As a level 7 Google Local Guide, I would have given this store a 5 star. However, they offer the cheapest, most pathetic, horrible spoons for their ice cream. The spoons are so cheap, they bend when you scoop your ice cream. They are like the cheap spoons offered at many of the Chinese restaurants. If youre planning to scoop a piece of your cookie or brownie in your ice cream Sunday, good luck with that.... they dont respect their patrons enough to put a little more quality in they utensils. Its a 5-star dessert place with a 1-star spoon. I would be surprised if corporate ordered these. Ghirardeli.... the spoon is just as important a what you eat on it. Get some better spoons!!!

I brought a big packet of the milk chocolate caramel Ghirardelli candy from TJ Maxx in Birmingham Alabama. First time ever trying them & I instantly fell in love 🥰…… If you love Chocolate Turtles they taste the exact same 20/20 definitely buying again!! Thank you for the gifted hands God has giving to you ladies/gentlemen who make the candy !!

Nice little ice cream shop located at the outlets in Woodstock. There were so many options to choose from. I chose the Twin Peaks Marshmallow Hot Fudge. The ice cream looked great topped with the cherry and the taste of the ice cream was great on a very hot day. Will definitely be returning.

Very good chocolate and a good variety of milkshakes, ice creams etc to choose from.Prices are a bit on the hight side... They do not need to be that high!!I dont understand why a chocolate place only sells small bags of cocoa powder but has large tins of mocha 🤷🏼‍♀️

I always like to come here whenever im at the outlets. However today we met Kai and he seemed very unhappy, and was not welcoming while we ordered. Its evident that he doesnt have much customer service experience, but thats unacceptable for a chocolate store that charges premium prices.

My sister Janee loved this ice cream an store. When she would get done with chemo her special treat would be to go to Woodstock Ghiraradelli an get a sundae with her husband Jimmy. It was just a special treat an time with one chemo down. When we would come into town she would take us there as well. Now she is having it in heaven. This store is so special to us because you brought her happiness an ice cream. My other sister Nicole an I went there after she passed an had a sundae an we both got Christmas tree ornaments to remind us of her as well as the great time we had there with her an our family. Yes, I understand its a store.. but, it is so priceless to have the wonderful memories of our time there through out the years. So, thank you.

This place is Magical!!! Chocolate Heaven!! I love how the staff welcome you when you walk in and also give you samples of chocolate. I ordered the frozen hot chocolate, OMG so rich and flavorful. A great option for those Hot summer days. Make sure you guys follow me on IG dishwithchris

You can stock up on a variety of flavors from the chocolate selection in this parlor-like sweets shop! The first thing youll get is a piece of one of their chocolates, but other than chocolate, they serve brownies, sundaes and the like. If youre also looking for free water, they offer it as well.I would definitely recommend their Presidio Passion (strawberry-fudge sundae).

Excellent candy store! If you are looking for candy or maybe an odd but good drink, this place will have it. Service was very friendly and helpful.

Best ice cream shop around. Before I found it, I would wait for my family vacation and go to the one in downtown Disney (Disney springs). I dont know if it was a blessing or a curse, because now I can go anytime and not just once or twice a year.

I went in here today and had a weird experience. There were 3 people behind the counter but none of them greeted me. I finally had to ask where to order and one of the boys stopped talking and finally took my order. I got the buried treasure or treasure island... something treasure- it was an ice cream brownie sundae. When I got it, the sundae was excellent! But you don’t get a lot of brownie. Only like two bites on top and it cost $9. I thought maybe there was brownie at the bottom too...treasure you know. But alas, no. Stupid name yet I would go there again. I really enjoyed the fudge sauce and nut sprinkles.

The store is well maintained and the employees are friendly. Upon entering they greet you and give you a fee sample. The chocolate is delicious but you have to pay attention. The shopping trip can get real expensive real fast. The coffees and hot chocolates tend to be a bit over priced although they are delicious.

The best selection of chocolates for eating and baking! They have bulk options available as well as a full ice cream shop.Most ice cream treats are around $10 with delicious toppings and treats like brownies in them.Dont forget to ask for a frequent punch card if you are buying mire than 1!

Wonderful first time visit. We had to wait on a customer, who pulled the cashier away to ask questions, but the barista went ahead and started our order. Very pleasant experience! Coffees were very tasty!

Short staffed which caused long lines and slow service. The staff that was there did their best but was rushing and didnt make the orders correctly. All 3 employees seemed fairly new and really struggled. Major management issue. Watched many people get turned away due to long wait. Wasnt the employees fault but someone in upper management should have done better with scheduling and staff that have been trained much longer should have been there to help the newer staff

Loved walking in and getting an INSTANT sugar buzz! The staff was super helpful even though it was my friend who bought the chocolates and I bought a DIET Coke. It does make me more likely to come back based on the customer service alone than the sweets!
