The guy who works there is really nice. Wish I knew his name. I was sad to leave them.

We leased a 20x30 and 10x30 to store spare parts for over 10 years. The price increased by over 250%. The large unit has a ventilation fan and it leaks. Ever since the change of owner, management and staff, the service is not acceptable anymore. They decline auto payments randomly, call you the night before the 1st day of the month. They dont allow you to pay over the phone and you have to go in and pay in person. You go in the next day and they charge hefty late fees. Try to avoid.

The facility is nice, no issues with that. But within a couple of months of having the rental. My monthly payment was increased, with no explanation as to why? I thought this was very odd. I did received a notice in the mail, but it was just a post card telling me my account has a new payment increased. Still no explanation as to why? And this was three months into the rental agreement.

The staff made it easy for me to pick a storage unit.

Its okay. Management is nice, but pricing...and the units could be nicer. Kinda dirty location.

My experience with Cube Smart was excellent. The service was 5 star ⭐️. I would recommend everyone to use them. The prices are so reasonable. Jecel and Tom customer service was gracious and polite. It’s hard to come across good customer service these days but they were top notch 👍👍👍👍

This is the best storage location around.Karen and Tom have always answered ever question and have helped with multiple units. I highly recommend renting here over any else around.

Ease off access made the experience very good.

The worker there was helpful and made sure you know what you need to know. We were able to quickly check the room, sign the papers, and put everything in storage. Im happy to keep my stuff there long term!

Jacel Parrish is a great manager. She was fast in handling the paper work to lease the unit! She is also is very professional and personable!The units themselves are good as well.

Fran was incredibly helpful with getting us the correct size storage unit for our needs. She was also incredibly kind and easy to talk to. It is clear that she cares about the needs of her customers. The facility is very clean and secure. I feel safe and comfortable storing our belongings here!

What a friendly, helpful, professional person we dealt with at cubesmart. Fran is the best. Answered all our questions. Offered to hold us a spot. Called to check with us. Once we returned we were provided the spot we needed at an even better price and because she had given us all the necessary information we were prepared and set to go in no time! Every time I visit my storage I always see Fran and she is always so polite and professional. She makes everyone feel like a guest in her home. I dont know what I would do if I didnt see Fran. She is definitely a keeper. Kudos to Fran!!!

Tom and Karen did a great job setting us up. Top notch customer service. Great units, great location. Reserved unit online, very simple process.

Relatively cheap, but they dont mention you need insurance on the unit. So instead of 29.95 a month plus tax, it is 40 a month. Then after the promotion, goes up to 50 a month for a 5x5 unit.

Nice staff very helpful kind an polite every visit.

The initial renting was easy and they helped my find an uphill unit as I was concerned about flooding. The facility is neat and clean. Its near by and cheaper than some of the alternatives. However, in less than a year and a half, Ive had two rate increases that amount to over 20% and my billing issues responses have been more we cant help you.

Great experience. First time my husband and I have ever had to rent storage unit. Fran Garner made it so easy, quick and unintimidating for both us. We would highly recommend doing business with this location and with Fran herself.

I found here on line, so visited twice to question details, then 3 nice middle aged ladies explained me very kindly, not as a business, but with their warm heart ! So I made an on line reservation for early Jan, but I couldnt make it yet due to my situation, then very spontaneously the lady Susan made my holding to 3 weeks later !!! It was very rare hospitality in the US, where everything works out by money value !!! Beyond the business matter, I appreciate to her and am very happy to meet nice crews there !!! Also having all the storage units outside, with driving access is good.

This place is probably the worst company to deal with.They make promises.make you hear what you want, your concerns go unanswered, and the beganing of each year prices just keep going up.If the gates are broke it takes weeks to get fixed so anyone can go in and out and they have no one there to watch the place. They have very rude people working in the office, and complaints go to the wayside.Go elsewhere then CUBESMART. to store your belonging.

Convenient storage unit with easy access.

Well I certaintly was WOWED today. I received a 10 % increase after 6 months and when calling cust ser they sent me to the manager, Dan of the facility. He told me I had a 10 % discount when purchasing and it automatically increases after 6 months. I said that NOWHERE does it say that; his response, yeaaaah I know. Its corporate. I told him I considered that to be shoddy business practice and he says, yeaaaah I know. I asked if this was his standard business practice and yeaaaah, everybody does it. So this is Cube Smarts opinion of WOWing somebody ?

The lady in the office at this location is very dishonest. Stuff I had in storage there got messed up because my storage unit had been damaged. The lady in the office cut me off when I was trying to explain what I found. Poor customer service and very dishonest.
