I love Target! Its a wonderful place and I could stay here all day! Theres something for everyone in my family here!

I was greeted when I walked through the store, and the guy at the order pick up was fast and friendly.

I love shopping at Target! The prices are great, I can find a variety of whatever Im looking for, the store is always clean, and the employees are always helpful. Ive been a Target shopper for many, many years and I plan to continue to be too. My whole family loves Target!

This is by the biggest and cleanest target I’ve ever stepped foot in. I’ve been to a target in Tacoma, Washington and Charleston, SC and Colorado Springs and Augusta, ga. This one wins for the nicest looking

Nice target, always super nice staff; however they NEVER have ample kid sizes in stock. And I dont refer to just my last few trips, Im referring to 4 years of hoping and being frustrated. Ive had this conversation with several other in-store patrons. Whomever is responsible for childrens clothing stock is continually failing miserably. Will never try to clothe my children with target. Thank goodness theres an ON in the same shopping center.

Big beautiful store, nice and clean.

Target has some great deals and I also love saving money with my Red Card! Plus, every single employee that I approached with questions or directions was friendly! Also, the employee that assisted me, Virginia, was EXTREMELY helpful and patient. She was able to give me information about the app (I actually stood there and downloaded it) and how to get savings, discounts, etc. She was just a plethora of information. Even the young man that was also at the front with her would pipe in now and again with some helpful tips. Even when I used the wrong card to check out, the young lady that voided my purchase and then I repurchased it was so friendly and made the process seamless. Overall, this was the best shopping experience that I think I have ever had at Target. Thanks, Virginia and the others!

The Woodstock store is very clean and organized and the staff members are very friendly and helpful!

Miles in electronics was amazing!!! He showed professionalism & went above & beyond helping me get my 60 inch in my sedan even though I seemed near impossible! There was another gentleman that helped unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but thanks to both you guys!!!

This is easily the nicest Target I have ever been in. Huge, clean, most items in stock, friendly staff; we live in Smyrna & had to grab something in Woodstock, which is why we stopped here. I would consider driving by 2 other Targets, just to get to this one. Thank you!

My first time going into this target and the young girls at the customer service desk were extremely rude. I went by just after 7:30 on June 3, 2021 and there was one girl that had on a vest. There was another girl just loitering at the desk and seemed to either be her friend or on break. They were ridiculously not wanting to be bothered. Worst Target experience ever!

Customer service associate Unprofessional, the rude first time I bought something and I want to return it I lost my receipt I told her to put back in my card or instead of giving me store card because I am not a regular shopper you can give me Starbucks gift card but her attitude was like a skyrocket. she was no we cant give you we have to give you store credit.

They do not accept wic at this target! Wish they would have had something to let shoppers know that! Did all my shopping to get to the register and have to leave everything. I was so upset i even left the non wic stuff. It is a nice store so why do they not accept wic??!!

Why am I having to scan almost $700 worth of merchandise simply because it is close to close? Because your huge corporation refuses to pay to have an actual cashier and save money by having your customers do it for free after working their own jobs all day. I just spent $600 in your store and left about $100 worth of product at the self checkout because that is not your customers job to check out their own merchandise. Big corporations use this tactic to save money all while making billions from their consumers. I do not work for free and will not be returning to Target. Also, when this frustration was brought up to your asset manager (Wednesday 3/17/2021 night around 10 pm as we were leaving), he laughed and rolled his eyes all while saying ok.

Great customer service, clean and fun shopping experience!

I dont normally shop here, but I was returning a coffee maker for an elderly lady. It had been a good while ago that it was purchased, so I got a Target card with the money on it. Got a much smaller coffee machine that the elderly lady loved, and was out of there quickly. It was great.

Wow! First Time I stopped in the store and it was fully stocked super clean ! All of the staff were busy but yet helpful . All d setons were organized & the selection were amazing. I am now mark this as my favorite Target store to shop and will drive the extra 10 miles to do so ! There is no business attire for business women in your store.

I had an issue with my order. There was a misunderstanding. But Kimberly at guest services was so kind and quick to fix it. Really, she didnt even make me struggle or fight for it lol. Not that I wanted to fight but its just an expression haha. Anyway she took charge and in a matter of minutes had everything settled. Ive always been happy with Target but this made me love Target 100 times more.Thank you Kimberly for making my day. Happy New Year!

We call this store ‘out of stock’ - it literally never has what we need in stock. Went to get my baby some formula today - nope, out of stock. It just lives up to this name. I seem to never have a good experience in this store and always leave feeling more stressed than when I walked in. I’m just going to drive a bit further out the way and head somewhere else from now on.

