Wonderful and outstanding service. Mark came out quickly for me to do a tune up on a bike a havent used in a few years. He made sure everything was working properly and that it fit me properly as well. He gave me some ideas to upgrade for a better fit. Again outstanding service. I will use him for all my bicycle needs.

I recently purchased a rad rover 5 power assisted e bike ...I had some concerns about my assembly ...I emailed a guy named mark.. this guy is a busy fellow ..however this is because he is one of the best in the business.. professional and very outgoing friendly .. I have done my research with my fellow veterans and google guide contacts .the device is great and the price is standard for the mobile truck to come out..I think the base price for the tune up was 85 plus the 10 bucks to come out...but my friend who had this service was extremely happy . They serviced the bike by adjusting all major components and checked everything for safety ..many more points of focus I do not mention because I was not there .I am scheduling my tune up and check up very soon ..its busy bike season so call ahead .. enjoy this one if a kind service ...be safe have your bike checked ....having a break down on a long ride is not fun.. or worse yet its dangerous if the front fork or a wheel falls off.....thats just standard safety .but why not have an expert do it right .after all its like your car ..you drive and things wear down ..I typically recommend bringing a bike in at least 2 times a year if you ride more often just have it done according to what mark would suggest ..peace my friends enjoy

Recently purchased a used bike and Marc was super helpful before and after purchased. Upgraded several parts and tuned up the bike overnight. Responsive and highly recommended!

Are they still in business??6 days to receive a response, then 2 days for a followup, and never heard back after that. Thats fine, I can find another shop. Maybe they do good work, but their responsiveness is horrible.

Marc was easy going and fixed my wifes flat tire in 10 minutes on a Tuesday night @ 8:45pm. Will bring my sons bike this week for repairs. Great service and even better human bean. Eddie

Woke up and my derailleur was bent. I called Marc and he was at my door in an hour! He did a rush job, fixed my 10 year old Trek and it runs like new! Great work.
