Small store, but they always have exactly what Im looking for. I love that he app is constantly updated to show the latest deals. Rewards program is definitely worth it... If I have to shop anywhere in a store, I go here.

Horrible location, the two older women are always super chatty amongst each other, they’ll ask if you need help and then immediately after go huddle in a corner, they almost always side eye you as if they are too good to help you, when asking about a product that screamed the price “oh that’s 49.00” as if not everyone can afford it! I’d rather drive to the Bolingbrook location or the one in Yorktown before I give these “better than thou” employees my money again!

From the moment you enter they give you BBW bag to shop with. They had some good deals. Dont forget to download the app from the Google store for extra bonuses birthday and other rewards are offered as well.

The selection of 75% off items was terrible! But more frustrating was my exit. I use a rollator and the doors arent handicapped friendly, and neither of the two women at the door offered to open the door for me! And I was noticeably struggling. With the exception of the nice ladies working the floor, the service is terrible. Despite the very limited 75% off selection, a simple act of holding the door for a mobility impaired individual would have resulted in a 5 star rating.

I wasnt greeted like in most stores. The experience was okay, not the best. I was asked if I needed help after my bag was already full. Also they werent that busy. Customer service could be better.

I would have given this store a 5 star but the lady name Chris was rude. There was no else in line and she was just annoyed because I was asking questions about the price and my return. She even huff and puff when I asked to check a price. But There was a lady at the front door who was super sweet. I wish I would have got her name. She was wearing glasses and had a pony tail. But thank you for being so helpful. I had a great experience shopping but my check out was horrible.

Awful customer service . There is always 2 lady’s employs . Always at the front in a corner talking personal stuff . And not be aware the so rounding in the store . And peoples question. This 2 employees manager have to separate them. I have been going to this store . Because is my closest one . And it’s always same 2 employees . 👎👎

I went to this location the other night to pick upa few things for the holiday. All the stores are nice, of course, but customer service, common courtesy, and moral character is non-existent for such a seemingly merry and festive store. The store manager although clearly operating with more than the advertised 22 person limit denied my child access to the restroom supposedly due to COVID. Hey! BBW--if you cant allow a Toddler access to the restroom then maybe you should just SHUTdown during this pandemic. AND if youre so COVID conscious why are there so many people in you stores? Its really not that serious to blame COVID on your insensitivity and low character. I would give this store 0 star because of the store manager and the unwelcoming vibe of the staff that works there.

Horrible customer service. I came in looking for the lanyard with the sanitizer. There were 3 associates standing around talking. When I asked if they had any in back stock, the associate was very condescending in her tone with her reply. I continued to shop for other products as I am an avid Bath & Body Works shopper. But never have I encountered such poor customer service. Feeling unwelcome we went to check out with our very minimal purchase, and wouldnt you know it, the cashier was just as crabby. I hold BBW to a higher level of customer service because that is what I have always received until this visit. I definitely would not recommend this location.

I go out of my way to shop this location. The store is well stocked and the staff is wonderful. They will help from selecting, trying products to maximizing your coupons. Always a pleasant shopping experience.

I love the all the products, I love the promotions and coupons. I usually get my email ten dollars off, and my mail coupon. Today I got a free candle and the lady in this particular location said I couldn’t use my email and mail card together. I’m so disappointed because I been doing this for over five years and never had this comment. There was another costumer behind me saying she always had been doing it too. But the employee did not accept my coupon. I’m not going back to that place.

Amazing ladies that work there. I left my wallet full of money and nothing was missing when I returned to get it 4 days later. Very friendly gals. Great deals too.

This store is always well-stocked, well staffed, and the sales folks are friendly as can be! I can go to lots of other BBW stores, but this one cant be beat. I head to this one every time.

Everything smells great but unless they have great deals like black Friday or Christmas or Valentines day it can get expensive. We just go when those sales are running and stock up until the next big sale.

Worst customer service Ive received from any Bath & Body Works! The Associate basically told me that I was lying when I told her their product stopped working, then preceded to replace it with something that cost half of what I initially paid. Their satisfaction guarantee is a joke!
