My favorite Bath and Body Works to shop at! The employees are so kind! The store has a great selection and is always clean, I would give them 100 stars if I could! Nancy was extremely kind and helpful and my shopping experience a joy!

The store is clean and organized. the candle lids make very good ashtrays! Unfortunately, I had a very difficult time trying to figure out which candle scent to pick last time I went. I couldnt remember if I liked Turquoise Waters or Bergamot Waters

The young lady that greeted me at the door was amazing. She was the sweetest. She showed me some of her favorite scents and candles. I will never forget the service she provided.

My wife has enough things from this store to open one lol. Its an amazing store

This store is clean and well stocked. There were workers all over to help customers, and I really appreciated getting a spritz of hand sanitizer and a clean shopping bag as soon as I entered. My only complaint is that despite having a lot of staff on the floor, there was only one register open. It seems there were supposed to be two, but the second person was helping someone on the phone and had to go out to the floor to find some items. I think the floor staff should handle those requests so the registers dont get backed up.Update: During my most recent visit they had three registers open plus a full floor staff; what a pleasure!

Love this place so many wonderful products. They all smell so wonderful. They are being safe, offering sanitizer when you walk in to clean your hands, social distancing as much as possible.

This Bath & Body Works always has the friendliest sales associates in the area and always has what Im looking for. Mask policy is not enforced as multiple customers were allowed in without one, even though you are forced to use a hand sanitizer upon entering.

Doing an incredible job of creating a SAFE sanitized social distancing store! Customer service is superb! And after EVERY customer the counters AND card machines are completely sanitized. Great products and sales too!

This is a very nice bath and bodyworks. It looks small from the outside but its big inside and has a lot of selection. The staff are friendly and courteous as well.

I knew exactly where to go. The inly thing I would suggest is to ask people if the want the had sanitizer. As some my have either allergies to the scent or may be sensitive to it.

Normally I dont leave bad reviews for 1 bad experience.. I saw other customers come out of their bathroom,so I assumed I could. An employee cames after me and rudely and loudly asks me to leave. Embarrassing me in front of a bunch of other people. I wont be back any time soon.

Just dropped in for the semi annual sale. They give you the size bag you think you need to carry out When you walk in. Great idea. Hand sanitizer available at the door. Experience was more comfortable than I would have thought. I will be back before the sale ends

This is the best B&BW location. The staff are very enthusiastic and willing to help. They’re all super friendly and informative, but not too over the top. Stuff is constantly going on sale. Can’t beat it! Prefer this over the mall location any day

Lots of yummy scents and extremely helpful staff!We decided to make a quick run to our local Bath & Body Works the other night about 30 minutes before closing. The lady (should have gotten her name- sorry!) who greeted us was very nice and asked if she could help us. We told her what we were looking for- body sprays. They had just pulled all of the testers off the floor but she went back very cheerfully and brought out the entire cart for us to test!Most stores that are close to closing...dont want to help. But not this place. It was refreshing so I wanted to share. Also, they were not pushy at all on the sales side. Thanks!

The music being played was inappropriate and offensive. I walked out without buying anything. Unfortunately, I wont be back. Music choices should be okay for families and all peoples.

I am getting this places 2 stars certain guy. I was coming there today just to see if there have any fall stuff left over. Before I even walked through the door the guy was like oh my God she comes here in a lot. I was like really who cares. Last time I check, my purchases help pay for the store bills and your paycheck. Dont worry I wont be coming to the store anymore. I will go to a another store that welcome customers thats comes in more than once to buy stuff.

This week I made the 20 min. drive to get several things for a gift basket for a sick friend. When I arrived they were closed, an hour before their website stated. I returned yesterday only to be told I could not enter the store because the customers already in the store had to have time to shop and they were closing soon. I stated this was my 2nd attempt this week to shop there. Then in a condescending, rude tone she said since you’ve been here several times go on in “I’LL STAY LATE TO GET MY WORK DONE”. I have much to say about that but won’t. I did not go in and will never return to that store.

I used a $50 gift card and cashed in on some good deals. Overall, they are really expensive but a nice store.

Connie and her staff are amazing. They are knowledgeable, helpful and truly seem to be happy to be at work. They always take time to chat with me and my little guy as we shop around. I never feel pressured by them to buy, never feel rushed.

Wonderful store for any of your bath and body care products for men and women. They have the best lotions, body scrubs and soaps I have ever used. Also if you join their program you get coupons, free items as well as prior notification of sales and new items that you can purchase first. Twice a year they have clearance sales and your can get your favorite products at up to 75% off. And every employee is very nice and ready to answer any questions you might have and assist you in any way.

Nice shop with friendly employees but the store is so overfilled with product that you can hardly move around its stacked all over the floor and in every nook and cranny difficult to move about especially if theres a decent crowd of people inside

Really nice place to get Christmas soaps & fragrances and gifts large selection of everything but saving to be out of a lot you would think that management would make sure they were stocked up with the popular items for the season but seems like every year the stock is low on popular fragrances . seems the company would understand they could sell a lot more if they kept things stocked

This store has gotten stingy with the sale and coupon combo. I am willing to spend $60 for the buy 3 get 3 free plus a aromatherapy set and 5 hand sanitizers but not $80+. Plus some if the amounts seem to have gotten smaller. Will wait for the after Xmas clearance. Candles were a decent deal at $12 each. Also the free item coupon is worthless. Almost nothing fits in the price point. Item has to be the amt without a sale.

I love the classic scents like Japanese Cherry Blossom but all the new scents are following the trend of mixing fruit or floral with woodsy or earthy tones and its not a good mix.

Five stars just because I didn’t have to go inside the mall!

Felt like they purposely ignored me. Other people were being greeted and assisted so it made me wonder why I wasnt worth their help. I put my items down by the door greeter and said I couldnt get anyone to help me and she sarcastically stated that I couldve asked. But I had already told one employee that I was having difficulty due to the low inventory and he just breezily replied sooo many options and went to talk to his coworkers. I dont think he really listened to what I said.
