The best Jewel Ive ever been to, hands down. Best customer service, cleanest Jewel, always fully stocked, large inventory, and they run a 10/5 star Grocery store over there.If you are a sushi lover, go check out the AFC sushi station. The man behind that counter who serves up delicious, fresh sushi everyday is Martin. Martin, you do a fantastic job, and youre a great addition to Jewel. Ive never seen a sushi station in a Jewel before, so this is just exciting to me.Long story short, this is the only Jewel that I shop at now, and Im blessed to say I live a mile from them ❤

This is probably one of the nicest Jewels Ive been too. Although I rarely shop at Jewel because they are so expensive but considering this is two blocks from my house its extremely convenient to run in and get anything I need quickly. But the prices here are typical Jewel prices. Must wear a mask to enter and must remain six feet from others to practice social distancing. Are currently running on regular hours.

Found a bone (almost 2 inches long)!! in my chicken salad croissant! Mgr. took no responsibility, but said, oh we dont make the chicken salad here, we get it elsewhere. I said why does it say made fresh here? She said they put lettuce and tomato inside a croissant.

Great deals love the variety of selectins. Love that they now sell Boars Head luncheon meat in the deli now. Definitely the only reason I get fresh cut deli meats still

This is the 2nd time Ive bought expired granola bars from the 75th and janes location. Glad I didnt give it to my toddler like last time when she got violently Ill from the expired Thomas pick me ups. Im so upset I let it happen again. Ive been shopping there my whole life.i should have called the first time when she got sick but I give everyone ONE chance but here it is happening again. Also I had to tell a worker that some of the bakery items in the back of the fruit section that are in the case had mold all over them. How is this stuff slipping through the cracks. ☹ I love this location so much I dont even have the heart to give one star.

Store was neat & clean.Disappointed in the lack of variety in the fresh pre-packaged, prepared meats. Plenty of fish options but not beef or chicken.Cashier needed to go home. Grumpy.

The shelves are always well stocked. Their produce and meats are so fresh. Very clean and attentive at the self checkout...item rang up incorrectly and I didnt have to go and look for someone to help, they were right there and assisted with very friendly and helpful service...unlike other stores.

It was a very nice store but the cashier and bagger were chatting and socializing while working slowing down the line. When I called them on it the cashier apologized and focused on his job but the bagger smart mouthed me and among other things asked, is that a bad thing? and when I asked to talk to the manager he said Ill get him myself, any excuse to get out of work and be sent home. Obviously customer service was not a priority to him, socializing was.

This visit was great! We got in and grabbed what we needed to make a quick exit! The woman who was handling the self checkout area was freakin awesome - she fixed my errors 3 times and was extremely polite!

This Jewel-Osco, is big store. Nice place, nice arrangement, staff knowledgeable, helping. Enjoyed shopping here

The pharmacy staff is exceptional but the remainder of the store and the bathrooms are filthy and unusable. Additionally, the aisles are frequently being rearranged and no one posts attention to the directional arrows designed to keep people safe. Social distancing is non-existent.

Love the fact that Jewel has self checkout service. Makes it so easy for me to decide to do my shopping at Jewel versus other stores with no self checkout option. Also love the curbside pickup option too. My new normal for now is not too bad thanks to Jewel.

Shelves, produce, half empty. Staff looked like theyd rather be at the dentist than there. Went to get some of Jewels famous fried chicken which Ive had for years its always been great. The counter with the chicken was 2/3 empty, asked the kid working the counter when a fresh batch would be ready, he said they didnt even have a new batch cooking. This store is the WORST Jewel I have ever been in. They need to CLOSE this store and give it up !!!

Small Jewel, best bakery variety, the Deli makes the best rotusserue chicken abd fried chicken, clean, walk in clinic, redbox, the store always has a great flow of people at all times. Large parking lot with 2 entrances available.

No trouble finding things. Staff were still engaging in helping. Prices are average. Everyone was wearing masks with little disdain. Im 67, but I feel Im healthy, I wear the mask for those who are susceptible.

Employees are always so helpful when I couldnt find item in the ad paper, they stopped what there doing take me to the location. Didnt just tell me its in aisle such an such made sure I found the item.

Little different. They make the best blueberry muffins Ive ever had. Produce are fresh, be careful with cheese Ive gotten few timea cheese that was expired (my fault for not checking the doe.) No Starbucks in the store.

I was truly excited when I found the cake slides are $1.00 but my favorite is brought the moment its place out. So I went to the Customer Service desk to ask for a rain check. The girl at the desk told me to come back until the German Chocolate was available. Today I decided to ask the assistance manager for a rain check. Guess what; I got it. The girl at the desk needs to be placed elsewhere with that nasty attitude. To tell a customer to keep coming back until the item is available. Would she like somebody to tell her mother that it the situation was reversed. Nasty attitude!!!! Just nasty!!!! I am writing this to get somebody attention at the Woidridge Jewels. Kudos to the Assistant Manager....kudos to you!

Went in today to go to the clinic and grab a few things for dinner. there was zero wait times, and all employees of the jewel and the clinic were kind and helpful. been going to this jewel since i was only 5 years old.

Self checkout is a great option during Covid. Empolyees are super nice!

Great produce section at this location!Update their was a problem with a item I bought, was mislabeled and pretty much un usable to me asst store manager Dan Franks provided EXCELLENT customer service regarding my issue and resolved it to my COMPLETE SATISFACTION !! Its rare these days and should be noted for all to see. Kudos to Jewel for having hired an excellent manager and for backing up their their product, and in their customer service.FINE JOB IM IMPRESSED!! 5***** RATINGall stores should model this customer service. FYI I drive past 2 Jewels to shop at this store, and no they are not all the same....

After a long day it is nice to know we still have caring people in the world. Cemone was our cashier tonight at check out. She was amazing! Her customer service was above and beyond. Found what I needed and was out quickly

This store location is not spraying the checkout conveyor belts with disinfectant between shoppers or the carts which another competing brand chain is doing in the area (Target). The cashier was not wearing gloves. Like all customers cashiers were wearing masks behind the plexiglass dividers at checkout which is encouraging if only minimal impact. Although I wipe everything down at home, the added layer of cleanliness with the conveyor belt and use of hand sanitizer by the cashiers would be appreciated during the Covid-19 environment. The airflow in the store was stuffy. Expressed this to them while in the store. Crickets for the response. l hope they take the opportunity to improve methods to lessen the spread of this awful virus and other germs.

This jewel has the worst ribs Ive ever seen in my life! The first time I thought it was bad luck the 2nd time Im convinced!! Sad to say walmart Carries better ribs than these guys!

Love the new salad bar but the hours posted state that it is open until 8pm. I got there at 7:07pm today and all of the soups and chicken had already been removed. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Can you please post the actual hours so that I can schedule my visits accordingly

This the cleanest grocery store Ive ever been in! Ive shopped here a lot over the years as its my moms local store. Im visiting her this week and it was stunning to see how clean the place is, both inside and outside. Grocery store managers in Connecticut (where I now live) should tour this place and see how sparkling an older store can look. Shelves are always neatly stocked, too, and staff is friendly.

Its a chain store, but when in Woodridge,IL its a good place to shop.
