Madison makes the experience extremely personalized! I felt as if all the attention was focused on my wants for my dress and accessories. She listened to everything I had to say and brought me dresses that suited my prices range and wants! The dresses she has at her store are all hand picked by her and each dress has little touches of personality to them☺️

I had the absolute best experience here! Madison is so kind and responsive and has a wonderful selection of gowns! I really appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured at all. This was the first shop I went to so I really wasn’t sure what I wanted. Madison asked great questions to help me narrow down what features of the dresses I liked. Absolutely adore this shop! Madison went above and beyond helping me find my perfect dress! For starters, not only are her gowns stunning, but each one is so unique. You can tell she really puts in time choosing the right dresses to carry in her store, very different from your look alike dresses everywhere else! One thing I loved about her shop, is she’s appointment only and allows one bridal party in at a time. This made the experience so special because it was just me, my mom and close friends. I cried in multiple dresses because I felt so beautiful, and Madison was right there with a tissue in hand and different belts and accessories to doll it up even more! The dress I ended up choosing was breathtaking for me, but I knew I wanted something about it a little different. She went right over to her computer and pulled up the same dress but another color variation and THAT WAS IT! I fell in love and said yes to the most perfect dress for our big day. This was the first place I went to try on wedding dresses and I absolutely LOVED the personable experience you get with Madison! We bought a beautiful dress here, but only because her mom opened the shop. It was closed and by appointment only so we were going to go someplace else, and make an appointment. Her mom was charming.. Madison seemed put out. We tried three dresses the first was stunning.I took my daughter to 3 other shops, but she was always trying to beat the first dress.i tried to make an appointment to see if they still had the dress and NEVER received a call. My husband finally rode with our daughter just to see if someone was there....and came home with the dress.

If you don’t get your dress here that is a huge mistake! Madison is amazing and so are her dresses! She is literally meant to do this for a loving and you can see how much she enjoys it. My twin sister and I shopped here and many other places and were so glad we found Madison! Beautiful dress. My only regret is buying a dress from someone who didnt care about their customer. She hardly looked up from her phone while we were discussing details, and when we walked up both times we visited the store was closed and Madisons mother left her business to open the bridal shop and tend to us while her daughter drove up. She is getting three stars from me because of how awesome her mother is. And dont leave a voice-mail because they dont check it. You cant make or cancel an appointment as they dont pick up the phone. I called them at least four times today and got the voice-mail. When we asked her about it, she was incredibly rude about why she doesnt listen to it whereas the mom treated it like an actual concern.

We spent an entire day gown shopping for my baby sister. That first dress I just lost it. I cried so much (yes I will have to do better on the wedding day since I am her photographer) but yall! She looked like such a little woman and still a princess. (I might be tearing up again right now)We started off at Bridals of Madison where you have the entire store reserved, you can take 1k photos, toast the bride, laugh as loud as you want, and just have fun. It was wonderful. We had so much fun! Haley found amazing gowns and Madison was soooo patient with us.We told her we had other places to shop because we needed our other sister to join in the fun. We went to another boutique gown store. It was a very different experience. Not for us. Then we went to a large chain store. Great prices but the gown quality could not compete & neither could the experience so we ran back to Bridals By Madison and threw our confetti and took 500 more photos. Haley found the most amazing gown.

I could not thank you enough Madison for truly making my daughters day so much better. We were treated horribly at another boutique in downtown Atlanta. (It was clearly a boutique with their mind on making money and not satisfying and truly wanting to help a bride)Madison really exudes compassion, understanding and knowledge of working with the bride. I can’t even begin to describe how special Madison made both me and my mom feel! I felt more like a bride here than I have at any other salon I’ve been to. She was so helpful, uplifting, and such a sweet sweet soul! She was so easy to work with, never pressured me one bit and genuinely wanted me to feel my absolute best no matter which dress or store I went with. I got my wedding dress at Bridals by Madison back in September and I could not recommend this place more! Madison puts aside so much time for every bride so that you can have the best, relaxed experience for something that can be really stressful. I didnt feel pressured or pressed for time and got to try on sooo many beautiful dresses before making my decision. Madison is also such a sweetheart and really doing her best to make brides happy (same with her mom and sister who are often in the shop). I went back the weekend after with my best friend and she also got her wedding dress here, it was such a great experience for us both!

While I didnt buy my dress here, Madison had my second choice! I found her via instagram and loved the unique selection of dresses she had at her shop. She was super great to work with before and during our appointment, I felt like she truly made us feel special! She was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the dresses. Loved the store!

Bridals by Madison... where do I start. For starters, this was the first place I went to try on dresses and that was my mistake.. a good mistake.At Bridals by Madison, the whole store was reserved just for me and my guests to pick whichever dresses caught our eye, be as obnoxious as we want, and freely voice our opinion. Madison was the perfect right hand (wo)man because let’s face it, who knows the market better then the one who lives it everyday. Madison made the whole experience so comfortable and fun. She assisted in picking dresses that would flatter my style and body type and was there to answer every question you could imagine... now you probably want to know why it was a *good* mistake.Well you see, the gown selection at Bridals by Madison has it all... poofy, fitted, mermaid, boho... well, the second dress I tried on won me over. Stole my heart and filled my eyes with tears... now, being me I still had a couple of places to shop, but here comes the mistake... i walked in and out of each boutique without trying a dress on or with comparing everything to that Bridal by Madison gown. Safe to say, I’ve found my dress and could not have done it without Madison!

