Great company to deal with. As always only people that had an issue once write reviews but we deal with them at least a few times a month and they go out of there way to make us happy.
They sent two cleaning products simply in an envelope. The caps of the spray bottles had come loose in the mail, and emptied the contents by the time I received. It was a dripping mess. So I immediately disposed of the items. I’m surprised the post office even delivered.But now they will not honor a refund or send out the items again, but properly packaged. They asked for a photo in their first reply, but of course, by that time, the items were disposed of in the rubbish.I paid for their negligent packaging. Dishonest and insincere Seller.You can purchase other Motul spray products with confidence from other Sellers on Amazon. These sellers add a cardboard, protective sleeve over the nozzle. Gomotoshop hasn’t figured this out yet — or as in my experience — they simply don’t care.

They don’t like to answer questions and when they do they just make excuses. My tire order “disappeared” for 4 days with no explanation or compensation. Cost me time and money. Response for compensation was answered with “what did you have in mind”, poor business practices.
We ordered two cans of SC1 tops were not taped down and lost some of the content .They were in priority bag not a good way to ship, box would be much better way

Everytime I speak to the owner he tells me that he will get his team on it, and that I should recieve a call from them soon. He has told me this for about a year now. I paid 100.00, plus the cost of shipping, and NEVER recieved a refund at all . He kept running me around the bush and falsely reassuring me . He is the owner and yet he cannot run his business without getting other people involved ??? Sounds very shady. Its been almost an exact year and Ive spoke with him several times without any cooperation
Worst company to do business with bad customer service bad refund policy.First off the pipe I order was the wrong one then it was scratched but when I returned it they charged me 50% restock fee for their mistake save your self the headache of dealing with them and just go to motosport outlet.
