They are very knowledgeable, and build lasting relationships with their regulars. Roswell Pawn & Jewelry is easily the most fair to the customer pawn shop in the area, definitely the best in my experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I came into Meridian pawn nervous and stressed. I needed cash and fast. I was nervous and on guard as pawn shops don’t have the best reputation for being helpful. Jaime and Nadia were amazing. Very disappointed with the treatment of service, had previously called to see if they would accept high end handbags and I was told yes. I got there and the girl acted preoccupied and when I presented the bag she proceeded to tug on the seams of my Louis Vuitton and did not even bother to look the bag up which was a $3,500 limited edition bag. Was told basically that needed proof of purchase and when presented receipt from where I had purchased it was still not good enough. Showed date stamp and even googled it and was basically still sent on. Made me feel like an absolute fraud for no reason and it was very insulting. Was a complete waste of a phone call and trip.

Clean that huge, filthy, disgusting fish tank. It looks like a cesspool of facies. Poor fish you can barely see in the tank it’s so nasty. Those clown fish in the tank should be removed before they die. That tank is a reflection of your business. Clearly nothing to be proud of. Get it together. #savenemo

I bought 2 things from here and both of them were no good. Their return policy is absurd. They give you 24 hours to bring it back and that’s really only if you complain, as I was told by one of the employees they don’t even offer warranties. Sometimes you can test electronics in that time and other times you can’t. Most pawn shops I’ve went to they give you 7 days to return for a full refund or 2 weeks for an in store credit. I can’t say I’d ever buy from this place again given my experience with them twice now! Very sad as I had high expectations based on the reviews!!Sorry readers for the long review but it is worth the read based on the owners review!!!I’m only editing based on what the owner has said!!!Yes we bought a tv and a game system from here. Both are and were a complete pos!!! I didn’t know my boyfriend had even tried using another cable to try and get the Xbox one to work with no luck, either way the system wouldn’t work for me! So then I called my boyfriend who brought the cable up. There was no deceit intended nor was I lying and it didn’t miraculously appear as they are claiming. That morning I grabbed everything that was there with the intent to bring it back to them once I got off work . .. I ended up having to go to gamestop and buying another system that did come with a warranty and did work so clearly money was not the issue.. My issue was I didn’t want a faulty product that I could not use, I think most people would not be happy they couldn’t use a item they can’t use and would want to return it...It’s sad this owner must use an attack of freedom of speech and say that I am abusing it to justify the fact that we got sold not just 1 but 2 bad products!! Goes to show you the kind of people you are buying from and should encourage you to stay away. I only give bad reviews when it’s needed. If you can’t handle that as an owner then you should get another line of work! The man that was there tried to tell me I needed to be more humble and watch what I say, after I was irritated they where trying to fight with me about returning the product that never worked. The tv we bought that they made seem like oh suck a good deal at first looks great then at random times the picture flashes so bad it’s hard to watch! If anyone else had bought this and they had seizures it would surely send them into an episode 😡. Which my nephew does have... the woman looked and spoke to me as if I was beneath them because I wanted to return the faulty product. Even after returning the game system we had high hopes for the tv and was let down! I’m glad others had a good experience but we didn’t and seeing how this owners attitude is when a customers not happy it will hopefully detour people from buying from anyone like this!! I mean look at the comments back on all the people who haven’t had a good experience they are rude and belittling! I’m not hard to please but I do expect to be able to use something I buy even at a pawn shop and return it in a timely manner if not!! The 2 woman and man gave me a hard time about returning the product because they don’t offer warranties or returns I literally was on the phone arguing about this for over 5 minutes before they finally said ok. The man was the worst and didn’t even want me to speak to the owner until I kept insisting. I guess it is easier to accuse others then to except responsibility that they got a bad product and then sold a bad product !

Bought my son a set of kiddie drums from this place for his 4th birthday. .. since he was with me I didnt want to carry them out of the store. They stored them for me free for almost a month until I came back to get them! !! Nice people.

DO NOT USE THIS PAWN SHOP!!! .Had a family emergency so I pawned my BRAND NEW laptop and when I received it back, it cuts off within 5 minutes each time I unplug it from the charger. It also has a warning sign when powered on that says, Battery is damaged or corrupt. I take it to the computer repair shop and they tell me that they are 100% sure that my battery was NOT the original battery that came with the laptop AND the battery in my new laptop was basically worthless! ROSWELL PAWN HAD TAKEN MY BRAND NEW BATTERY OUT AND REPLACED IT WITH A OLD BATTERY. The bad thing is when I brought it in to start a loan I CLEARLY remember the younger guy who processed my loan saying and I quote, I have this exact laptop except I need a new battery. I called them from the computer repair shop but the lady who answered the phone said the boss was not there and she would definitely pass the information to the boss. She seemed concerned at the time BUT I received NO RETURN CALL! DO NOT GO TO THIS PAWN SHOP BECAUSE THEY ARE THIEVES!!!
