Shingles after one year showing wear and/or damage; Nicole with Claims told me that the warranty is left up to the Roofing company for the first 2 years, and they do not have any representative to see what the problem is, although they are in the line of distribution. Warner Constructing has not completed or corrected the problem properly, my roof leaked; there is a Band-Aid type repair presently; This is how it is done; is what I got, and I learned that is absolutely not how it is done, but that is how he does it; along with not pulling required permits for 5 homes. Nicole with GAF tells me if the Roofing Company, who is one of THEIR distributors, doesnt honor the warranty, then it is left up to the homeowners expense. This how GAF handles the issue, and I am the one who had to call her, when she was to call me. Her attitude was so unconcerned, think that is how they got a nice Class Action Suit in the past???
