Matt is a great guy, he’s very nice and informative. He took his time (which I’m not mad about) fixing my car making it look brand new. My car has never shined like it does now when the sunlight hits it. My car looks brand new as if I just bought it straight from the showroom floor. Matt kept me updated everyday if not every other day with what he was doing with my car which you don’t get from people at a lot of other places. He’s done an immaculate job restoring my cars paint and body as if nothing has ever happened to it. Highly recommend you see Matt if you need anything do to you car. I drive a Nissan 350z and like I said my car looks brand new, he takes his job very seriously and makes sure you’re satisfied with whatever he’s doing to it.

I was a little concerned at first, but I received a phone call from the manager and he ensured me that everything would be taken care of and it was. From that point on, I felt comfortable my vehicle was in good hands. It had a metallic paint job which was matched perfectly. My truck was returned not only repaired to my expectations but far above. I had a great experience with Caliber Collision when I needed to get my bumper replaced after an accident. All the staff was very friendly and set clear expectations for my repairs. I was able to get a rental through my insurance and they met me at the shop for pick up, and I was able to drop off my renal here after the repairs were completed. Thank you Dustin S and all the other employees who helped me out.

After a tornado went through my neighborhood, I had to take my 2 vehicles here to repair all the body damage and broken glass from the flying debris. Both vehicles had multiple dents, smaller dings, and scratched paint everywhere. After picking them back up, I couldnt tell by sight or touch where the repairs where. There was not any dimple or depression that I could feel, and no difference in paint color or finish (looking straight at it or from an angle). Professional repair job and courteous service. If I ever need vehicle body work again (Heaven forbid!), Ill be sure to come back here.

Repairs were quick! I am happy with the work. My car had a broken front fender with other damages as a result. Everything looks good now, looks like new. I also liked the open communication. I was able to call and get in contact with the right person if I had any questions.

Updated Review:After posting my initial review, the general manager of this branch (Matt) reached out to fix the lingering issue with my car. He laid out the plan and a tentative schedule, then arranged for the rental. I got updates every few days about their progress and got my car back a week later. Hopefully no more issues but I appreciate the thorough follow up and consistent communication.Original Review:Poor workmanship, utter lack of communication, and general irresponsibility. Its a wonder this place has any 5 star reviews.Brought in my car on early January and was told by Dustin it would take a week. No calls or contact from Dustin or Caliber Collision up until the day it was supposed to be finished. I called them that afternoon and was told it would take another week. This pattern repeated for several weeks, each time no contact and then Id have to call them, only to find that repairs had been delayed again and again. As it turns out, they made a series of mistakes that caused my repairs to be delayed several weeks. They ordered the wrong parts several times and had to send them back.Finally, in February, I got my car back and the remote was dead. They didnt attempt to contact me about the remote or even replace the battery, which would have been a $3 fix. So I had to drive home with a dead remote and take care of it myself.As if all this wasnt enough, when I got the car back, the air vent was frosted over and the front bumper sensor was giving random false readings. I brought this to their attention and theyve been dragging their feet about it. Its been several more weeks, several emails, and several phone calls, and they havent bothered to fix it or contact me with any solutions. Meanwhile, its only a matter of time before the sensor goes off in the middle of traffic and causes an accident, which means Caliber Collision is going to have a lot more than a bad review on their hands.

My 2021Jeep was in a collision, I was worried that it was not going to look the same. After it was repaired, there’s absolutely no signs that it ever was on an accident. Everything looks perfect. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for any makes and models.

Sadly, I’ve had to use Caliber in Georgia, Florida and in Texas. I suppose I’m prone to accidents. However, I’ve never been unsatisfied with the work they’ve done. The location in El Paso, Texas was by far the best experience I’ve had with Caliber. I hope I never have to have my car repaired again, but if I do I’ll always go to Caliber.

They did a fantastic job and they finished a day before the estimate of completion. They also let me know what was happening every stepnof the way.

0 stars in reality. Scheduled me in and after I showed up, they tell me they couldn’t get me in for another month. What’s the point of me driving to the facility just for that news? Why schedule me to come in in the first place? A waste of gas and time. Lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICEI have been struggling with a leak in the roof of my car for about 6 months now. I was hoping my experience at ABRA would have been way different than it was. I had scheduled an appointment with them 2 days prior. Upon my arrival with my father we waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. The person who was supposed to fix my car was still no where to be seen, so I went up to the lady at the front desk and asked if we could leave the key with her and then pick up the car when it was ready. She said yes and about 30 minutes later we received a call from a man who said there was no leak and that the car was perfectly fine. When my father continuously tried to explain the issue and that we had taken it to another place prior, who told us what they believed the issue was. The guy insisted it was fine and that we would just pay $45 for his service. Mind you the phone was on speaker, so my father and I both heard him say this. We finally go to pick up my car and are ready to pay the $45 when the lady tells us it will be $85 dollars. My father explains that the man had told us it would be $45 dollars, so my father ends having to go talk to him about what exactly we were being charged for. As this is happening I was waiting in the lobby. As I was waiting, I had the pleasure to hear the lady at the front desk complaining about one of the clients on the phone. If your last name is Roth or Ross and you have a 2009 red Toyota sitting at ABRA Woodridge, I just want you to know that while you were waiting on hold this lady had the decency to talk smack about you in front of their other clients. My father finally comes back and I end up paying $85. So not only am I in the same situation as before I am also now $85 short. So thank you ABRA! Your service was unprofessional and incredibly disappointing.

They fixed my car after an accident. There was a problem, but they took care of it right away and were very nice and apologetic about it. Thats all we really want, right?

Wonderful service !

The quality of repair was mediocre. They introduced a few paint chips on the hood and roof when they repaired right front fender of our Honda Civic. They used touch-up paint to cover the chips after we complained. Also the headlights were scratched with the buffing/polishing wheel. Pins in the fender liner were also missing. All those issues were totally avoidable if they would spend 10 more minutes to cover those areas (e.g. headlight).

Nice people, i did not get my car fixed as it was tottaled by my insurance company but they were very respectful ..

It took a month to have some rear end work done after an accident. I had to wait for a bit while they sorted out some payment issues with my insurance. A woman offered to send me a $50 gift car for the inconvenience, but I never received it.

They are not honest, according to them they say that they replace original parts and they are not. They discovered themselves that they were not honest the second time the car was in their hands, supposedly the first time they had replaced the damaged part with an original one and it was not true. I do not recommend it.
