RE: Unsolicited Commendation for Cristian NunezDecember 22, 2020My wife and I came into the AT&T Woodstock store and had the good fortune of meeting doing business with Sales Representative Cristian Nunez. We made several trips to the store and had several telephone conversations with him prior to purchasing three phones and modifying our current plan.In all of our discussions Cristian was knowledgeable, he listened to and understood our questions, he never tried to “upsell” us and we received 100% factual information. At the end of the day what sets apart a sales representative from others is whether the customer trusts the sales representative. We have total trust in Cristian. Everything he told us was consistent, he searched for the best plan and the best phones for us which were not the most expensive ones.I would without hesitation recommend that anyone interested in getting a phone talk to Cristian and no one else. He is a straight shooter. He is honest. It was like having a knowledgeable “nephew” in the business – he looked out for our best interests and accommodated our needs.Above and beyond that Cristian showed superhuman patience dealing with two “sixty-somethings” who struggle with technology! The way Cristian conducts business is the way business should be conducted. Hats off to him.

The employees were very knowledgeable & extremely helpful. I had been having issues with my phone previously. The manager figured out someone had swapped my sim card for another one. I was very impressed by the customer service & the employees willingness to help each other to resolve issues.

The sales person was very knowledgeable with all the equipment and updates. He also rework our bill for a lower fell while still adding two new phones. He even looked for every available discount

Cristian Nuñez provided excellent customer service. I was trying to help my elderly parents with their internet connection, and Mr. Nuñez was able to help me make changes to their account. He really went out of his way when I explained that it was hard for them to find and vocalize the current terms used surrounding internet services. They were having zero luck with the customer service representatives on the phone. Cristian, along with my assistance, was able to work with my parents and meet their expectations for customer service. It goes to show, you cannot replace in-person customer service. Sebastian made the switching process simple and fun!

Stopped in this store the first time to get some info about FirstNet. Promptly greated by Jason as I walked in the door. Jason answered all my questions and emailed me the info as well. Stopped back in a few days later with a few more questions on how to get Sprint to unlock our phones so we could bring them to ATT. Jason once again explained everything perfectly. Move on to the third stop in to switch everything over and Jason once again did a great job. There was an issue with Sprint about not being able to reset a pin number so my number could be switched over but Jason work on it for almost 2 hours and even stayed pass closing time to make sure I had a working phone. 100% happy with this store and great customer service.

I came in with a phone that was going crazy typing letters & calling numbers stored in my phone. I could not control it. I came to the Woodstock store and Doug went through a lot of trouble ordering me a replacement which came in the next day. I came back with a new phone and Jason helped me get setup with finding the perfect case and putting on a glass protector for me. We need more people like these two guys with outstanding customer service qualities. Your company should be proud.

Told salesman we did not want insurance on our phones 3 times but was very persistent that we must get it. They will hassle you into purchasing thing you do not want here. Drive 15 minutes more to crystal lake, they did not treat me like that there.
