I will not be using Jared for any future watch repairs. Not only does it take an extraordinary amount of time to get a repair done (in my case, a month and a half), but after they had my Movado for a month, which was sent out for a battery change and cleaning, a Jared employee called me and informed me that my watch was wet on the inside and required that the entire mechanism had to be replaced. I knew this wasnt true, but approved the repair as I was leaving town and wanted my watch back. At this juncture, I had decided I would never do business with Jared again. However, when Jared finally called and said my watch was ready for pick up, we found out that whoever called me about my waterlogged watch got it wrong! There was nothing wrong with my watch at all and the original battery change/cleaning were performed. To be clear, Im not complaining that I wasnt overcharged for a repair that didnt happen, but am pointing out a clear problem with Jareds record-keeping that they would make such a mistake with an expensive piece of jewelry. Thus, Ive lost confidence in Jared and will not be entrusting my Movado to them in the future.

There is nothing more that I like better than getting what I need in a simple and quick manner, and that is exactly the experience I was fortunate enough to have at this store. Straight off the bat I was greeted by Austin when I came into the store, and even though I was a bit hesitant at first to ask him for his assistance(due to his Florida Gators mask),it is a good thing I did because he was extremely knowledgable about the products in the store.He was very patient and diligent in helping me find the perfect ring. Austin performed to a high level of professionalism while also being very personable and nonchalant to make me feel more comfortable. Feeling so at ease and welcome was the main reason for my exceptional shopping experience here( besides the beautiful ring), and I would highly recommend this location to anyone else. My fiancé and I visited this store yesterday and we had the best experience ever! Every single sales associate help us out and it was just an awesome flow. They were not pushy at all and it made our experience stress-free.Austin helped my fiancé earlier that day and when we returned, Ryan helped both my fiancé and I find another piece. He was very patient and an expert at his job.Rhonda is so warm and just very knowledgeable and answered every question that we had. Beware!!! nothing wrong with staff at this store but when purchasing a promotional item, my email was conveniently changed by someone 3 months prior to promotion ending therefore no communication that the promotion was ending 14 days prior to the item being paid off because of not being able to log in!! Resulting in interest and finance charges being charged when I thought item was paid off!! Very sketchy, Read the fine lines my friends!!

Lee and Krista were extremely helpful. They didn’t do the normal “vulture” pressuring that most jewelry sellers do when you come in those stores. They gave great feedback as well as good pointers. Definitely recommend coming to this store.

Love the bracelet I got for Christmas this past year! We had several beautiful bracelets to choose from and went with the yellow and white gold w/ inset diamonds. I like the barrel type clasp, easy to secure.Great selection and excellent customer service. Mike helped me and was very knowledgeable. Will be back for Pandora beads later ☺

Wow what an amazing experience. My wife and i came into the store with a very set budget. Julie Whitechurch helped us out and she was absolutely amazing. She didnt make us feel bad for what we thought was a low budget. She treated us like we were buying the store. She was very excited to help us and very helpful. I went to the Jared Vault located at the outlets in Woodstock, GA. I took my mom to buy Pandora jewelry. Krista was amazing! She was patient, knowledgeable, showed great personal interest and showed great customer service. We left extremely happy with the purchased items, the price, and the customer care. I’d definitely go back again.

Ive had a couple of good experiences here but today was not. My husband bought me three jewelry items for my birthday. Two of them I didnt care for. I took them back to this location even though he bought them in a full store and two people gave me different information on the return and costs. It took way too long and I was finally so frustrated I just said Id go back to the original store...

Jared Vault in Woodstock outlets is absolutely amazing! Specifically Danielle Nalley but everyone there is awesome. I highly reccomend coming here for all your jewelry shopping, they aren’t those typical pushy sales people and they truly do their best to help you out with whatever you need. My wife and I went there today to buy a necklace the lady was okay greeting us but we felt like she was trying to rush us out she miss understood are names in the system didnt even try to correct it. it felt like hurry up and get out of here!!! never going here again !

This is the worst store. I walked in with my kids and waited for a while for someone to assist us. There was only 2 other couples and 3 clerks (2 men and a lady). No one even bothered to acknowledge us. Another woman walked in and they almost rolled out the red carpet for her. We walked out. Our money was no good there. I guess it wasnt green enough.

Yesterday afternoon me and my fiancé visited Jared vault to look for a new engagement ring. As soon as we walked through the door a women greeted us to help out with whatever needs we had. We searched around and began to let her know why we are searching for a new one, that reason being we had a few terrible experiences with the company we had purchased it from. She showed me many rings and asked me to come back today to help me with my ring I already own. She went above and beyond to fix the experience we had with the other company and will be the only one we work with for all our jewelry needs. Absolutely amazing experience, and I truly appreciate all she did for us. Thanks to Julie I will soon have my ring back.

I visited the Jared Vault while visiting Atlanta, Georgia on April 12th and April 14th. They are professional and I felt really comfortable. The young lady that assisted me was Tristan. Very pleasant and calm young lady. She didnt rush me or coax me. I didnt buy anything on the first visit as I was undecided as to what I wanted.. it was a spur of the moment thing. I told her that I would walk around the outlet center and decide. Well, I had to go back again a couple of days later. I went in and asked for the young lady that was there the other day. It was Tristan. She helped me pick out a beautiful ring and I got it at a steal. Couldnt pass it up. While I needed the ring to be sized I couldnt because I was due to leave the next day to fly back to Philadelphia. Tristan made sure that I could go to a Jared Jewelry store near my home to get my ring sized. Overall, I had a good experience. Will check out the one near my home soon.

I had a terrible experience last night at Jared Vault at the Woodstock outlet. There was a seasoned lady with glasses that was extremely pushy. We didnt even get to look at the jewelry yet and she was constantly trying to push the credit card on us after we said that we would prefer to pay in cash. I will never visit a Jared Vault after that experience.

Jared at the Outlet Mall of Atlanta in Woodstock has always been a great experience. I do urge people to get the protection plan as it covers everything. I bought a new wedding set to celebrate my 15 year anniversary and lost a couple of diamonds and without fail they were replaced. The warranty was well worth it. The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. They won my business years ago and I will continue to be a loyal client.
