Would have enjoyed more of a nike selection for women

Nice place to go to for shoes, decent selection and decent prices. I got one of my all time favorite pair of sandals here by Adidas. They usually have deals going on regularly too as well as online. The staff was helpful and I had a good experience. Id like to go back in the future.

Apparently no more bogo half off. Stopped in last minute to.get work shoes. Employees didnt pressure me to leave even though they closed in 15 mins. They were on sale and a simple google search produced a coupon. So all in all another good experience at this store.

Wanted shoes and nothing else to look at and waste time.Bought six pairs for the kids, had them picked out, tried on and what they wanted.Out the door without wasting time forced to look at other things.

Well the reason why I went there is because you used to be able to get gym shoes buy one get half off the next pair they dont have that anymore thats the only reason why I went there if Im going to pay the price I might as well go to the Nike outlet now

Good selection! I got two pairs of boots the last time I came, everything was relatively neat and clean. But their employees come off rude and arent friendly.

The manager was super friendly. We talked about crocs are so ugly but super comfortable.

Good inventory but sizes can be an issue, size 7 and 8 men they seem to not have a lot of inventory. The store is always organized and they do have good deals at times. I think the store could display bigger inventory but they might be more concerned about keeping it less jammed up. Good store overall with helpful staff.

Shoe Carnival is a great place to get good deals on shoes. They usually have a buy-one-get-one deal and other offers as well. Not sure when they provide these offers but it is a great place to shop for your whole family if you want to save while getting reasonable quality.

Pretty sad that shoe carnival advises that the products in their stores that they sell they don’t exchange them if they have manufacture issues. Especially if there after the 30day exchange policy. Kohl’s and Famous foot wear will exchange and most other stores will as well especially if there is a manafatures mistake and knowing that they will get the full refund from the manufacture when they advised their product was returned and for the issue. I can say I will never again purchase any of my families shoes at another shoe carnival! I will take my business to the stores I know that will honor the products they are selling so that they can continue to receive business and have happy customers.

The staff here was very helpful. One person in particular, helped us even after she punched out at the end of her shift. Will return because if the positive experience with the staff

I moved to this area over a year ago. This was my second time going into the Woodridge store and my second time walking out without a purchase. There were at least 4 employees in the store. I had been in there for more than 45 minutes trying on shoes and browsing. Not one person said a word to me! Im just old fashioned about customer service. You can greet me or at least check on me during my visit then I cant spend my money there! I left the 2 $70 pair of shoes I selected right on the bench. I work too hard for my money. I provide good customer service. I just wont tolerate poor service. I will not be returning to this store!

I can’t begin to express how much I love this store. I had to return three times, due to wrong shoe sizes. Rosa (manager) was just amazing, she was just so friendly such a bubbly personality . Alyssa was my cashier for those three times and she is just great. If you want to experience great costumer service ask for either of them. Oh and let me not forget Melissa, she is also a manager there she is great! They made my Christmas shopping a bit better and my Christmas Eve go smoother. thanks girls !! Definitely 5 stars!

Dont buy socks here. Bought some Nike brand and they shrunk. Shoe Carnival wouldnt allow a return. $40 in the garbage.
