I wanted to buy a new phone for my granddaughter ....The people that work there are the nicest and most helpful people ever ...The gentlemans name was I think Amir he couldnt do enough. I have been with boost since 2004 and happy with their service and thankful for the help getting everything transferred to the new phone They were very patient with me and all my question.

This Boost Mobile location is wonderful! I arrived with a 15 day old phone purchased from a different Boost Mobile store. The phone did not work properly - dropped calls, couldnt send pictures in texts to friends, slow, etc. I was prepared to purchase a different phone. I had already gone back to where I purchased it, and was told nothing could be done. I was told to call the phones manufacturer, and given the phone number...nothing else. After explaining the issues to Natalie, she thought she would be able to fix my phone. She thought it had never been programmed properly, when i purchased it. She took the time to do everything that needed to be done, and she was successful with it. After about an hour she handed me a working phone, and didnt charge for her service. I highly recommend this location, and most especially, Natalie. She is knowledgeable and a customer service professional. Thank you, Natalie!

I needed to have a hot spot on my phone while in CA as I needed to be on a secure network. I just love Natalia she is so sweet. Helped us out by switching over 8 lines. Just awesome customer service. She also offered us hot chocolate, coffee and water. I had to bring my niece with me and she even turned on a movie for her to watch. Just overall a awesome experience. I will definitely be going back

The owner Natalia was so nice to me and my family. She offered us water and coffee. She let my kids look at cartoons on her tablet. I got to meet her husband he was very nice also. Oh and to top all of that they even have game system in the store that customers can play while they wait very entertaining. I wish I can give her 10 stars. I bought a phone that the speaker didnt work natalie was on vacation at the time I had but several phones from her n the past n never had a problem the lady that was there was pregnant her childs father Im guessing was sitting n the store talking to her there both where eating she barley wanted to help anybody I came back 3 to 4 times to check n see if she spoke to natalie because she didnt know what to do nor have a solution for my problem natalie said there was nothing she could do she had a rude attitude and really didnt care when I spoke to her she said she could give me 50 dollars after I payed close to 200 dollars for my phone or i could wait a week tinashe came back to see what she can do horrible customer service just horrible

They did not deliver what they promised, and didnt much care things hadnt work out as promised.When the month is up, the rest of our family will be ditching the other guys, and crossing over for awesome attitude and service!

I have had android for a while and wanted to try iPhones. So I was shopping around and it was so expensive. Then one of my relatives told me that she got a deal on iPhones at boost mobile. So I waked in to boost and they had a deal on the iPhone 6. It’s was $99.99, not only did I get that but I also got a great deal on phone cases so I chose 7 cases on for each day of the week, and I got a free charger for my car. Their customer service was great! I was offered water and coffee and soda most important I got deals. They were so nice! I’m so happy that I phone out about the deals at boost mobile.

This place is always closed not sure why this is still allowed to operate. Very irresponsible on the owners behalf.

The best service ever

I went into Verizon yesterday tp see how much i needed to pay off my phone and to see if therr was a contract. They told me how much i owed and said no contract. I was thrilled...thinking im so done with this carrier. I went into Boost Mobile and this friendly professional full of energy lady named Natalie helped me out in a great way possible. She explained to me what the offers were and what deals i can get. I was so impressed with everything she said to me. I came at 730 and they close at 8. She stayed after hours to complete everything for me. She was smiling til i left. Her customer service was outstanding. I cant be more pleased. Thank you Natalie for ur amazing help. U were a life savor.
