Every time I go to the store I am very pleased with the customer service. Tatum and Alice helped me on Saturday evening. I was happy to leave them a review on the Toys R Us website and on Google. They were both knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. It was closing time and I never felt rushed Or like I was an inconvenience. Both girls took their time and help me make the right decision for my three-year-old daughter. I would recommend this Toys R Us over any other locations Ive been to.
