Had a great experience recently at this store. Walked in and was pleasantly greeted by the sales representative named Wally. We told him what we were looking for and he led us to the items that best fit our criteria. As we were looking at and trying the various mattresses, Wally explained the features of each along with their advantages and disadvantages. At no time did we feel rushed or that we were taking up too much of his time. Eventually we made our choice and Wally prepared the paperwork, reviewed it with us and rang up the sales very professionally and quickly. Overall it was a great experience!

I took my mom who is 83 to mattress firm. It was warm and friendly from the get go. Our salesperson Wally was kind, calm, and informative....Oh and did I mention patient!!!Wally helped my mom find a bed by gaining understanding from her “descriptions”. She found a bed and we opted to upgrade the mechanical base. My mom stayed on the sample bed for 30 minutes, and Wally never rushed her or pushed to get everything done.The experience was pleasant and super easy! And when we left my mom was so impressed by Wally’s kind demeanor that, she talked about him all the way home.Thank you!!!!

Went to purchase a mattress for my daughter’s trundle bed. I have provided the information of the trundle bed including exact size/dimensions from the manufacture website because I was concerned about the overall thickness of the twin bed he was offering for sale. Salesman sold me a twin bed which he promised would fit. Unfortunately it was too thick and I had to return it (unused/packaged). When I went back to the store I was told that full refund was not possible and after lengthy discussion I was offered a partial refund (due to 20-30% restock fee). I am disappointed with their return policy but more so frustrated with the gentleman who sold me the mattress who was dishonest (and would not accept his mistake to allow full refund).

Fantastic customer service by a gentleman named Aris. I told him I needed to exchange a mattress since it was to firm and told him which one I had in mind. He showed me a floor model that had the same structure and coils but was more expensive because of foam materials used in the model he had on the floor. He also didn’t try to upsell me like every other mattress firm I go into, he said the one I was looking at was essentially the same as the one he had but a $1,000 cheaper. Very pleased with his help as he saved me a lot of money and told me the honest truth. I’ll recommend this store as long as Aris is working there, fantastic customer experience from his customer service and honesty.

This is a fantastic store! Ikea was out of stock so I went here to pick out a new mattress. Aris was very kind and patient. He helped us pick out products that met our immediate needs and budget. Everything arrived next day delivery. The products are good quality too. The best nights sleep I have had in a long time. Highly recommend!

Mr Aris!!! Thats all I need to say but I will extend my experience. What I intended on purchasing was a very nice mattress but Mr Aris showed me exactly what I needed for all of my comfort needs. Great friendly service here. Entering the showroom was stress-free and didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. Debbie was great with sharing options and information on the different bed models. Salesperson who helped us was Debbie, she was very nice, knowledgeable, patient, she answered all of our questions and used tools available to her to make our final price more affordable. This place is always helpful, no pressure, and has great prices. They’re also the only place I was able to get a bunky board for a bunk bed and a replacement mattress for a sofa bed. Every other mattress and furniture store wanted only to sell me a whole new sofa bed. This is always my first place to go for any mattress needs or questions I have!

Not a typical mattress shopping experience, and thank God (and Mike) for that! We went mattress shopping geared up for a lot of games and BS with the sales people (like buying a car), but while most other mattress, furniture and department stores made the shopping experience tedious - if not painful - Mike made it as pleasant as it could have been.Mike let us check out mattresses on our own before asking if we had any questions. Then, he provided good information to help us become more educated about the various options. He was never pushy and came across as being more interested in us being comfortable than steering us towards something. He then left us alone for as long as we needed to try out our final couple of choices.We told him we were shopping around and he offered to work with us on price if we found something comparable. He did not try the hard close and didn’t try to keep us in the store.Once we came back and told Mike that we were ready to buy, we got a fair price on our King Beautyrest Resonance Plush, Columbia cooling pillow and Columbia cooling mattress pad. We arranged for delivery the next day (today), and the delivery was just as painless, with great communication by email, text and phone. We were initially given a 7-hour delivery window, which was then narrowed down to a two-hour time frame. The mattress just arrived within the first half hour of the stated two-hour window.Overall, I can’t recommend this Mattress Firm and Mike strongly enough. I’d go back in a heartbeat and would refer any friend or family member there without hesitation. Thanks Mike!

I went to this store on the way to another store which also sells mattresses, just to compare the prices. I ended up buying a mattress and an adjustable frame without visiting the other store... The credit goes to Wallid!!! He is quite knowledgeable and gave me the best price on the mattress and the adjustable frame. If not for Wallid, I wouldnt have done the purchase there. Mike Magnuson was extremely helpful when I purchased a mattress for our daughter with delivery in New Orleans. He made excellent recommendations based upon her preferences, and did not attempt to steer us to an extremely expensive mattress. The mattress which my daughter selected was delivered on time with no glitches. Mike had informed me about the 120-day price guarantee, and suggested that I check to see whether the mattress would be discounted during the Labor Day sale. When I stopped in to check this afternoon, I was delighted to receive a $232.90 refund based upon the discounted price. I will definitely return to this Mattress Firm for future purchases. It was such a pleasant experience!

We had a great experience here today. We were shopping around for a full size mattress, and had left ArtVann across the street because of their hard-sell tactics. The salesman at Mattress Firm, Aris, was just the opposite. He was very helpful and informative, and showed us a few different mattresses that met my wife’s criteria for firmness and comfort. He even recommended a mattress that was less expensive than the first one that caught our eye and still met all of her requirements. We ended up buying a set (mattress, frame, and delivery) in less than 30 minutes and came in a couple of hundred dollars under the budgeted amount I had in mind to spend! We had never shopped at Mattress Firm before, but we will from now on!