I love how peaceful it feels to shop at Target. The customer service from the associates is superb!

Went twice in the past 3 weeks to visit Target Optical at this location. While in Optical noticed staff would remove masks when they thought patients couldnt see and when picking up my glasses noticed at least 4 customers near checkout for the rest of Target not wearing masks. If you take COVID-19 risks seriously, a different location is probably better.

I love going to target number one because of Starbucks. The prices are decent, the food quality is good and it seems like around this time of year there’s always a lot of help to assist you. However self check out is not good this time of year. There were two registers open to check out and three or four self check outs that no one was in line for. This time of year you’re going to need more help at the registers.

Overall clean store but they allow useless AT&T peddlers to harass customers in the electronics section.

New layout / remodel seems to be geared toward a more streamlined and lean store. Not overly impressed. Selection seems smaller and the best parts of the store (bakery & deli) are gone. No fresh bread, no Einstein’s bagels, smaller produce and less meat selection. Don’t see Target breaking even on the remodel anytime soon.

Target is the cleanest store I have been to during this entire pandemic! Helpful and friendly staff. If they are being overworked, you can hardly tell. Keep up the great work Target!

Twice this month Ive gone to the store to buy products that the website says in in stock. When I get there Im told they dont have the products, that they sell fast. Come back work, check the website again, website says products are in stock. Come on Target, cant you get your inventory system to truly reflect stock levels on your website? Get a new system...

One of the associates was very nice friendly and helpful with getting my carpet cleaner Bissell.

Because I love Target! Aisles (for the most part) are wide & spacious, merchandise is fun, colorful, well displayed AND prices are reasonable. I also love the fact that you give the shopper 5 cents back for bringing their own bags which I wish EVERY business should encourage.

We went shopping at the newly redone target. The two gals at checkout that helped us saturday went above and beyond, they treated us like friends. Customer service is VERY rare now a days and these gals were Super customer service. The store looks great, lots of stuff to look at and it is very clean.

Amazing store experience. Was rung up by an associate named Sebastian with their new scanners on their belt. He was able to get me in and out quickly, while still giving me an attentive and friendly experience. Sebastian should be the standard of how every employee should treat a customer. And if you’re not Sebastian, take notes!

The staff were very fast and friendly. Pick up was so easy. It was the first time I have used the pick up service and I will definitely do it again. It has made my shopping so much easier because I know that the items I MUST get are ready and waiting, so I can still browse before I pick up if I want to!

The renovated store was clean and very well organized. Everyone in the store was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with them. The employees are very knowledgeable about where things were even though things had been moved around and were in new places for me.

Fantastic. Someone was literally walking to my car as I pulled up to park. Order was ready super quick. Couldn’t be happier.

A sweet store associate named Celeste helped me sooooo much on Sunday. I was shopping alone with my toddler and she helped me take an oversized purchase to the front to check out and she even helped me to my SUV! Celeste was so very kind to offer help. What a wonderful shopping experience because of her. It definitely wouldn’t have been as easy without her help.

I received excellent service at this location today. I was looking for an item and it had been moved into a Clearance aisle and a young man named Travis helped me find it. It was one of the last boardgames of its kind in North GA and it could not be ordered online. I am so grateful.

Rating 4 stars instead of 5 because I’m not a fan of the recent renovation. Particularly the baby section. Everything is so crammed and the selection is WAY smaller than it used to be. Last time I went in there, there was a huge clearance section for baby girls, but NONE for baby boys. The women’s clothing selection has changed as well, and it’s set up like a maze. Still love target, but may be traveling to another target to shop.

I have always loved this Target! A man named Ryan helped me immensely (because it’s so easy to get lost at Target) and had such a good attitude about it. You don’t see that many people who love their job the way he does. It was refreshing!

I am guessing that the grocery side of this particular location was going through some sort of remodeling process. If thats the case maybe dont have that side open to the public. When you try to go shopping for groceries and pass by nearly every aisle that is vacant of any type of product, you start to wonder why you even showed up at the store. I found bread...and a box of cereal.

This target has great, friendly & speedy service, especially their drive up service. The staff is always smiling and asking if I need help. Amazing!

