I had an appointment for a flu shot. I arrived early. I checked in. I received my fly shot roughly 30 minutes later. No communication. No respect for my schedule or other commitments of mine. The worst CVS I have been to

The service is bad. In pharmacy they lose they dont answer phone know one cares the pharmacy in charge does nothing to fix the service try getting more people to work

I love this CVS. They have a nice size parking lot, a large selection, lots of sales, and self-checkout. Overall wonderful experience!

Lazy pharmacists. In a pandemic the pharmacists wouldn’t help out the customer by making a phone call to get a prescription transferred. They even called the cops without checking that their system was wrong. Once the cops came I got my prescription, but it was the wrong one. Now I have to go back again. These people should care a little bit more about helping the customer. Not just punch in and punch out.

Worst CVS. when a sales associate comes over and asks if you need help and you say yes and you ask them for a product they have no idea what they are doing. I live across the street from this and I rather go to Rockville centre then this cvs

I have to say the pharmacy staff is so helpful. Always aiming to please. Feels like a neighborhood wholly owned drug store even though its a mass chain.

Absolutely terrible CVS. I have to disagree with a prior comment that this is one of the better ones in the 5 towns. Id suggest the one on Peninsula Blvd or in Cedarhurst. Although these stores always seem to be out of Claritin D, this one is always particularly brazen about it. One time I went in there, when it was on sale, brought in the circular, and they refused to give me a rain check. I then spoke to the store manager, who said they dont give rain checks for claritin, which is false, because every other store in the area had given me a rain check when it was on sale. I even spoke to the regional manager at the Peninsula Blvd store one time, and she said the store was supposed to give a rain check, that is the policy. This entire store need to have the staff replaced, including the managers, because they do not know the policies and have no sense of customer service. Terrible! Wish I could give a negative review.
