Website says they open at 11:00. We got there at 11:50. Weren’t open. Sign said they open at 12:15. Waited until 12:40 by going to other stores and left because they still weren’t open.Went back just a bit ago and the guy wanted to tell me they were open all morning. He claimed they were open and then left. What store opens at 11:00 and then closed before 11:50?He even slipped up and said “I’ve been here since 1:00.” I can’t believe the employee wanted to argue with us and call us both liars to our face. Unbelievable.Then they were doing “credit only” and they’re point of sale system kept crashing.

I dropped 4 shirts off here on Sunday and was told that they’d be ready by 3:00 that day. I call up Monday because I never received a call on Sunday and the manager said he couldn’t get to them.... obviously I was frustrated by that response. Now it’s Tuesday and the manager of this store says he’s not doing them because I gave him an attitude!!!!! What?!!!! After paying $44 for a simple 15 minute embroidery hahaha. Woww

Great company does amazing embroidery, sometimes takes long on the weekends but hey they get busy and that’s fine!
