Excellent selection and service at this full-service kosher supermarket. Smaller than Gourmet Glatt Cedarhurst, but has most of the same items. Hours arent as convenient as Gourmet Glatt Cedarhurst.

You dont have to keep Kosher or even be Jewish to appreciate the outstanding shopping experience this market has to offer. Most registers are open keeping the checkout lines to a minimum. Exceptional produce and dairy section. Its totally worth paying a little bit more to shop at this market!

Best Kosher Sushi period! Really amazing. Simply Sushi, Always Fresh. Gourmet Glatt always has fresh items on their shelf. I ordered a sushi platter and they were so helpful! Thank you for making my supermarket experience great again! Your selection of items is amazing. Your sushi is so colorful and tasty. I find so many low carb items i especilly love the no carb roll!

Nasty workers at check out. Never say hi and even when you thank them they give you a dirty look. Why are all workers Spanish? Why not hire some locals god knows you charge us enough and you can afford to pay some English speakers a job who are polite and like their jobs

I have never seen a store where non of the cashiers say hello, thank you or have a nice day! I guess if I spoke Spanish they might be nicer. My wife and I ran a successful retail food business for 30 years. My workers would never act like that. It all comes from the top! The owners of Gourmet Ganeff dont care as long as the $$ rolls in.

Its a big supermarket... By far the most expensive kosher supermarket in the area. If you want to be frugal and find deals this is not the place. Tends to be busy, most likely why thier produce is generally fresh but make sure look.Workers are very disconnect, most probably the fact they lack English skills. I tend to have to say thank you and have a nice day.

Found most of the items I need it but had left my list at home. Will have to go back in a few days. Impressed with the variety they had of the yasso frozen yogurt, a satisfying treat and fairly healthy.

I like going to this grocery store when the meters are in effect at the Cedarhurst location. Its cool that they carry most of the products that the Cedarhurst location has (but not everything), and they even have bottle return machines. Its hard to find a kosher grocery store with a free parking lot in the Five Towns.

I am very disappointed in the store. I live very close and I would love to go there but disappointed.The price for meat and veggies too high. The temperature always set above freezing until i complained. Maybe better? Strong scented bleach hit me as i walked in yesterday as the workers were mopping under customers feet. It burned my lungs so badly i had to rush through the shopping. Music is way too loud, depressing, usually not relaxing or upbeat, but even last night so awful, sounded like horror music mixed with funeral music. Dont know what it was and the manager wasnt there. Cashiers are less than polite. Tried to call today to Spruce Street manager but 4x could not get through.Lets make the experience shopping a little better and speak your mind when things are not going right in your store.

The parking lot is MUCH better than the other Gourmet Glatt and the store is nice, lines were quick on a Thursday evening. However, they didnt have everything I needed so I will have to visit the other store anyway 😑. I think the other Gourmet Glatt has more variety because its bigger.

Some of their stuff is very good. The store is clean and well -lit.The prices are through the roof, but the quality is there and like they say, Ya get what you pay for.Parking lot can be crazy as holidays get closer.

A large selection of kosher products of good quality. Both meats and fresh vegetables and fruit are very fresh. Give yourself time to shop and you will be very happy with the selection s.

Good store and not busy parking easy to find a spot.this store has almost the same selection as a big brother in woodmere but less people, which make shopping more pleasurable and less time consuming, especially if u are getting off at woodmere.

It is an outrage that GG has long lines letting one person at a time just to violate your medical rights by taking your temperature or no food for you. For a low quality overpriced food this is lots of probing. Go to Stop and Shop, no lines and no unnecessary medical procedures.

I have a small issue with the cashiers and baggers not being friendly. I know English is their second language but they can learn to say Hi how are you, and Have a nice day, Happy Holidays etc. Its just a common courtesy that can easily be introduced.

Huge store, which can be good or bad depending on what you like, but they have a tremendous selection. Glatt Kosher meats, obviously. Lol. Chicken. Great produce. Chap-A-Nosh deli counter, plus pre-pakaged. Bakery section and pre-packaged breads. Sushi. Tremendous selection of supermarket brands and products. Great dairy section. Its a great place to shop Kosher...BUT, the PRICES and EXTREMELY HIGH! Most noticeably on the meat and chicken. Also, on a lot of the regular items on the shelves. The produce, though, appeared to be priced well.I dont think that I will be shopping there again, in the foreseeable future. Maybe, if I needed to pick up a few things, its fine, but I wouldnt go there for my full weekly shopping.I was VERY IMPRESSED with the EMPLOYEES, however. The checkout clerks were courteous and helpful. Also, an employee helped me take my cart to the car and helped me load the bags! 💗😊💗

Although they have a good selection of kosher food items, the help is so unfriendly, I cannot stand it. Coming back to NY from Florida where I shopped at Publix supermarkets this place is abominable. Instead of stepping aside in an isle to let you, the customer pass, the clerks will dart across over your path to get by. The cashiers are even worse. Instead of giving you a smile and greeting you at the register when you check out, they barley look up at you. I realize that this all comes from the management. These people could NEVER work for me.

Disappointed with this store but for personal reasons. Im an educator and was promised an educator discount for 2 years already. After several phone calls, numerous in-store visits, evidence of my employment, etcetera, I have yet to receive this so-called discount. Ive spent thousands of dollars in the store and Im completely eligible for this discount so I will never shop here again unless absolutely necessary

The box of doughnuts i wanted did not have any caramel so they took out 2 caramel doughnuts from another box and swapped it with the plain ones in my box. Talking about service!

Great Kosher store with very expensive meat selections. The day I visited the meat displays were almost empty. Disappointing.
