Pro-They were available on short notice. Con-They advertise long needle pine straw. Lies! I ordered 90 bales from them. I told them what they delivered was slash (regular) pine straw. They stated they only deal with long leaf. I would avoid this company if youre looking for good quality pine straw.

I called Chris TODAY at 12:37 p.m. - 24 hours before a forecasted snow/ice storm.Chris called me back personally by 1:00 p.m. Made the arrangements to DELIVER a 1/4 cord of wood to my home. Told me it would be in my driveway within 2 hours. Called me back a second time at 3 p.m. to tell me he was headed to my house. When I got home, the wood was exactly where I had asked him to dump it!! I did not know that anold school business man. . .whose word was his bond. . .still existed. Never confirmed on Monday he was coming on Tuesday like we spoke and HAD TO ADJUST MY WIFES SCHEDULE FOR HIM,,,,wasnt sure if needed 125 bales or 150 bales,,,we spoke sent 150 bales just in case and NEESE was supposed to call ME if they needed the additional 25,,,,I NEEDED THE ADDITIONAL 25 HIS GUYS LEFT THAN WHEN ASKED IF THEY COULD COME BACK TO FINISH HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME MORE FOR HIS MISTAKE,,,FORGETFUL WITH PHONE CALLS AND LACK OF CUSTOMER FOLLOWUP OR SERVICE,,,,I guess I expect too much from someone who spreads pine straw,,,,my bad,,,,,stay away unprofessional and will not make a wrong right will leave you high and dry!!!!!!!!!!
