My wife and I love stopping by Read Between The Lynes when we’re in the area.Their books are reasonably priced and personally, we’re willing to spend a little more to support a local business than Amazon and we would encourage you to do the same.Sometimes their book selection is a little sparse in areas but they can order pretty much anything for you.I especially love that they have a local author section. We need more bookstores to do this!Their cafe is good with a decent selection.Next time you’re looking for a book, a coffee, or a sweet treat, stop by Read Between The Lynes.

RBTL is a warm, comfortable, friendly environment with a helpful staff. Theres a Coffee/Hot Chocolate, candy and ice cream store. If they dont have a book,thy an order it and it comes in about half the time required by Amazon. If its possible to awArd SIX stars,I would.

Wonderful drink choices and gorgeous chocolates. Also have an eye on that gluten-free scone mix. Most of all I love being able to see shelves set aside just for local authors! RBTL is a steadfast supporter of writers!

Me and my boys are here a few times a month. This place has such a small town at home feel. They don’t have a massive selection but they do seem to do a great job stocking unique and interesting books. My son always finds something. They carry many old school candies I haven’t seen since the 80’s and many that were even before my time. Great coffee and atmosphere. If your in Woodstock it’s definitely worth the stop!

This bookstore is great. Small, but with a great variety. Also a coffee shop and amazing candy. A parking tip... I always turn on to Jefferson from Calhoun. Theres a parking lot right there. Then you cross the street, and theres a stair that takes you straight to all the shops. The bookstore is right there. Much easier parking!

My niece & nephew loved the two stories they heard over Christmas, hot chocolate treats, & new books. And now theyre in the old Cobblestones building theres room to spread out and candy.

This is my favorite bookstore ever, having lived in three or four small towns that all had local book shops. The staff is lovely, selection is good, and its the perfect spot for all ages. They host great events and the attached coffee and treat shop is tasty. Love the toy section and the ever-changing selection of board books for my littles!

Stopped in after walking the square. Greeted immediately with a friendly hello. Browsed the books, large selection of local authors. Nice gift selection from the movie Groundhog Day and Dick Tracey. Decided to get a cup of coffee to brace ourselves against the early spring chill. Hit the spot, capped off the afternoon with a smile.

This shop in downtown woodstock is gteat. They have many popular book series including books written from local authors. Inside the shop they also have have a coffee shop, ice cream, baked goods, and sweets. This place is a must go when in town. The staff is super helpful and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.

Love this bookstore! Storytime Tuesdays and Saturdays at 10:30am. Excellent chocolates, ice cream, coffees in addition to the wonderful selection of books. Plus if you cant find what you want they can probably order it for you and it comes in just a few days

One of my favorite spots on the Woodstock Square. Theres always a great selection of books for just about every target audience: Children, Young Adults, Fiction and Non-fiction lovers etc. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with any requests or questions.

Loved the entire experience! Looked at kids books, found a funny poem collection, checked out the classic board games, and topped it off with banana ice cream and rock candy!

This is hometown at its best. The owner & employees are extremely kind & helpful. Your town welcome center couldnt be in a better location. This shop has a nice selection of books. Several autographed copies. A delicious icecream & candy selection garners one side. They offer goods from local vendors like delicious jars of sauces & delectible cheases.
