Ive ordered a laptop online at this location as I walked in we were greeted with the best customer service as usual quick response and as willing to help out customers . The place is well organized. Went to use the fax machine. They are charging $1 per page. Never will I ever go back to Office Max. Plenty of other options online. Unbelievable, $1 per page ....for...a...fax....2020...

Ordinarily, I go to Office Depot in DG, but they were out of stock on my printer ink. They suggested trying this OfficeMax location. In spite of my bumbling, they were able to find the cartridge and get my going with a smile and a $15 discount. Thanks!

I typically do not write reviews but the new store manager and his assistant at the photo center went above and beyond to help us. I went to multiple Targets, Walgreens, and could get none of them to help us with printing a large photo. The guys at Office Max were so patient and walked us through the whole printing process. It was so fast, I just had to send them the photo and they cropped it and made the portrait look beautiful. The world needs more good people like this that actually care about the customers. We will definitely be back. Thank you guys!

I ordered 6 comb-bound books online with double sided printing. When I picked up the books, the double sided printing was flipped on the wrong end for my preference. Peyton immediately got to work to correct the problem and his manager took ownership for the mistake and apologized.Peyton is truly an asset to your store and you are lucky to have him working for you!

Tried on 3 occasions in the last month to get 6x9 bubble envelopes and theyre not in stock. I ask and no one knows when theyre coming in but they tell me I can order them on line and pick them up in the store. Staples actually has full shelves and what I need when I go there and will get my business in the future.

I went to print some tags for my kids consignment shop I sell my toys and clothes for. I needed to print on card stock and I’ve been there twice the past year to print with them.Normally Office Max asks people to email the things that need printed to them. I can’t figure out how to email my sheets to them. The past two times I was able to go on their computer sign into my account to print from the website.Today I went in just like I did the past two times . Their computer was slow and wasn’t printing what I needed. The young man that was helping me went to ask for help. An older man came and asked what I was trying to do. I explained the situation and he said customers aren’t allowed to use their computers like that. I said well I’ve done it twice already it would be nice if I could just do it now. He said I shouldn’t have been allowed to do it in the past . He gave me the impression it wasn’t going to happen. I said “ok you just lost my business.” He said ok have a good day.Like really? There’s plenty of other places I can print, buy my binders, staples etc. Thanks Office Max, I won’t be buying anything from you anymore.

Went to this location for the first time in many years. When I got there, there were 2 cashiers behind the counter at the copy center & 1 guy stocking shelves at a display near the copy center counter. I walk in. The guy quickly said hi, but continued to talk with the 2 ladies at the copy center counter. I felt I was interrupting them. I knew exactly what I needed. Found my 1 item & headed to the cash register area. No one was there. I look right at the 2 cashiers who were still talking with the guy shocking the display. I then noticed a little sign that said to go over to the copy center to check out. I would have thought the 2 cashiers over at the copy center would waive me over to them. Nope, that didnt happen. I headed over to the copy center registers. I get over there. The 3 workers were still talking to each other. The cashier who rang me out did say hi, but continued to talk to the other workers the entire time. They were talking about where to get lunch. She hardly paid attention to me at all. The chip in my credit card doesnt work, so after I tried it a few times, I interrupted her from her conversation with the other workers to say its not giving me the option to swipe it. She then tells me how to do it. She finished my transaction, quickly said thanks & CONTINUED to talk with the other workers about lunch places.There was only 1 other customer in the store when I was there. It was about 1pm on 11/13/19 (Wednesday).I felt like the employees were more concerned about where they were going to get lunch rather than me.I hope the workers were able to decide where they needed to get lunch from! SMH 🤦🤷🙄

I went to return something and they were so afraid of me returning it asking why I would want to return anything?! Um because I bought the planner that I did not want/need accidentally because their website makes the two items look identical to each other but they are different items entirely. So, I tried to return it and they gave me such grief but finally a supervisor or manager was like fine I will do it for you like I was asking for a lot or something. This person did the return but somehow used someone else’s credit card information and refunded and charged someone else’s credit card of who(m) I do not know because it is nowhere close to my credit card number. I called them up next day about them charging and refunding someone else and not mine and they were like yeah we will handle it later. Do they realize that is fraud and I used my credit card number not this other number that they have on my receipt! I’m sure whoever the credit card number belongs to would not be happy that Office Depot office max used their credit card number accidentally and charged them and would be confused how they were even charged! I like Office Depot, but this location is pretty horribly run when typos involve other people’s credit cards that do not belong to you which I think is basic common sense to make sure the credit card is the correct one on file to actually be refunded the money you spent on something you want to return. This sounds ridiculous!

Customer Service in the print, Fedx department could be more attentive. Waited twenty minutes for a Fedx soft side envelope. I finally found another employee from a different department and asked her if she could go behind counter and grab me a soft Sided Fedx envelope. She told me I would have purchase a Office Max envelope from aisle 7. Graphics department worker was very unattentive and dismissive of other customers.

No one asked if they could help me and I wandered all over the store looking for a numeric keypad for a laptop. I finally asked the girl at the cash register if they had them and since I was the only customer I was expecting some help. She waived her hand around and said if we had them, they would be somewhere over there (in the area I was already looking and obviously had not been successful). I finally found the only one in the store (on my own) and it was $38....how ridiculous but I needed it because I had to work this weekend. They have them on Amazon for $16 (prime). When I got ready to check out, she was gone so I waited (No other customers so she wasnt assisting others). Where was she at 12:13 pm on 10/7/17. She wasnt waiting on customers because she doesnt offer assistance, nor does she call anyone to come to assist you. Is that how your associates are trained? Very bad customer experience. She either needs to be retrained or fired.
