Came in recently and found a few items I really was interested in. But remembered, last summer I walked in with my well trained dog and asked to use the rest room. She said that I cant use the rest room because I has a dog with me. I told the young lady that I would purchase something. She said sorry, and I told her that she wouldnt be getting my business.Customer service no matter what needs to be at 100%, as a manager in retail I want my employees to treat our customer like they want to be treated.

I love this Dress Up! It is one of my favorite locations. They have the best selection and in all sizes. Parking is close by and it is in a cute area that is fun to walk around. The staff is friendly!

I’ve bought a few things here and I still wear them. I wish they had a larger shoe section though because their sandals are so cute! They are always getting new stuff in so I’m always sure to check it out. Really fun atmosphere.

Dress-up always has a great selection of clothes. I’m not super young person so sometimes the selection is a little short for my liking but they do offer a wide variety of dresses and sweaters. You really need to go in and try the clothes on before you buy them because there is no uniform sizing. Staff is always very nice, knowledgeable and willing to help.

Terrible customer service. The clothes are overpriced imports from China; only some of them are priced fairly . No help from the girls at the counter - who clearly dont care about customers- theyre usually indifferent and pretty self-absorbed. Avoid this store!! Youre better off taking your business to other stores.

As with almost all the downtown Woodstock stores,.Totally cute little trendy clothes..There was nothing... This plus size beauty could wear..They didnt even carry xlarge..

This place is great! TONS of dresses ranging from $20-$40, and the service was excellent! Every girl working in there was smiling, chatting with me, and helping me pick out clothing. I will definitely be back!

Dress Up Boutique does not give refunds and only offers store credit, even with a receipt. I paid for a shirt for my daughter and the next day she decided to take it back. It had never been worn and I paid for it with my Visa debit card. Even with the receipt, they would still only give store credit when we returned it. This policy is not clearly visible in the store, so beware. To make matters worse, the grown lady and two young girls laughed hysterically at my daughter and I as we left the store. So loud, in fact, we could still hear them on the sidewalk. If you like rude salespeople and a no return policy; Dress Up Boutique is for you. If not, steer clear of this place and shop somewhere else. Did I mention we did not get any help from any of the sales clerks when we made the purchase?

I have been going to dress up in woodstock since it opened. The costumer service there has only gotten worse. I used to love their last Manager before she got transferred to the Dahlonega store. She always greeted us with a smile. Now, most of the ladies are so so rude. Today, I called one of their team members and she ignored me, I got closer to her and called her again and before I even asked her anything she turned around gave me a look and said if its not on the floor, we dont have it. If you dont see it, we already sold it and turns back around.I work in Costumer service and Ive literally excused their bad attitude every time. Today, I had enough. I literally shop there every week and Its one of the stores where I get the worst service from.