My mom and I had such an amazing experience at Bridals by Madison! Unfortunately I already had purchased my wedding dress but I wanted to be able to give my mom the MOB of her dreams and that’s exactly what we found! Madison and her mom were so open and welcoming, it was everything I had hoped for and more. And of course I had to look around at all the amazing dresses in the store! They are absolutely drop dead gorgeous!

Madison was so great helping me find my dress! I wasn’t going to have enough time to order my dress and have it arrive before my wedding so she let me purchase one of the sample dresses. Bridal by Madison is also the only shop around Atlanta that carries the designer of my dress!

As a nervous bride I didn’t know what to expect when it came to what my experience would be like when shopping for my wedding dress. This was my first stop in what I thought was going to be a long journey of stressful dress shopping outings. Right away, when I walked in, my anxiety was eased. Madison was so outgoing and personable and made not only me but my bridal party as well feel so welcome and comfortable. She had so many gorgeous dress options in my budget and took the time to actually listen and help choose what I envisioned as my dream dress. After trying on a few dresses that were stunning but not exactly what I had in mind, I finally found the one that felt exactly right. She for sure sealed the deal when she let me try on the veil and although I’m not much of a a crier, I was definitely brought to tears by how beautiful the dress and veil combination made me feel. She gladly took the time to help me try on a few others afterward to broaden my choices but I went back to “the one” and knew for sure it was the one I wanted to choose for my wedding.I couldn’t have been more pleased with not only the amazing selection that Bridals by Madison has but also the fantastic experience that we had today. My experience with Madison was different from all other bridal shops I visited to find my dress. Her demeanor is very calm and reserved, which was refreshing after other stylists who tried to force their own opinions on me. What really made her service stand out is that she was innovative in finding ways for the almost right dresses to become THE dress. Whether that meant offering extra fabric to add a special underlay, or suggesting to order extra lace so that we could customize a veil that would match my dress... I felt confident that I would walk away with a full head-to-toe look that nobody else would have on my wedding day! Absolutely worth an appointment!

Madison is one of the kindest people I met through the wedding planning process and has now become a friend. I’m a very self conscious person and expected it to be hard and not very enjoyable to find my dress. Madison told me to just come in and try a couple gowns and oh my goodness. I have never felt as beautiful as she made made me feel trying those gowns on. Not only does she have amazing taste and I loved every single gown in her store, but she also knows exactly what’s best for you! She let me pick a handful of gowns and I tried them on, she asked me some questions regarding our day/ venue/ what I liked and asked if she could pick one for me. The gown she chose was the most perfect gown for me, me and my group of girls fell in love after I put that one on, we all knew the hunt was over. Madison saved me from so much shopping around because she truly has the best gowns in her store and makes you feel so comfortable and so beautiful. She has so much experience with wedding dresses that she knows all about what fits look best on certain body types, how to make a gown “fit you” during the try on so you can really see what it looks like- even if its not the size you’re going to order, she knows what can and can’t be done in the fittings to ensure you have a realistic expectation for the finished dress. I could go on and on but truly, you just need to go in her shop and see for yourself, I recommend her to everyone I know because everyone deserves to have a dress shopping experience like I had!

Hands down THE best bridal experience out there. Madison personally handles each appointment. I was NOT looking forward to wedding gown shopping, as my original plan was for the courthouse with my fiance but my family quickly let me know how much that would break their heart.. so wedding gown shopping I went. I had made my mind up on the style dress I wanted and only pulled the dresses that fit that idea. Madison kept casual but specific conversation with me about my body type, what I like to accentuate, what I wanted to minimize (or didnt like), why I was opposed to certain designs, etc. She never once negated any of my concerns, but instead pulled a few dresses and asked me to try them on. Well--- Madison knows brides. I put the first dress she pulled for me on and the only word I can use to describe what I felt is ELECTRIC. I felt all of my previous ideas of a dress melt away and I only saw what I was in. In fact, I actually squealed the moment it was zipped up. What I loved best about Madison and her boutique, is that it was peaceful and there werent tons of people running around giving unsolicited opinions. Questions were answered, but never was I told what I should buy.. my comfort, my peace of mind, and my view of me in my gown was all that mattered. Bridals by Madison gave me an experience that I wont soon forget, a gown that I have NEVER seen on anyone else or in any other store, and at a price that nowhere else in Atlanta or Greenville, S.C. could beat. Can’t recommend Bridals by Madison enough! I came in yesterday with my cousin to find her dream dress, and she did! I was definitely impressed by the wide variety of dresses that Madison had in stock in such an intimate boutique atmosphere! I am a wedding HMU artist, and after doing 45 weddings last year, I have seen a lot of dresses. I can honestly say that Bridals by Madison offers extremely unique options at great prices! Madison is AMAZING! From the moment my mother and I parked our car and entered the salon, I felt so comfortable. Madison opened the door to welcome us into her shop, asked all the right questions (style, price, etc.), and listened to all of my dress opinions (and indecisiveness). It felt like she pulled every dress in the shop and was so patient helping me get in/out and fitted into every dress. Also, I love that the shop is smaller than your regular commercialized bridal shop so we were the only ones in there in the afternoon and I wasnt overwhelmed by strangers swirling around me. She let my mom take a million pictures of every gown (which mom adored) and always asked me how I felt and reminded me that my comfort/happiness in a dress is the most important! Madison, thank you for your passion, love, and hospitality! You are FABULOUS!