I shop at this Target weekly. PROS - Great customer service desk - always positive, friendly, helpful and efficient.CONS- Long lines and understaffed for check out. ALWAYS. :-((However, those who work checkout are typically VERY pleasant and seem to enjoy their job). But good luck finding someone to help you throughout the store. Its also hit or miss in terms of inventory stock. Some days, great. But most days are sadly under-stocked, especially during holidays. (Certain E.L.F cosmetics are always scarce.) If you need a Starbucks fix, THEY are always great at this Target! Seem to really love their job, which makes the whole shopping experience happy. My favorite Target is on 92 in Roswell at Hardscrabble. Always great selection and well-staffed.

My husband stopped by the store to pick up an online order. He got there about 30 minutes after the order was placed. He explained to customer service that he’s early (this location is on his way home from work and it’s 30 minutes from our house). The guy at the counter told my husband “It’ll be ready in an hour, come back then.” Y’all it was literally one shirt. My husband was not about to drive 30 minutes home then 30 minutes back for one shirt. When my husband told him he is not going to do that, the guy told him to cancel our order and just buy it himself. Are you kidding me? Then the guy pulls the shirt out from the back, meaning it was there the entire time ready to go. I honestly cannot believe the level of poor customer service, as someone who works in customer service and patient care. Lazy staff.

Fast ...easy and convenient

Had to return a couple of items and surprisingly although it was the first weekend after Christmas we had a very short wait and pleasant experience.

I love this target! I go here all the time and it never disappoints. The workers here are so welcoming and everywhere I turn there they are asking what they can help me with.

My wife and I really enjoy this target. Mostly because it has everything we like and styles at affordable prices and then partly because it’s wicked close to the house!

I always find good deals at Target, and this location always has friendly customer service.

I love that I can get almost everything I need from Target, and I know that Ill be getting good prices.

The store itself isnt bad. Its clean and generally well stocked. They just added 4 self check out stations which is a gift from God because otherwise they would have a max of 2 registers open during peak hours with lines over 6 people long each. It gets the job done, but its definitely not the best Target around.

Just want to share this wonderful experience at Target. Acquired a fitbid device. Lovely employee Farrah from electronics dept. helped me so much to set it up. Explain very well all that I needed to know about the device. Farrah was so polite, patient, friendly but professional. Show me a great deal of knowledge. Also guided me where to find more info if had additional questions.Appreciated very much for all of what she did. Thanks again Farrah.

Great Target. Good selection and friendly, helpful staff. Never been when its super busy but they seem to move everyone through pretty quickly.

Went into their optical department and had my annual eye exam. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous and the eye Dr himself was very easy going, informative and made it an comfortable experience. I highly recommend them for eye exams.

I really was excited about the remodel and i have been so disappointed. I can no longer shop there because you don’t have half of what i buy. I’ve switched to the Cobb pkwy store and I’m disappointed every time I stop in your store looking for my regular purchase items. So frustrating.

This Target has always been kinda hit or miss but my last two trips here have been pretty dismal. When where I had to go to customer service twice because the first time higher-ups left a decision whether or not to return an item up to a person standing in front of me and she said no so I turned around and went back and I was told there was no reason that it couldnt be returned. Second time dealing with electronics department which is filled with a bunch of egotistical kids that dont care about customer service. Sad to say but it looks like this location is going the way of Walmart down the road

Wife prefers this over Wally world. They seem to be more expansive than most dept. Stores. Trade off is better quality clothes and fresh groceries.

A target employee was very rude to me at the Starbucks. She was chatting to someone by the register and clearly not standing in line. She rudely told me she was next after she saw me trying to order my drink. You shouldn’t be rude to customers whether you are on the clock or not, you are in uniform.

This is the biggest Target I have ever been to. It has a FULL grocery side including a delicious and baked. Full produce etc... Its easy to get to conviently located, clean and nice. No issues here.

The entire process was easy.; ordering, paying and pickup.

Staff was extremely helpful and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. We are very much pleased with the sofa we purchased here!

The cleanliness of the store and organization

They get two stars because they have self checkout and for the most part that serves me well. The issue is when I do actual grocery shopping with my wife we are subject to the long lines for the one person running a cash register. Once the management or supervisors actually notice the back up of customers they proceed to stand around and call for back up constantly. Once help arrives you get a bunch of employees who barely passed the register test on the computer that corporate thought would prepare someone for real world experience. Now mind you while you wait for someone who doesnt ever work the front to ring you out those same managers and supervisors stand around collecting fat cells like a Big Mac from McDonalds. How about train your people to do whats best for the customer. Train them to get on a register and ring people out. No manager has that much on there plate that they cant help get through a rush.Ive been shopping at this target for years... Ive visited many other targets across the country and this one clearly has a management issue. Other targets keep more people available to ring you out.
