I see I am in the minority with this review. We had a frame work that needed to get done after a single car accident to a 22 year old car. This place was recommended by tires plus. First, the shop took a week to look at it, then he was trying to find a part, then he had staffing issues due to illnesses. In the pandemic world, these are all things I can understand. There were two things that really bothered me though. He never called me once, I had to constantly call to get updates and he ultimately towed the car to another body shop without asking me to get the job done and then charged me the tow fee. The car sat there for a month without any work being done on it. In the end, where he towed it to got the job done in two weeks time. In fairness, the owner was nice every time I called and everything he told me ended up being true at the other body shop.

John and his team did an excellent job! On time service with a smile. Definitely would recommend their services.

Great service, and timely repair

Amazing place! They were very helpful when someone rear-ended my brand new car really badly. They got the job done in half a month! And my car looks good as new! I’m very impressed!!!! And afterwards they said if I need anything to just contact them. My dad needed his car touched up in a lot of rusty areas and they did it for free for him keeping their promise that they’re always here for my family and I. Thank you so much!!!!!

#1 Best body shop I have ever been to! I was in my very first hit and run and my car was wrecked so bad from the back and somewhat in the front, which was my fault two weeks before some guy seriously rammed into me from behind. John at A1 body shop was great, very nice and him and all his guys got my beautiful turbo looking back to the way it was when I got it brand new off the lot. I am extremely satisfied with all their hard work and so happy to have my turbo back! I highly recommend this place and will continue to use them in the future! Thank you so much John and all the guys at A1 body shop for doing such an AMAZING JOB on my 2017 Hyundai Sonata!

The lguy was not very friendly. And he suggested replacing the entire hatchback for a small dent. Never followed back up with me. Plus its located far out.. Not convenient and felt isolated.
