the store is not focused solely on books anymore but on a small coffee shop and spots for kids to use the free WiFi. The entire back of the store is now filled with board games, educational kits and Lego. Do not get me wrong, I am a huge fan of board games but when asking a store salesperson about a board game I always get varying answers of You on your own!. I miss a true bookstore now a days and Barnes and Noble has been reduced to a store space trying to find its place in the marketplace and salespeople willing to help you order a book online to be delivered to the store?!? I am sorry I will just go to Amazon and cut out the middle man.

This was a BEAUTIFUL store in a very well-designed and lovely mall outside Cleveland. I went there for a book-signing for an author friend of mine and ended up buying my child a battery-operated Bear called Cubby which was on clearance. They had a number of clearance tables, with a large number of items as low as $2! You cant even get a decent sandwich at Mcds for the price of a leather-bound journal I snagged at the clearance table.Great staff, spotless bathrooms. Highly recommend.

Everyone in the store was extremely nice. My cashier was amazing and he talked to me about the socks and how they are very popular and are selling out. They had an amazing assortment of things. The shelves were all stocked and it was super clean. They had everything from dvds to magazines to books to game. They have a bunch of stuff!

I love this book store! People working there are very helpful and polite! As soon as I walked in lady walked up to me and asked me what she can help me with. And then I told her what I was looking for and then she told me that what Im looking for theres also that available in a bargain section. Who doesnt love to save money!!! Me!
